Hiring Sarah was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning (and re-planning)! We hired her for day-of services for an original 2020 wedding date, and she was so understanding when we decided to postpone our celebration to 2021. During the month leading up to our day, Sarah helped me prepare for all the logistics and details I hadn’t thought of. She helped our day to run so smoothly, handling every slight bump that came up and kept us as close to schedule as possible. I had a list of pretty specific decor items and arrangements and she set everything up more beautifully than I ever could have hoped for. But mainly, we, our guests, wedding party, and families had an incredible, stress-free day celebrating and I couldn’t ask for anything more. In addition to all of her day-of magic, she helped us navigate an ownership transition of the venue in the weeks before our wedding that threw a few twists our way. Her assistant was also so kind, helping along the way and making sure we all had plenty of water. We can’t thank Sarah enough for all the work she put in to heal any and all disappointments faced during 2020 with an absolutely perfect day!

We had the best experience working with Sarah Worstell, owner of
Forever and a Day. The wedding was at The Evermore in Apex. Forever and a Day was on the preferred list of coordinators. From the very start, we were so happy with our decision to utilize her services. The incredible attention to detail made everything run smoothly. I think her genuine caring says it all! Sarah and her team helped my husband and I truly have a special day. We hired Sarah as our wedding planner which included her day of coordination services. Sarah is amazing! She is consultative, responsive, and always has great ideas. She is also very down to earth and professional. My husband and I really enjoyed worked with her and her assistant Sarah. We are not from the area so having a wedding planner was a must. I’m so glad we chose Sarah. We truly could not have had such a great experience without her. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. The only thing I had to worry about was if my hair was going to hold a curl lol. The ceremony and reception were so seamless and fun. Sarah and her team coordinated everything so we were able to relax and enjoy the day. We even bought glow sticks last minute and Sarah and Sarah cracked them all for us. Sarah and her crew were absolutely amazing!! From the very beginning to leaving the venue, Sarah made sure that my groom and I were taken care of. She made sure that my cup was never empty, that everything happened as it should have, and that most importantly I was fed and taken care of. Sarah was truly the perfect wedding coordinator for my weekend! We chose the day of wedding planning and she quickly answered my last minute questions I had over the month or so leading up to the big day. She was willing to come out and meet us at the venue several months before hand (since we lived out of state) and walked around the space offering some awesome suggestions on seating arrangements and timing. Then the week of she held a zoom meeting with us for final details. Wedding weekend she came and setup as much as she could the night before. Wedding day, she and her assistant, worked quietly and quickly to set up the venue, kept us running on schedule, and helped bustle my dress for the reception. She took the reins and setup all my decorations better than I could ever imagined and she checked in throughout the reception to make sure everything was going to plan. She was literally my silent, best friend for the day that I never needed to talk too because she had it all handled. Thanks again Sarah!

I hired Sarah as a day-of coordinator for my wedding – it was no doubt the best decision! She is very detail-oriented, organized, and professional. I really appreciated how easy she was to work with and communicate with. Sarah did such an amazing job of leading the rehearsal, decorating and setting up the ceremony/reception space, and coordinating all events of the night. We are so glad we hired Sarah for day of coordination services of our beach wedding in the Outer Banks! I felt comfortable planning most of the wedding and I initially wasn't going to hire a day of coordinator, but I am so glad I did! Sarah was great to work with - she respected my vision and planning while also offering helpful suggestions. Sarah and her assistant were there to lead the rehearsal and, on the day of, helped setup, coordinated all the vendors, guided the procession, and even helped organize and cleanup.
