Dream wedding cake!
I never thought I could be so obsessed with a cake! Jessica made all of our Pinterest dreams come true and made them even better. Since our wedding was in the desert, we went with a luxury bohemian yet minimalist aesthetic, and the design was absolutely spot on. Jessica took all of my inspiration photos and combined them all into a perfect, delicious, three-tiered masterpiece. I didn't even feel as though I had to be so specific about what we wanted, since I knew Jessica's creation would be better than anything I could come up with. She is so creative, detailed and pours so much love into her work. I could not have imagined anyone else making our wedding cake! Hence why we literally hired her all the way from San Antonio, TX to make our cake in Sedona, AZ. She also made the cutest sugar cookies for our bridal party that went perfectly with our theme. Jessica is always such a pleasure to work with, and we will continue to order from her for all of our big life events! Do yourself a favor and check this off your wedding to-do list...choose Frosted Confetti asap. -

This review is very over due! (So so sorry Jessica!) but 5 1/2 months later I still have friends and family who always mention “your cake from you wedding was so good!”
Jessica is not only an amazing baker but is so very sweet and so professional! She was extremely flexible with changes when it got closer to our big day and made us the perfect cake that fit my vision! We are so grateful to have had her be a part of our special day! -

Beautiful AND Delicious
It's not very often you find a cake that looks exquisite and tastes ever better!
Jessica did a phenomenal job at bringing my simple, classic look to life.
My favorite part of the whole process was of course, taste testing! Her display was fulfilling and she provided examples of filling and cremes that go well together and when we requested a specific filling she didn't disappoint.
I would recommend her to anyone. Sweet, responsive, which as a bride I feel is the most important factor- we are dealing with multiple vendors and she took the stress away from "tracking" one down. She worked amazing with my wedding coordinator and florist to create a picture perfect piece of art.

Jessica -Frosted Confetti
Made our wedding cake dreams come true! Not only was she incredibly helpful with helping me figure out a vision based on my colors and it being NYE but she provided support and kindness. Wedding planning is stressful and this was our FAVORITE part. We picked a few flavors to taste and she provided a dozen cupcakes with flavors and oh gosh , it was SO hard to narrow down what we wanted because every single one tasted amazing. We ended up going with champagne cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting for the wedding cake. For the grooms cake we did the red velvet cake and cream cheese buttercream frosting. Jessica is the best in the business. Our cakes were better than I could’ve dreamed. I wanted simple elegance and she delivered! She is so talented and I’m now booking her for cookies for a party coming up in a few months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If I could give her 1,000,000 stars I would -

I can’t speak highly enough of the work Jessica has done for us over the years. Our family gets every birthday cake from her, and we even find reasons to celebrate off holidays just to get her amazing cookies. She did a tremendous job making the brides cake look elegant. For the grooms cake she made an incredible cake to look just like my favorite delicious Whataburger. (I’m talking it looked so real I wanted to pick it up and take a bite!). Our guests went on and one about the wonderful look of these cakes, but in addition to that the flavor is delicious. The cake was moist and decadent. Jessica also made a custom cookie set of 5 variations for us that we were able to place on the table for our guests as a favor of their attendance that day. Everyone was in love the idea and after their first bite they were in love with the taste! Her work is exemplary down to the finest detail and comes recommended with the highest esteem -

Jessica is easy to work with, very professional and does amazing work
Would recommend Frosted Confetti to anybody! I have a background in pastry and was looking for an experienced baker to make our wedding cake and Jessica blew us away! She provided us with a very well set up cake tasting with various cake and icing flavors, and we were able to customize our cake flavor and icings for our special day! When we had to postpone our wedding she made it easy to transfer over our contract and thankfully was available for our new date! To top it all off she brought my idea for a grooms cake to life even better than I could have ever imagined!! My husband loves star wars and auburn football and she truly NAILED IT, he was so surprised and all of his buddies loved it too! Jessica delivered the cakes to our venue as well, and coordinated with the florist to use the most beautiful flowers to top off my dream wedding cake! She arranged them cascading down the side perfectly flowing! All of our guests were raving about how gorgeous both cakes were, AND how delicious! There wasn’t a single piece left by the end of the night! We will certainly be returning customers! -

Jessica was one of my sweetest vendors! We had a vision of a cake in mind and she helped bring it to life by sending us sketch options to choose from - this was so unexpected and showed strong initiative on her end. The taste testing was super easy, she gave us lots of options to choose from and they were honestly all delicious. We ended up going with the champagne cake flavor and it was super moist and flavorful on our wedding day, we cannot wait to eat the top of the cake on our anniversary! She delivered and set up the cake and it looked amazing! Super happy with our experience with Jessica and we will continue to recommend her to all of our hill country friends getting married! -

Best cake ever!
Not only was this the best wedding cake I’ve ever had, but it was the best cake I’ve had EVER! Working with Jessica was the easiest part and most exciting during the wedding planning process. She is super easy to communicate with. We planned all of our cake through emails (because that works best for me) and it was the easiest process. Due to covid my guest count changed, I decided to keep my same wedding count I had told Jessica, but instead I wanted to incorporate a grooms cake & split the guest count between the two cakes. Mind you this was close to my wedding date, but she made it happen. Not only was there no cake left after the wedding, my husband and I decided to take our top tier with us to our honeymoon (because we loved the cake so much, we couldn’t wait). Lastly, we have received so many compliments from our guests. Book with Jessica, you won’t regret it. -

Perfect Wedding Cakes
You will not go wrong with picking Jessica for your wedding cake(s). We had two cakes and they were both just like I wanted. We chose the wedding cake flavor with buttercream and semi-naked pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese butter cream and a caramel drip. They were both beautiful and tasted even better. We received so many compliments from our guests on them. You will not be disappointed if you go with Jessica. The only downside is she has so many amazing flavors to choose from that it is hard to pick!
She's great to work with - just make sure you contact her early because she books up quick! -

Out of this world delicious!!
If I could score Frosted Confetti higher, I would!!! Best tasting cake I’ve ever had!! We had done a cake tasting with her and ended up picking Almond (my favorite), cookies and cream (as a HUGE hit), and chocolate. The process was so easy and Jessica was a joy to work with. Her design is spot on and she really has an art for what she does. I had so many compliments on how delicious everything was!! She arrived early and had everything set up just as we discussed. Our cakes were probably one of my favorite parts of our whole day! I will never use another cake baker for any event!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jessica! She met with me at Starbucks per my request to go over wedding cakes and explained everything, answered my million questions, and even gave me tips for my wedding planning! The CAKES were phenomenal! The variety of flavors, as well as the beautiful works of art the she created for me were one of my favorite things from my wedding day. All my guests were thrilled with the originality of the flavors as well as the quality and, of course, the amazing look of the cakes themselves. Our cake was alternating layers, almond and white wedding with strawberry and blueberry filling. Not only did our cake look great, it taste amazing! Honestly, the best cake we both ever had! Jessica, is truly an amazing cottage baker! It was so wonderful being able to plan our wedding cake with her. We had such a fun time meeting her and her son on our cake tasting. All of the cakes, ganaches, and icings were delicious! We went with an untraditional wedding cake flavor and it was a huge hit with the guests! The three tiered cake was beautiful and looked amazing at our dessert table. She delivered the cake on our wedding day and everything went smoothly! She even added the finishing touches to the top of the cake! I will be recommending Jessica to all of my friends and anyone that is having a wedding in the state of Texas.
