If I could give Fortunas 100 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. They are truly the most amazing catering
team. They catered my beach wedding this past Saturday with food for Sunday after party as well. The food was talked about constantly by all of our guests and I had 3 people ask for their information for parties they are hosting. Besides the high quality food the service was truly incomparable. The servers were so kind and helpful so above and beyond anything you could ever expect. To the point I have a video of one of the servers helping me with my train when I was walking down the stairs. And they actively engaged all our guests in Polaroids that we had for candids. These are not things they are paid or asked to do and yet they did it with huge smiles on their face. I do not have enough words for how helpful Nancy and Kristen were from start to finish in this process. I ask a lot of questions and they even responded to me while on vacation! I had the wedding of my dreams and it would have never been even close to possible without the superior team of Fortunas catering. Can’t wait to work with them again!

Met that at an event at Beardsley Zoo. Hands down they had the best food at the event was from the dolls! Everyone at the park was talking about there Sesame Noodles! Their energy was great, the noodles were cooked to perfection! I went back for 2nds with no shame! Highly recommend and would definitely get food from them again!

Such an incredible variety of dishes to choose from. We didn’t want the formal sit down style dinner. What we ended up with was even better. First class flavour, incredible plating for a catered meal service, and some awesome friendly staff to top it off.

Fortuna's catered my wedding two months ago, and all I can say is that I'm so happy to have found them! Nancy was fantastic to work with - so incredibly sweet and caring, and she responds very quickly. She and her staff helped with the food in addition to setting up and taking down the decorations and rentals. Honestly, the day would not have run as smoothly as it did without their help. The food was amazing as well (my husband and I especially rave about the stuffed mushroom appetizers), and we had the option of having a buffet-styled dinner instead of fixed menus, which really helped us keep to our budget and allowed our guests to sample a bunch of different dishes. Nancy and Kristin were fantastic to work with. They customized our menu to fit exactly what we wanted. Their staff was attentive and took great care of us. Everyone raved about the food - especially the s’mores bar! We would definitely recommend them!

You all went above and beyond your duties and did an excellent job on the food and we appreciate how you took on other responsibilities as needed. Truly cannot thank you enough.

Nancy and her staff did an amazing job catering (and bartending) our wedding. She sent us several creative menus they had done in the past as samples and then worked with us to customize our menu just how we wanted it. Not only was she wonderful to work with (very responsive and flexible) but it was also an incredible value and the food was delicious! I highly recommend selecting Fortuna's!

We had our wedding last month at the Palace Theater in Waterbury. From the moment I inquired and met with Nancy about the catering till even AFTER our big day, we were blessed to have Nancy and her staff as a part of our journey and wedding planning. Nancy worked with us to provide a menu that was personalized, unique and organized beautifully at our location. Because it is a theater, the space is obviously not your typical venue. For over the year we were planning, Nancy's communication was the best out of all the vendors I had hired, which is so important and was very appreciated. On the day of, as most brides do, I was expecting some hiccups throughout the day. I would have never known if there were any because Nancy had not only created a calm and organized day (working with the director of events, other vendors, photographer etc.) to ensure my husband and I were first priority. And the FOOD! It was the most delicious...my guests are still talking about it! Her staff was also so sweet, professional and worked very hard to ensure all my guests were taken care of. My husband and I are so truly grateful we chose Nancy and the Fortuna's team to be a part of our special day and can't wait to hire Fortuna's for future occasions. Perfection, Perfection, Perfection! (I could obviously could go on and on! THANK YOU Nancy and team!!!!

Fortuna's made my wedding! The food is amazing and the price can't be beat. We shopped around for pricing and could not beat Fortuna's --- and the quality and taste of the food was exceptional.

Their staff was incredibly professional and friendly. They went above and beyond and kept our guests happy. We still receive compliments to this day about how great the food and staff were!

And they don't just do Italian food, they are versatile and accomidating - we added appetizers that were not on their menu and it was no problem.

I recommend them not only for your wedding but for all events - they were the best vendor to work with! Nancy kept this stressed bride calm through the planning process!
