Sacha Jones is a trained Lifecycle Celebrant, a graduate of The Celebrant Foundation & Institute, an ordained (non-denominational) minister by the Universal Brotherhood - and is registered with the city of New York (also as a non-denominational minister).
In addition to weddings, Sacha officiates baby naming ceremonies for newborns and their families, memorials, funeral services, and other important milestone celebrations. She is incredibly passionate about her work as a Lifecycle Celebrant.
She has been doing this beautiful work since 2010 and absolutely loves it. Working with couples and families for all manner of personalized ceremonies is such an honor.

From her many years of experience, Sacha believes that weddings, and all ceremonies, should be unique and crafted to suit her lovely couples. She offers customized, secular ceremonies - from elopements to grand affairs and everything in between. Sacha will help you create a ceremony that emphasizes your unique bond as a couple, and the vows you're making to each other on this special day.
Sacha Jones is licensed to marry in New York, NJ, PA, CT and other local areas.
NYC and Sullivan County are her home bases, but she is more than happy to travel.

Our new york dream wedding
Me and my husband eloped from Scotland and got married in May 2026 with the help of New York Dream Weddings.
Harley matched us to Sacha and we could not have asked for a better person to officiate our wedding.
I was not exactly sure what to expect as getting married abroad is so different to a traditional Scottish wedding but Sacha made it so easy and it was exactly what we wanted and felt like us.
Sacha was excellent at communicating with us via email and although we never met until the day of the wedding, Sacha was so warm and welcoming and lovely that I felt I already knew her.
She had taken all the information we had given via questionnaire and made our ceremony so personal.
All the extra touches like her amazing recommendations for places to visit when we were in New York and her kindness when she gave me her clean handkerchief when I was crying happy tears.
We enjoyed the process of filling out the questionnaire sent by Sacha and she made our story come to life so beautifully.

Truly spectacular officiant
Sacha was absolutely wonderful!! From our first conversation, she was warm, kind, and incredibly responsive, making the planning process feel easy and reassuring. During our ceremony, we had a few unexpected interruptions, and she handled each one with remarkable patience, grace, and professionalism without missing a beat. Beautiful Beacon Waterfront Ceremony
Sasha was amazing! After many instances of "stop & go" in wedding planning, my wife and I finally put a stake in the ground and decided to begin planning our wedding and get married seven weeks later. Our wedding planner suggested Sasha to officiate our wedding and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. Sasha reached out explained her process and sent materials and questionnaires to complete to help support her process. My wife and I both completed the documents and Sasha turned that into a beautiful ceremony.
We obviously did not know what Sasha was going to say prior to the ceremony but the day of she left us floored and speechless and not a dry eye in the room. Sasha really took the time to understand my wife and I how we each individually saw our relationship and growth as a partnership and what we each individually valued as well as collectively valued and she wove all of that into a beautiful beautiful ceremony one that is unforgettable for us.
Sasha is such a light and beautiful spirit and overwhelmingly optimistic and positive. She was flexible in coming up to Beacon, professional, early, and found the location without issue. We couldn't be happier with our time with Sasha she truly TRULY made this an amazing ceremony and we couldn't suggest and recommend her enough to anyone considering!

Absolutely blown away by the ceremony so personal
Sacha was amazing to deal with. From day 1 I knew by her professionalism and prompts to help guiding us in making our ceremony the most special and unique experience, she was perfect to marry us. The ease of messaging back and forth, the form to fill out with guidance and examples along the way, down to being flexible the day beforehand changing location (out of our control) Sacha didn’t bat an eye lid at any questions or queries we had. We arrived to our ceremony and Sacha had set up before this and ensured everything was going to plan (bows printed etc). The ceremony itself was beyond our wildest dreams with how Sacha understood us both so well and created the most special experience we will never forget. I genuinely think Sacha will always be chatted about in our lives about how fantastic she made our first experience as husband and wife. Thank you so much. Beyond happy.

Dream wedding in Central Park!
Sasha is absolutely amazing! She made us feel at ease from the first email. She brought our love story to life and unlike any other I’ve seen I could tell she felt every emotion right with us. If you’re going to get married, make sure it’s with Sacha.
From the moment we made contact, Sacha put me at ease. What a wonderfully warm and lovely person. She asked all the right questions, offered some wonderful suggestions and made the whole process incredibly easy. Professional to the end bit with a grace and good humour so delightful, we were crying and laughing on the same sentence. I’m not planning to, but if I were to marry again, Sacha would be on my speed dial. 11 out of 10 experience.
