Amber and Mike are so skilled, professional, and experienced photographers. They are genuine, fun and easy to work with. All of our wedding and engagement photos turned out absolutely breathtaking. They know how to use natural beauty and nature to make every photo meaningful and beautiful. I love every single one of our photos! They are also flexible and accommodating when situations change and they handle it all like real pros! It’s always a real pleasure to work with them.

I genuinely don’t know how to put into words what Amber and Michael gave us. The entire reason I fell in love with their photography in the first place was their ability to tell an entire story within a single frame — and somehow, seeing our own wedding through their eyes exceeded even what I imagined.

Our photos are artistic, warm, playful, emotional, intimate, and so ALIVE. Some genuinely feel like stills from a movie. Others, a TIME magazine exposè. Each and every one, in fact, could be straight out of an editorial mag.

They captured not only what our wedding looked like, but what it felt like — us at our happiest and most relaxed and in love, our completely bonkers families, our friends, and all of the tiny hilarious, tender, fleeting moments happening in between. There are photographs that have actually changed the way I will remember certain moments for the rest of my life. I don’t know what greater gift a photographer could give you.

Their artistic vision is incredible. They can find beauty and composition anywhere, and their ability to anticipate and capture a moment without disrupting it is extraordinary. Every time we received another gallery, I laughed, cried, and found myself completely enamored by the little stories hidden throughout the images.

But just as importantly, Amber and Michael themselves were such a special part of our wedding weekend. They gave us so much of their time, energy, presence, and craft. They were there for the little in-between moments, felt completely at home among our friends and family, and were universally adored by everyone. By the end, they didn’t feel like vendors at our wedding — they felt like people we were genuinely lucky to have there. I actually missed them when it was over.

I feel deep-in-my-bones gratitude that we found French + Sessa. These photographs are among the most meaningful things we will ever own, and I know we will be looking at them and discovering little stories inside them for the rest of our lives. Amber and Michael should be so incredibly proud of the work they create. Their intentions are deeply held — and deeply felt by the people lucky enough to be photographed by them.

From our engagement photos to wedding photos and ceremony videography - they were such a joy to work with and somehow captured my non-smiley husband smile. Mike and Amber were our photographers for our engagement shoot and wedding, not only are they so talented, they are wonderful to be around. Our photos came out AMAZING!

They were both so personable, and really made sure to make us feel they were invested in our love story, not just invested in being our photographers. The added plus is they’re both very talented photographers, which let us take individual and bridal party photos separately and at the same time and also multiple angles of each moment. Besides getting more shots, it also saved us time to enjoy our day.

Amber and Michael were by far our best decision in the wedding planning process. Their vision and style was obvious from the portfolios we had seen online, but we were really blown away by their warmth and ability to make us feel at ease despite being strangers.

I don't consider myself to be particularly comfortable in front of the camera, and that goes double for my wife. However that was never a concern with Amber and Michael. In retrospect it was pretty remarkable how quickly it felt natural to joke, smile, hug, kiss, and dance in front of them!
