Sacha Jones is a trained Lifecycle Celebrant, a graduate of The Celebrant Foundation & Institute, an ordained (non-denominational) minister by the Universal Brotherhood - and is registered with the city of New York (also as a non-denominational minister).
In addition to weddings, Sacha officiates baby naming ceremonies for newborns and their families, memorials, funeral services, and other important milestone celebrations. She is incredibly passionate about her work as a Lifecycle Celebrant.
She has been doing this beautiful work since 2010 and absolutely loves it. Working with couples and families for all manner of personalized ceremonies is such an honor.

NYC and Sullivan County are her home bases, but she is more than happy to travel.
She is also available for the occasional destination wedding ~ and has thus far also performed weddings in Texas, Wales & England

Sacha was amazing she transformed my attitude to marriage.
As a gay man who lived most of my life with no expectations that marriage would be an option I felt politically that the LGBT+ fight for the legal right to marry was a poor choice, signaling conformity to heteronormative expectations rather than acceptance. However when my husband and I decided we wanted to clarify the legal aspects of our relationship it was important to him that we marry rather than have a civil partnership, and I want to make him happy.
Sacha was warm and sensitive in her manner, prior to the wedding she surprisingly was able to fully engage with us both as individual and as a couple via email .
Life has a way of just happening so in my experience, without a crisis, it’s difficult sometimes to be aware of the good things in life. During the run up to the wedding Sacha helped me pause and reflect on what my husband means to me and find the core of why I chose to be with him, thankfully without having to experience a crisis. This was such a valuable experience for me that I felt that she had more than earned her fee before we met her and I realized that done well, with the right support, the process of getting married is a big part of the why of getting married.
The ceremony was exactly right, I felt seen and understood, we felt our relationship was seen understood and respected by Sacha. The ceremony was moving and we could have been anywhere she was the right person for us and
