Franklin Plaza is without a doubt the BEST venue for any kind of event. From the minute you first meet with Michael, you instantly feel like someone has your back, has a genuine interest in what you are looking for and knows the business better than anyone! Michael, Sophia, Michaelangelo and Joe want to see your vision come to life and will help you execute. I do not think that our wedding day could have been any more spectacular than it was. The ambiance, the service, the food, the bar staff, the coat-check woman (she even fluffed my dress for me!), the door man….everything thoroughly exceeded our expectations. Every single guest that I spoke to said that the food was unlike any other wedding or event they have every attended, and the biggest stand out it was all served HOT and FRESH.

Franklin Plaza went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect from start to finish. Amazing venue, service, food, and holiday decor. Our guests could not stop raiving about it!

Joe was our point person, and he was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and on the ball with everything from day one to ensure our special day matched our vision and that all ran smoothly. We had our wedding at Franklin Plaza on August 30th, and we could not be happier with our experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and made us feel special throughout the entire process.

The venue itself is stunning, with its elegant ballroom and breathtaking rooftop views, providing the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, reception, and after party. Words can't even express the level of professionalism and exceptional service that Franklin provides. Nobody does it like them, and between each gorgeous room, the sheer volume of delicious food and even just being able to use their in house decor...I didn't have to worry for one second on my big day if everything was handled. I knew that I was in the best hands, and I was.

From the moment we stepped into the ballroom, we knew the Franklin Plaza was the place for us! Our guests have been telling us it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, and it's all thanks to the amazing team here! We worked primarily with Joe on the planning and Michelangelo as our head waiter, and everyone on the team was fabulous to work with. The food was absolutely out of this world! The cocktail hour alone is a feast, and the main entrees felt like we were being served at a five star restaurant. A lot of the venues in the area will only give you a few passed appetizers of clearly mass-produced food; that is not the case here!! We must have had at least 10 passed appetizers that were delicious & unique, plus the hot plates and cheese station, beautiful salads, delicious rolls, incredible entrees, AND a late night pizza station - all part of the standard package! We never felt like we were being nickled and dimed along the way.

On top of the food, the venue is simply stunning. Every room is gorgeous. At some venues you need to fight for a table at cocktail hour to set your drink down, but FP has the room set up with tons of tables, sofas, high tops, it was perfect! They take care of everything, ran with every idea we had, and took amazing care of all of our guests. They even brought all of our remaining decor directly back to our hotel suite at the end of the night. We can't say enough amazing things about the whole team at the Franklin Plaza. They know their stuff, they're very professional, and they will make your dream wedding a reality. Incredible!

Franklin plaza made this SUCH a memorable day for us. We are still receiving messages from friends and family about how incredible everything was. From start to finish, every little detail was covered (food, service, decor, etc) and there was never a moment of doubt or concern about anything.
We have seen firsthand what can go wrong on peoples wedding day and feel so fortunate that we experienced none of it! The decor and the entire set up of the Plaza is breath taking during the holiday season! Gorgeous cocktail hour and ceremony location. The food was incredible! The cocktail hour is a feast in itself. I would highly recommend the pork! The staff at Franklin Plaza were so helpful and made our day one we will never forget! I highly recommend this venue for your special day, especially around Christmas time!

I could not pick a more perfect or convenient place to get married. They helped us every step of the way and were so amazing to work with. From the owners, to the servers and doorman, every single person there is so nice and accommodating. Not only us, but every single guest after raved about the venue and their staff. Plus we could have the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party all in one building, plus walk across the street to the beautiful updated hotel. Everything was so convenient and they made the day stress free (which says everything). The food is outstanding and the cocktail hour will blow your guests away. I can't thank Mike and the staff there enough for truly bringing our dream wedding to life. My husband and I would get married here a million times if we could. It was so amazing from the planning process to the actual day. Greg and his team were more hospitable and accommodating then I could ever imagine possible. We felt so at ease during the planning process and during the wedding weekend because the Franklin Plaza staff truly takes care of everything for you. We had our ceremony, reception, and after party all at FP and it was so convenient for guests (there's a hotel directly across the street as well, so no shuttles needed). It is truly a one-stop-shop!! Your special day will be even more amazing with all that FP has to offer.
