We hired Sarah because she came highly recommended by multiple of our bridesmaids AND their families. It was absolutely the best decision! Sarah is professional, so nice, and very easy to get along with. She went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect and that the day ran smoothly. We hired her as a day-of coordinator but she was so responsive even before that to answer questions and help with vendors. Thank you Sarah for making our day perfect! - Rachel and Mitch -

Your best friend for the day that you never need to talk too!
Sarah was truly the perfect wedding coordinator for my weekend! We chose the day of wedding planning and she quickly answered my last minute questions I had over the month or so leading up to the big day. She was willing to come out and meet us at the venue several months before hand (since we lived out of state) and walked around the space offering some awesome suggestions on seating arrangements and timing. Then the week of she held a zoom meeting with us for final details. Wedding weekend she came and setup as much as she could the night before. Wedding day, she and her assistant, worked quietly and quickly to set up the venue, kept us running on schedule, and helped bustle my dress for the reception. She took the reins and setup all my decorations better than I could ever imagined and she checked in throughout the reception to make sure everything was going to plan. She was literally my silent, best friend for the day that I never needed to talk too because she had it all handled. Thanks again Sarah! -

The Coordinator of Your Dreams!
I hired Sarah as a day-of coordinator for my wedding – it was no doubt the best decision! She is very detail-oriented, organized, and professional. I really appreciated how easy she was to work with and communicate with. Sarah did such an amazing job of leading the rehearsal, decorating and setting up the ceremony/reception space, and coordinating all events of the night. As someone who does a lot of the planning themselves, it was so worth it to invest in a coordinator! Hiring Sarah allowed me to relax and be present on my wedding day. To say I am grateful for hiring Sarah for our wedding on 7/15/22 is an understatement. From the first phone call with Sarah we instantly had good vibes and knew she was our answer to a day of coordinator. Sarah goes above and beyond for you. From meeting her at the OBX wedding expo, hours on the phone, emails, helping with our rehearsal and tackling everything on our wedding day… it was all better than we could’ve imagined and everything we had hoped for in our wedding. A huge reason for that is Sarah. If you’re looking for a day of coordinator… Sarah is your girl! -

Back in February of 2022, I started to try to plan a small, very simple wedding and originally was trying to do so without a wedding planner. I had zero experience with weddings in general, and the process very quickly became overwhelming. That's when we reached out to Sarah at Forever And A Day! After hiring her, my stress level went down significantly. She helped suggest some amazing vendors and was incredibly helpful with keeping us organized. What we needed the most help with was day of coordination and drafting a timeline. On the day of my wedding this August, everything went very smoothly because of her help. She seems to have a lot of experience and she has a lot of good ideas. In hindsight, I don't think we could have had the wedding that we did without her help. Her services are also reasonably priced! I highly recommend hiring her to help you plan your wedding! -

We reached out to Forever and a Day and Sarah was immediately responsive. We hired her as our day-of coordinator and the planning was very easy. The rehearsal dinner and day of coordinating was where she really shined! We did a very DIY wedding, did all of the rest of our planning, and it was very personalized. She was extremely accommodating, super easy going, and left the bride and groom feeling well taken care of during the entire day. I still can't believe how smoothly our wedding went. We loved working with Sarah and you will too! -

Sarah was amazing
Sarah was amazing to work with. I was so stressed with an impending rain storm on our day and Sarah made sure I didn’t worry and was able to adjust the layout accordingly to accommodate bad weather. She was so helpful in making the day as seamless as possible. -

Sarah and Kat were incredible to work with. We booked their coordination services for our wedding of 50 people at a public park in Raleigh. With such a small wedding, I originally thought I wouldn't need a coordinator, but I cannot imagine the wedding day without them. We worked with Kat and Sarah both to plan, but Kat did the coordination with an assistant day-of. Ahead of the wedding, we had several conversations and met at the venue. They eased all my small worries and I knew I could relax and trust them to make our wedding go great. We had a semi-non-traditional and very budget conscious wedding, and I felt like they understood and respected our style and we never felt judged or pressured into doing things another way (which can be rare in the wedding industry). They were always available by email in the months leading up the wedding. Kat did all the venue setup with an assistant, which meant I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. I just showed up and it looked INCREDIBLE. Throughout the evening, there were a few times where I remembered something I wanted to do and Kat already had everything prepared and ready to go before I even asked. She really went above and beyond and brought such a fun/upbeat energy doing it. When I look back on my wedding day, I just think about how much FUN me and my husband had and how relaxed and supported we felt. We 100% owe that to Kat and Sarah. Thank y'all for making our day even better than we could have imagined! -

Sarah was an awesome day of coordinator! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and was so essential to making everything on my big day run so smoothly! Biggest win was she brought me some of the Hors d'oeuvres per my request during our cocktail hour when i was busy taking pictures so i wasn't hangry lol -

Hiring Sarah was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning (and re-planning)! We hired her for day-of services for an original 2020 wedding date, and she was so understanding when we decided to postpone our celebration to 2021. During the month leading up to our day, Sarah helped me prepare for all the logistics and details I hadn’t thought of. She helped our day to run so smoothly, handling every slight bump that came up and kept us as close to schedule as possible. I had a list of pretty specific decor items and arrangements and she set everything up more beautifully than I ever could have hoped for. But mainly, we, our guests, wedding party, and families had an incredible, stress-free day celebrating and I couldn’t ask for anything more. In addition to all of her day-of magic, she helped us navigate an ownership transition of the venue in the weeks before our wedding that threw a few twists our way. Her assistant was also so kind, helping along the way and making sure we all had plenty of water. We can’t thank Sarah enough for all the work she put in to heal any and all disappointments faced during 2020 with an absolutely perfect day! -

I had a very hard time finding a Day of Coordinator that would not break the bank. I did most of the wedding planning all on my own as I had a pretty good vision of how I wanted my day to go and just needed someone I could count on the day of to make sure all of the pieces came together and to fix any last minute road blocks that arose. I am very type A and like to be in control of my own projects and it was hard relinquishing control of my big day to someone else, but I knew if I had to worry about every little thing on the day of the wedding there would be no way I could enjoy myself. I am so lucky to have found Sarah with F+AD. She was responsive, easy to work with, gave me suggestions when I needed them, and was there the entire day of the wedding to make sure things ran smoothly. She was also very flexible when I had to postpone my wedding date due to COVID. If anything went wrong the day of my wedding, I wasn't aware of it, and that is a testament to how great she is at what she does. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Sarah again in the future or recommend her to other brides! -

Sarah is amazing! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not easy and Sarah gave me some great suggestions along the way. She worked with my venue and myself to create a very detailed timeline for my wedding day. She was in contact with all of my vendors and kept everything very organized. Sarah and her assistant, Kat, were a huge help on my wedding day. They went above and beyond to take care of everything! They did an amazing job keeping the evening flowing. I highly recommend her! -

I was one of 5 bridesmaids in a wedding where Sarah was the planner. To date, that was my favorite wedding I have ever been to. I later hired her as a day-of-coordinator for my own small beach wedding. From start to finish Sarah was professional and easy-going. She was always early and kept her cool when things went wrong (It rained ALL day, the photographer was late, my family was fighting). There were so many things going on behind the scenes that I was blissfully unaware of. I don't know what I would have done without her! If you're looking for someone professional and creative that can handle whatever is thrown at her, Sarah is your girl. -

Sarah was an amazing day of coordinator! She was always so professional, responsive and creative with her ideas. She was not only knowledgable and extremely helpful with the wedding process, she was a problem solver and so easy to get along with.
