Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had planned on having a friend marry us, but we couldn't sort out the paperwork in time. We found Michelle and she delivered exactly what we asked for. We were given a list of vow and ceremony options and we picked what worked best for us. She arrived at the venue on time, conducted herself with the utmost professionalism, and knocked out the 3 minute ceremony exactly how we asked. She executed all the paperwork, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Top Notch.

We were sure of the type of ceremony we didn't want and only had a vague idea of how ours should be. Michelle sat down with us and really helped put together a ceremony just for us. It was a huge relief knowing that we had the right person to marry us.

Michelle was great. My husband and I flew into New York from Texas 3 days before we scheduled our "I DOs" and Michelle made it completely stress free. We made all arrangements by email prior to arrival and she was very flexible and professional with all the arrangements. She even recommended a great photographer for us so we didn't have to shop around for that as well. We had a very simple service with one witness at our hotel, but it was amazing. The booklet of service options was very helpful for us to choose our own wording and service arrangement. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and Four Orchids.

My husband and I planned a NYC wedding from Atlanta, GA with only one visit to the city prior to our wedding date. We found Michelle through the Four Orchids website online. She responded to our inquiries immediately, and was very accessible by phone and email. We arranged a meeting with Michelle in August 2009, and were so pleased to meet such a warm and friendly lady. She was very comfortable with the non-traditional, civil ceremony that we wanted performed, and understood our vision. Also, since we did not want to write our own vows, Michelle provided us with various passages, prayers, etc. that we could "cut and paste" to make our own. Michelle was also very accommodating to our location - on the Hudson River in Battery Park with no formal set-up, just 12 family members standing around in the windy cold! We were both very nervous, and Michelle really helped us to relax and enjoy our moment. She was genuinely excited for our union, and embraced our family. Thank you, Michelle, for helping us through it!

We are so happy and thankful we found you, you made our ceremony wonderful, can’t express with words what a wonderful day we had – we can only thank you for being a big part of it.

Michelle is great! When we first started the process, we weren't sure exactly what we wanted in our ceremony. Michelle suggested different ideas and as we got a better understanding of what we wanted, she was very accommodating in making sure that our ceremony was just perfect. We decided to write our own vows and Michelle even worked closely with us in getting the words just right!

Michelle was the best officiant anybody could ask for. Not only was she extremely prompt and responsive, she was very kind, accommodating and the perfect person for our marriage ceremony. I would recommend her to anyone.

In the rush of heading out to the Belvedere Castle, we left the checkbook in our hotel. Understanding that we were out-of-towners, Michelle was gracious enough to allow us to send a check when we returned home from our trip! We mailed the check to her the very next day, but the offer was a life-saver. She was very courteous and well-dressed ;)
It was short and sweet, but she helped it become special nonetheless.

Working with Michelle was fantastic. She was incredibly patient, understanding and gracious. I confessed that I had a reoccurring dream/nightmare that the officiant didn't show up the day of the wedding and she offered to arrive much earlier than necessary just to put me at easy - she was one partner I didn't have to worry about, I knew I could count on her to make our day memorable.

Michelle was great and we were so lucky that we found her to officiate our small wedding ceremony in Central Park!
