Arrow Park Lake and Lodge

We're so happy we chose Arrow Park as our wedding venue! Kelsey and Juliana are wonderful to work with -- they're very responsive and are so accomodating/flexible in making your vision a reality. Also, the venue itself is super beautiful and has so many options for the different parts of the day, with the mansion, lake, garden, and outdoor courtyard. We had an unexpected torrential downpour right before our outdoor ceremony, but the Arrow Park team quickly transitioned guests inside and flipped the inside of the mansion to do an indoor ceremony. They also still made our outdoor reception a reality after it stopped raining, which was no small feat and amazing that they were able to work so quickly. We're so grateful to the Arrow Park team to making our wedding day so special!

We had our wedding at Arrow Park on 7/17/2025 and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. From the moment we started working with their team, we felt completely supported, cared for, and understood. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but with Kelsey, Nikki, and Juliana by our side, it felt easy and even enjoyable. They treated our wedding as if it were their own and everyone could feel the love and dedication they put into making our day perfect.

One of the most touching moments for us was how attentive they were to our family. They made sure my elderly father was comfortable throughout the day, checking in on him often and even bringing him water to make sure he was okay. That level of kindness and compassion meant so much to us and to our entire family. They also checked in with my husband and me regularly, making sure we were eating, drinking water, and taking little moments to breathe and enjoy the day.

The execution of our vision was flawless. Every detail we had dreamed about came to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. The grounds at Arrow Park were exceptional with the perfect mix of natural beauty and elegant charm. Our guests could not stop talking about how stunning the venue was. The evening flowed so smoothly because the entire Arrow Park team worked seamlessly behind the scenes. We did not even realize how many moving parts there were until we saw everyone working together, even the golf cart drivers who were kind, helpful, and added to the wonderful experience.

Communication with the team throughout the planning process was amazing. Every email and text we sent was answered quickly, thoughtfully, and with genuine care. That kind of responsiveness made such a big difference and gave us so much confidence leading up to our wedding day.

And of course, our guests are still raving about the bartender who was not only incredibly skilled at making drinks but also fun and engaging with everyone who came up to the bar. It truly felt like every member of the Arrow Park staff went above and beyond to make our day special.

We felt so loved and supported throughout the entire wedding journey, from the planning stages to the very last moment of our reception. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more thanks to the incredible people at Arrow Park. We cannot recommend this venue and their amazing team enough.

From the moment we visited Arrow Park, we knew it was the one for our wedding. Kelsey gave us an incredibly thorough and warm tour, making us feel right at home, and we instantly fell in love with the venue. It’s absolutely one of a kind—beautifully elegant, with the charm of a European mansion right here in the heart of New York. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place for our special day.

Throughout the entire process, the staff at Arrow Park went above and beyond. Kelsey and Shaniqua, especially, were absolutely amazing—so helpful and patient as we asked a million questions. Their dedication and kindness made everything so much easier for us, from the first meeting all the way through to the big day.

On the day of the wedding, it honestly felt like we were in a movie. Our guests were all blown away, with so many telling us how gorgeous and amazing the venue and the entire event were. Also having exclusive access to the full grounds for the entire day—and even staying overnight—added such a personal touch and made our celebration feel extra special.

We also used the vendors recommended by Arrow Park, and they were fantastic—familiar with the venue and absolutely amazing and exceptional in every way.

Arrow Park made our wedding feel like a fairytale. From the moment my husband and I visited this hidden treasure tucked away in the forest of upstate NY, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. Kelsey took us around in the golf cart on the beautiful lands and we were completely in awe. She was organized and easy to work with throughout the booking process. Nikki was our day of coordinator, and she is one of the most lovely humans I have ever met. She is thoughtful, organized, creative, and hard-working. She thought of details we had not considered at all. We were absolutely in the best hands, and she went completely above and beyond for us. Our dream was to have an outdoor ceremony. For the week leading up to our wedding, storms were projected. We were frantically checking the weather every few minutes until the day of. Rather than the venue just having us move everything indoors so they didn't have to deal with the headache of having to make last minute decisions, they worked to make our dream happen. It stormed about 20 minutes before our reception, so they temporarily moved everyone indoors, then quickly dried off the chairs and made our dream outdoor ceremony happen right as the sun came out. We had an amazing reception, an afterparty at the lake with a bonfire, and then our family and friends stayed in the rooms over night. Every single individual that we worked with was kind and so helpful - their team truly makes the wedding planning and day of feel so personal. Cannot recommend enough this beautiful, charming venue for your own wedding. Thank your Arrow Park!!

Arrow Park helped make my wedding PERFECT. From the communication to the location, everything was on point. The team at AP answered all my questions (and there were a lot) ASAP and always with kindness and professionalism. On the day every person involved made everything go SO SMOOTHLY and ensured we had the best day possible. We spent the entire weekend there, which made it feel like home. I could not recommend Arrow Park enough.

We had an amazing experience with Arrow Park! We worked with Kelsey to book our wedding. She was very responsive and helpful. A little over a month before our wedding, we met with Shaniqua to give her our vision. She and her team helped coordinate the last month. Everything turned out perfect. This is a great venue if you want something a little unique and are not looking for a traditional ballroom. Our guests kept telling us they felt like they were in Italy. Absolutely check out Arrow Park.

We got married last August at Arrow Park and the wedding, and whole experience leading up to it was a dream. As soon as we visited this magical spot, we knew that it could not have been more beautiful and fitting- and our guests also were blown away by it.

The location itself an oasis, while being so convenient to get to - especially from NYC and NJ. It also has incredible history and interesting details throughout, which the staff shared and honored - while being open to wherever and however we wanted to celebrate on the property.

I had wanted to have a ceremony within nature, and was in awe of the garden. On the actual day, it ended up raining, and the staff did a seamless job of making the mansion an intimate and special space for it. We had our reception in the Pavillion, which was both open and cozy at the same time. And we loved our after-party around the fire, but doing the bare minimum in this amazing space would still be magical. The bridal and groom suites were also SO beautiful and it felt so luxurious, homey and helpful to have access to them throughout the night.

The staff was incredible. Kelsey answered so many meticulous questions that we asked throughout the whole process, with warmth and thoughtfulness. Shaniqua was our day of coordinator who was also so kind and on top of every single detail - we felt so well taken care of. They all made the wedding the best day it could possibly be, and we are so grateful. I can't emphasize enough how helpful and encouraging the staff was - it was amazing.

The food was also amazing, thanks to Chef Cava, one of the caterers offered. We hope to be able to celebrate another occasion in our life at Arrow Park. We can't recommend this venue enough.

Arrow Park provided us our dream wedding location. All of the staff especially Kelsey and Nikki helped us plan and execute our special day! We are still receiving compliments on the cocktails and the overall beautiful location!

I am over the moon with how perfectly my wedding at Arrow Park went! The venue was absolutely gorgeous and I'm so delighted that the weather allowed for a wedding that was completely outdoors. The highlight for me was the outdoor courtyard reception...many of our guests said they had never been to an outdoor reception before! It made it so special to dine in a sun dappled courtyard and then dance under the stars. I knew when I was searching for venues that I wanted something big and cinematic, and boy did Arrow Park deliver!

Arrow Park is simply the best venue in the region! From the scenic location to the impeccable staff -- Arrow Park gets 5-Stars in every aspect! Our wedding was masterfully executed by Santino and his team and we would not change a thing about our experience. Thanks so much!!
