Fresh Company is fantastic! They were great to work with, they were eager to accommodate our special requests (including by creating amazing charcuterie cones and specialty cocktails featuring cherries from Michigan, where we met!), and they served absolutely delicious food. We'd be thrilled if we got food of this quality at any top restaurant (which is so impressive given that Fresh Company was cooking for 150 in a tent on a 95 degree day!). Our guests were raving about their meals. We highly recommend Fresh Company!

When we decided to have our wedding in our home for our thirty guests, we knew we wanted the food to really be something special. We stumbled across The Fresh Company online and what we read (and saw), described exactly the kind of caterer we wanted. They prepare the food on-site using locally sourced ingredients, creating a seasonal menu that appeals to children as well as adults. We contacted them by phone just 3 weeks before the wedding! We met with our planner, Damaris Drummond, and she really paid attention as we described our vision for the food. We were treated to samples as we described our special requirements and requested alternate ingredients. She made sure we knew we could have anything we wanted. She created the perfect menu for us! When we made the decision to move ahead, they had just two weeks to pull everything together. On the morning of the wedding, our event manager, Kevin, took charge and transformed our home beautifully. Our chef and wait person did an outstanding job preparing and setting out the buffet. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the food or service and would highly recommend them for any event, large or small. Our friends and family are still talking about how great the food was at our wedding. Thank you, Fresh Company for being an important part of our special day!

After tasting several other caterers who serve the Catskills area, we were thrilled to find Fresh Company. They offered a menu that suited our tastes - fresh ingredients, lots of vegetables, elegant but simple presentation. They worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted - including a whole roasted pig! We appreciated their flexibility in us providing our own dessert. Kevin was amazing throughout - responsive, thoughtful, easy to work with. At the wedding, he was such a reassuring presence - everything came together wonderfully, his team was amazing and so kind. All of our guests loved the food! Overall, the experience and quality was excellent, especially considering their very reasonable price.

The most professional, friendly caterer I have worked with. Helped us have an amazing reception dinner the night before our wedding for 60ish people. Really enjoyed the seasonal and local options they provided for us as well.

When my son told me at the end of June that he wanted to get married at my home at the beginning of September, I was nervous about whether we would be able to pull a wedding together in such a short period of time. But thanks to Fresh Company, we succeeded. They produced excellent food that was within my budget and their staff was both warm and professional. The event planner, Kimball, one of the owners of the company, adjusted to our timelines and assisted with the rentals and everything went smoothly. When we went for the tasting, the chef listened to what my son and his fiancée wanted and made adjustments. We even got a tour of the herb garden. Overall, if you want a worry free event, use Fresh Company. They will make your special day stay special.

Fresh Company was absolute perfection for our wedding! From onsite visits and initial tastings to rental coordination and clear, speedy communications, Fresh Company was incredible. Then there was the food!!! It was seriously the best catering we have ever had at a wedding. Our guests have not stopped talking about the Halibut nor the heirloom tomato salad since the wedding. It was also extremely impressive given that we had our wedding in a pasture, nowhere near a working kitchen. They worked exclusively from a prep tent with all rented equipment and a generator. Plating and tablescaping was of the highest importance to us, and the team at Fresh Company did not disappoint! They made sure that that each plate that was served, was beautifully plated and arranged and they followed our table layout and directions to a T. The staff was courteous and kind to all guests and assisted us with any issue that was brought to their attention. Their breakdown and clean up was quick and unobtrusive to the festivities going on around the tent. Fresh Company was such a delight to work with and made our wedding a beautiful and very tasty success! We could not recommend them more!

We worked with Fresh Company for our wedding at Blooming Hill Farm, and they were outstanding! I can't imagine having planned our wedding without them. Not only was their food incredible (one of our guests called his plate of food "the best thing that has ever happened to him at a wedding") but they were indispensable in the planning process. They helped coordinate and choose rentals, make a timeline for the day, and set everything up the day of. They also let us help plan the menu. Therefore we were able to have mini grilled cheeses as the appetizer, which is our favorite meal when we have nights in, pizza, which we ate on our first date, and oysters, which were not originally on their menu and many people said were the best oysters they've ever eaten. The food and wedding was in no way cookie cutter, thanks to all their work making it mean something to us!

I would absolutely work with them again and hope I have another chance to enjoy their truly delicious food!

Fresh Company was our caterer for our wedding and rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago. The food was so delicious and Felicia, Kimberly and Shelley were a joy to work with!

Fresh Company helped us with all parts of our ceremony from the beginning, going above and beyond the services for a catering company. My husband and I both love ethnic food and I am also a vegetarian. They created a unique menu for us based on our eccletic food preferences that incorporated Spanish food, Middle Eastern Food, Asian food and Mexican food, all of which we had said we loved. the meal had so much variety, but also fit together perfectly. We received so many complements on the food at both the rehearsal and wedding.

Fresh Company helped us with all aspects of our ceremony, working closely with us from shortly after we got engaged. They gave us suggestions of venues, florists, and wedding planners. They also helped coordinate our rentals, and gave us advice on decor and ambiance. We were in constant contact with them throughout the whole process. They were extremely professional, flexible, and responsive. Since we got married on a farm where we had to bring in all of the rentals, having such a comprehensive, experienced, and attentive catering company helped us immensely. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We loved working with Chelsea at Fresh Company for our wedding. Chelsea was so responsive throughout the whole 6 months leading up to the day -- always very patiently listening and answering my constant and often frantic questions. We were on a very tight food budget and Chelsea worked with us to not only get us to a place we were comfortable but also retained a delicious spread of food!

They had an incredibly friendly staff - we felt like they were just more friends there celebrating our wedding. And as a bonus, they were also very good looking... which went over well with my many cousins!
