As soon as we booked our wedding venue, we knew that the planning process was beginning to get real. And, we had no idea about how to go about it. We had been looking up to-do lists/ideas online but we knew we needed more guidance and help. We had two overarching goals in mind for the wedding planning process: (1) for the process to be as stress-free as possible, and (2) for us to just experience our special day to the fullest, with so much love.

This is what drew us to FAWE. Heather was super responsive, and she explained our options clearly. I knew immediately from our first phone conversation that I would love anyone from FAWE. Heather was genuine and friendly--she was truly interested in our love story and in our wedding planning goals. It was such a clear and easy choice for us to choose them.

Flash forward to soon after booking FAWE: we were introduced to our day-of wedding coordinator, Lisa. To put it simply, Lisa is amazing. From the very beginning, we clicked. She is professional, caring, genuine, funny, honest, and just plain down to earth. We didn't realize how important this would be for us in our wedding coordinator until we met her. Having a wedding coordinator like her made a HUGE difference. She kept us accountable, but she also understood our busy schedules. She understood how stressful the planning process is, and she remained honest with our timeline, while also keeping a lightheartedness and ease to it. It was extremely calming.

The day of the wedding, we literally did not worry about one. single. thing. Literally. Lisa took care of it all. All of the months of planning and preparing through our video chats/texts/emails/calls, led us to our special day--and we experienced it FULLY with so much love. It could only have been done because of Lisa and FAWE.

We are SO grateful for everything Lisa did for us before the wedding, and the day of the wedding. We will forever be grateful for her. We experienced so many laughs, smiles, and genuine kindness as she guided us through this crazy, wild, and a bit hectic process called wedding planning. Our day was everything we ever dreamt of and she helped us do it.

Heather and her team did it all for us. From planning our engagement party, destination wedding, wine tour and even dealing with last minute rain, their team made it all seam so seamless and amazing. I never saw myself getting a day of coordinator but wow is it worth it. Her monthly check ins were so helpful with staying organized and on task. Her support and communication during rehearsal and wedding day was outstanding. She literally made the day so much better and did whatever we needed or asked. It’s so important to relate to and connect with your wedding planner and from day 1 it felt like she was my friend helping me plan my dream wedding. She really understood my vision and kept it real with me on what i could and couldn’t afford lol. Not to mention, I literally and honestly don’t know how I could have enjoyed my wedding without Heather. Her and her assistant, Courtney, handled E V E R Y T H I N G on the day of our wedding at the Estate on Second and then some. If there was any sort of problem, she had the solution. If we needed a drink, she was there with mine and my husband’s signature cocktails. If I was losing track of time, she made sure to gently push me along. She truly handled everything so that me and my husband could just have FUN and for that I am truly grateful.

I have always been rather frugal and money conscious growing up, so when my bride-to-be asked for a wedding coordinator on top of the already extraordinary amount of money we were planning to spend on our wedding, I balked at the suggestion. I thought a wedding coordinator was a luxury. We could depend on ourselves, our bridal party, or even our families to help us coordinate the day-of affairs. We were already struggling to make budget cuts, and adding this expense was just going to make everything 10x more difficult to manage. I couldn't have been more wrong. While I do think we could have managed if we didn't move forward with Courtney and FAWE, the wedding would have been completely different. I had always imagined that a wedding was something you just get over. Just make it out alive. Asian weddings especially, we are just at the service of our family and guests. I never imagined to actually enjoy the day of the wedding. That's where Courtney and FAWE came in. While I do think we probably could have managed if we relied on ourselves and our bridal party to coordinate the day-of affairs, we would have never been able to actually enjoy ourselves. Being able to completely let go on the day of, and trust that someone would take care of anything that came up was a blessing and, I suppose, a luxury. But it was a necessary luxury, because it was the difference between terrible memories versus actually enjoying your wonderful day, and making sure your loved ones enjoy that day as well. Courtney and FAWE was amazing in every single way. They were professional, compassionate, communicative, calming, and incredibly reassuring. Take it from someone who was and is always incredibly stressed over finances, FAWE is worth every penny.

Heather and Kari from FAWE really helped make my wedding day perfect. I could not ask for better coordinators. FAWE was so understanding with my multiple wedding postponements due to COVID.

Kari Reed was my primary wedding coordinator and I LOVED working with her. Kari was so nice and worked well not only with me and my husband but my whole wedding party. Kari made me feel at ease and I felt like I could trust her. I liked how approachable Kari was yet she stands up to make sure the job gets done with my other vendors. I also liked the advice that Kari and Heather gave us throughout the planning process given their experience in the wedding industry. They really know what they are doing! I'm sure a lot was happening behind the scenes. My wedding day went so smoothly which I owe largely to Kari. I would most definitely recommend FAWE to any bride as their work and price is unbeatable!

Heather and her team did the most amazing job coordinating our wedding. It never once felt hectic on the day of. She did such a thorough job preparing us for everything we needed to expect, and made sure that the event ran very smoothly. A lot of our guests commented on the fact that the wedding ceremony and reception seemed to flow perfectly. That was all due to the excellent work Heather and her team did.

Heather did an absolutely incredible job from the very beginning. I was planning a wedding from out of state while also working long hours, so I didn't have much time. Heather kept me on track while making sure every detail was taken care of. She reminded me about details I didn't even think of. Then when we had to push back our wedding a year due to COVID, Heather was so supportive.

The month before, Heather took over all communication with all of our vendors. As somebody that has a bit of a Type A personality, it was hard for me to sit back, but Heather had every detail taken care of. She communicated with all of our vendors, redid the timeline multiple times to accommodate any and all changes, and ensured everything ran smoothly.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The best gift any bride can get is to be able to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about any detail and Heather did exactly that. Our wedding ran smoothly and if anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. Heather took care of every detail and made sure everything was on time. Our wedding ran on time the whole night, which is honestly unheard of. I didn't worry about a single thing on my wedding day and if there was anything that needed to be done, Heather quickly said "I got it." Her assistant, Kari, was just as wonderful and I couldn't be more thankful. The whole night and days after our wedding guests kept raving about how incredible Heather was. I would recommend Heather and her team to everybody!

You know a planner is great when the MOH will get online and write reviews. I met Heather at the rehearsal and we exchanged numbers for my best friend's wedding day. She was kind, professional, and on top of it all weekend! I'm fairly type A and take being in someone's wedding seriously, and I thought Heather's responsiveness and level of communication throughout the rehearsal and wedding day were spot on. The timeline ran smoothly, the couple and parents were happy, and the bridal party loved her. Two thumbs up from the Maid of Honor!!!

We worked with Heather and Kari and they were amazing!! From the first call, Heather was just so easy and friendly to talk to. Throughout the whole process too Heather and Kari kept us on top of our wedding planning timelines. Our wedding was postponed twice due to COVID, and we really appreciated FAWE's flexibility and support throughout the whole process! On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about anything, with Heather and Kari, everything was executed perfectly and we were floored with how everything turned out and was set up! We can't thank them enough!
