  Beach Wedding 2 day event

  If I could give Fortunas 100 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. They are truly the most amazing catering
  team. They catered my beach wedding this past Saturday with food for Sunday after party as well. The food was talked about constantly by all of our guests and I had 3 people ask for their information for parties they are hosting. Besides the high quality food the service was truly incomparable. The servers were so kind and helpful so above and beyond anything you could ever expect. To the point I have a video of one of the servers helping me with my train when I was walking down the stairs. And they actively engaged all our guests in Polaroids that we had for candids. These are not things they are paid or asked to do and yet they did it with huge smiles on their face. I do not have enough words for how helpful Nancy and Kristen were from start to finish in this process. I ask a lot of questions and they even responded to me while on vacation! I had the wedding of my dreams and it would have never been even close to possible without the superior team of Fortunas catering. Can’t wait to work with them again!

  Amazing! I did not expect it to be so good!

  Met that at an event at Beardsley Zoo. Hands down they had the best food at the event was from the dolls! Everyone at the park was talking about there Sesame Noodles! Their energy was great, the noodles were cooked to perfection! I went back for 2nds with no shame! Highly recommend and would definitely get food from them again!

  Outstanding service from Nancy and her team.

  Such an incredible variety of dishes to choose from. We didn’t want the formal sit down style dinner. What we ended up with was even better. First class flavour, incredible plating for a catered meal service, and some awesome friendly staff to top it off.

  Fortuna's catered my wedding two months ago, and all I can say is that I'm so happy to have found them! Nancy was fantastic to work with - so incredibly sweet and caring, and she responds very quickly. She and her staff helped with the food in addition to setting up and taking down the decorations and rentals. Honestly, the day would not have run as smoothly as it did without their help. The food was amazing as well (my husband and I especially rave about the stuffed mushroom appetizers), and we had the option of having a buffet-styled dinner instead of fixed menus, which really helped us keep to our budget and allowed our guests to sample a bunch of different dishes. Thank you so much, Fortuna's!!

  Nancy and Kristin were fantastic to work with. They customized our menu to fit exactly what we wanted. Their staff was attentive and took great care of us. Everyone raved about the food - especially the s’mores bar! We would definitely recommend them!

She sent us several creative menus they had done in the past as samples and then worked with us to customize our menu just how we wanted it. Not only was she wonderful to work with (very responsive and flexible) but it was also an incredible value and the food was delicious! I highly recommend selecting Fortuna's!

  We had our wedding last month at the Palace Theater in Waterbury. Nancy worked with us to provide a menu that was personalized, unique and organized beautifully at our location. Because it is a theater, the space is obviously not your typical venue. For over the year we were planning, Nancy's communication was the best out of all the vendors I had hired, which is so important and was very appreciated. On the day of, as most brides do, I was expecting some hiccups throughout the day. I would have never known if there were any because Nancy had not only created a calm and organized day (working with the director of events, other vendors, photographer etc.) to ensure my husband and I were first priority. And the FOOD! It was the most delicious...my guests are still talking about it! Her staff was also so sweet, professional and worked very hard to ensure all my guests were taken care of. My husband and I are so truly grateful we chose Nancy and the Fortuna's team to be a part of our special day and can't wait to hire Fortuna's for future occasions. Perfection, Perfection, Perfection! (I could obviously could go on and on! THANK YOU Nancy and team!!!!

  If you are looking for a professional, responsive, delicious caterer for your even then Fortuna's catering it is!!!! I couldn't have been happier with my choice!!
  While searching for a caterer for our wedding, I've looked through hundreds of options (I love my research!:)) when I found Fortuna's I couldn't believe my luck: there are so many food options, different menus, sit down dinner, passing hour d'oeuvres - name it! They also provide their staff, napkins, water containers, etc.- those little things that you won't even think of, they have it.
  However, the soul of the company it's Nancy - the owner! When I met her for tasting I felt like I know her forever. She is so sweet, funny, nice and just so so lovely!!! On the day she seamlessly took care of everything and everyone.

  And they don't just do Italian food, they are versatile and accomidating - we added appetizers that were not on their menu and it was no problem.

  Every thing went smoothly. Nancy and the DJ must have communicated well because my event was choreographed perfectly. The toast was announced and suddenly there was a glass of champagne in my hand. The food was delicious. The servers and bartender were friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing was that someone we have no idea who asked for the leftovers and they were given them. I should have made it clear that only I would make that decision. And one of the servers ate my leftover cake.
  I will definately use Fortuna's again and recommend them highly.

  The food was amazing and Nancy and her staff are awesome! My family and friends are still talking about how delicious all of the food was at my wedding! I would definitely use Fortunas again for future events.

  My only complaint was that they forgot to serve us ( the bride and groom) so we hardly ate because most the food was almost gone or too cold by the time they realized.

  Your wedding was so much fun and thank you for allowing us to cater it. We always make it a point to serve the bride and groom first. However, Billy insisted the guests go first and was delighted that they had come up for seconds. We appreciate the feedback and will encourage the bride and groom in future weddings to get a plate before their guests enjoy seconds. Cheers to a happy life to you and Billy!
