It’s so important to relate to and connect with your wedding planner and from day 1 it felt like she was my friend helping me plan my dream wedding. She really understood my vision and kept it real with me on what i could and couldn’t afford lol. Not to mention, I literally and honestly don’t know how I could have enjoyed my wedding without Heather. Her and her assistant, Courtney, handled E V E R Y T H I N G on the day of our wedding at the Estate on Second and then some. If there was any sort of problem, she had the solution. If we needed a drink, she was there with mine and my husband’s signature cocktails. If I was losing track of time, she made sure to gently push me along. She truly handled everything so that me and my husband could just have FUN and for that I am truly grateful. -

Heather and Kari from FAWE really helped make my wedding day perfect. I could not ask for better coordinators. FAWE was so understanding with my multiple wedding postponements due to COVID.
Kari Reed was my primary wedding coordinator and I LOVED working with her. Kari was so nice and worked well not only with me and my husband but my whole wedding party. Kari made me feel at ease and I felt like I could trust her. I liked how approachable Kari was yet she stands up to make sure the job gets done with my other vendors. I also liked the advice that Kari and Heather gave us throughout the planning process given their experience in the wedding industry. They really know what they are doing! I'm sure a lot was happening behind the scenes. My wedding day went so smoothly which I owe largely to Kari. I would most definitely recommend FAWE to any bride as their work and price is unbeatable! -

Heather did an absolutely incredible job from the very beginning. I was planning a wedding from out of state while also working long hours, so I didn't have much time. Heather kept me on track while making sure every detail was taken care of. She reminded me about details I didn't even think of. Then when we had to push back our wedding a year due to COVID, Heather was so supportive.
The month before, Heather took over all communication with all of our vendors. As somebody that has a bit of a Type A personality, it was hard for me to sit back, but Heather had every detail taken care of. She communicated with all of our vendors, redid the timeline multiple times to accommodate any and all changes, and ensured everything ran smoothly.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The best gift any bride can get is to be able to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about any detail and Heather did exactly that. Our wedding ran smoothly and if anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. Heather took care of every detail and made sure everything was on time. Our wedding ran on time the whole night, which is honestly unheard of. I didn't worry about a single thing on my wedding day and if there was anything that needed to be done, Heather quickly said "I got it." Her assistant, Kari, was just as wonderful and I couldn't be more thankful. The whole night and days after our wedding guests kept raving about how incredible Heather was. I would recommend Heather and her team to everybody! -

You know a planner is great when the MOH will get online and write reviews. I met Heather at the rehearsal and we exchanged numbers for my best friend's wedding day. She was kind, professional, and on top of it all weekend! I'm fairly type A and take being in someone's wedding seriously, and I thought Heather's responsiveness and level of communication throughout the rehearsal and wedding day were spot on. The timeline ran smoothly, the couple and parents were happy, and the bridal party loved her. Two thumbs up from the Maid of Honor!!! -

My wedding was originally set during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our wedding several times and Forever & Always were flexible and accommodating. Heather was the lead coordinator and Kari was the lead assistant. They were both terrific!! They were both very knowledgeable about the wedding industry. What my husband and I loved the most about them was that they were extremely professional, easy to communicate with, personable, and approachable. They really listened to our needs and what we envisioned for our wedding. They completely exceeded our expectations!! We were able to enjoy our wedding day knowing that both Heather and Kari had everything under control. I would definitely recommend them!! -

Courtney is such a gem and was absolutely Godsend on our wedding day. First and foremost, the booking process was made so easy and seamless through Forever and Always Weddings and Events. I had the pleasure of speaking and booking through the owner, Heather, who was very sweet, professional, informative, and receptive to my vision for my wedding. From then on, both Heather and Courtney maintained an open line of communication with me throughout our wedding planning process. Although I only hired Courtney as a day-of coordinator, she and Heather were readily available for me throughout the wedding planning process especially during the tough and uncertain times of covid, causing me to eventually postpone my wedding. Despite all of this, Heather and Courtney were very patient, gracious, and supportive of us during these times. Finally as our wedding got closer, I was able to share everything I envisioned for my big day with Courtney, which she was really receptive to and helped to facilitate to bring to fruition. During our church wedding rehearsal, which was unexpectedly being overtaken by the church liaison that was also present, Courtney was literally our rock and biggest advocate in keeping everything consistent with what we wanted for our ceremony. I was truly grateful for Courtney during this process because she literally knew everything I wanted, even things that were not discussed prior. It was almost like she knew what I was thinking and was always one step ahead. It was such a relief to have a coordinator that was completely on the same page as you throughout your wedding day and I knew I was able to fully entrust Courtney with everything. Being weddings are never perfect, of course there were certain things that were overlooked by the venue, however Courtney saved the day and was able to facilitate everything to be exactly how I had planned it to be. Also, another essential task that I entrusted to Courtney was setting off our cold sparklers, which we rented 4 in a row near our dance floor, during key moments of our reception (grand entrance of Mr. & Mrs. & big number of our first dance). Courtney executed this so perfectly and it made for amazing pictures, memories, and a show for all our guests. I am so truly grateful for Courtney and her team for making our special day possible. Fantastic wedding planning experience with Heather
Heather made our wedding planning as seamless as possible. We planned our wedding from long distance, as we live in Colorado. It was an event in my wife’s (proud to say that now!) parent’s back yard, which means lots of details that needed to be planned with no real set structure. Venues can make things easier as they have set areas where events can be held, but Heather made the creative process a piece of cake. The day of coordination was fantastic, and we were able to enjoy our big day knowing that everything was in good hands with Heather and her team. She was honest about her opinions when making decisions, but never pushy, and supported our vision the entire way. If you are on the fence about Forever and Always, don’t be. Pull the trigger, you won’t be disappointed. -

I originally had a wedding planned for June 2020 but we all know how summer weddings went. Stressed and unsure of what to do, Heather was more than willing to work with us until we had a plan in place. Not only did we change our date to August, we changed our location from West Covina to San Diego. Heather was more than willing to do whatever to make sure we had a wedding. Helping me figure out a place that would be willing to host a reception was the most challenging and if it wasn’t for Heather, we probably would not have found a place. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was set and even had to make sure some yogis did not invade our ceremony site! So because of her, I do not have pictures of people in the background doing downward dog! Thanks, Heather! I cannot thank her enough for helping me through all the frustrations and stress of dealing with a covid wedding. Our ceremony site was setup better than I envisioned and the reception went off without any problems! It was a perfect day! -

I was planning a multicultural wedding with several ceremonies and outfits. Heather really understood my needs and budget right off from the bat and she was super easy to talk to. FAWE was the only vendor to give me a proposal that fit exactly what I asked for. When I had expressed I was worried I couldn’t handle a specific ceremony by myself, instead of taking advantage of my worry (and adding extra costs), she gave me confidence that it was simple and I could do it from her previous experience. I appreciated her honesty and felt like she was on my side.
Since I planned everything and my venue provided a lot of what I needed, I decided to get a day of coordinator and worked with Courtney and her assistant. I really loved that Courtney really understood the nuances of multicultural weddings and knew how to help me hone the schedule I created so that it fit everything that I wanted. She was a great sound board to bounce ideas off of as I was putting everything together in calls leading up to the wedding. She was also super detailed and even remembered that I should check the batteries for my polaroid camera (which I needed new batteries for!) For the day of the wedding, she arrived with another assistant and helped with the final details of set up working with my venue, my florist, and more. Courtney was a pleasure to work with!
I highly recommend getting a day of coordinator at the very least, I didn’t have to worry much about setting things up and even had extra time to take a bunch of photos with my family. Courtney packed everything for me at the end of the night and handled the final payments. I definitely recommend FAWE to other brides and grooms out there that want a dedicated team who have a depth of experience!

When we started planning our wedding with Heather, we envisioned an 100-person ceremony overlooking the ocean. As COVID cancellations roiled the wedding industry, Heather helped us pull off a five-person wedding consistent with all public health guidance. She even partnered with our photographer to record the wedding, so all of our friends could watch via Zoom. We were incredibly grateful for her flexibility and attentiveness as we pivoted all of our plans. We are looking forward to working with Heather again when we can finally celebrate with all of our friends in person. -

I don’t know where to start! Heather from start to finish ensured both the planning and event were on schedule. The day was absolutely flawless and I credit Heather and her team with making our wedding day absolutely perfect. She was able to execute every detail I had conveyed perfectly. She took the stress off all of our shoulders with her assistance. Looking back I don’t know how we would of pulled it off with out her!! WE LOVE HEATHER!!! We weren't even sure we were going to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding when we started planning, but we are SO glad we did. Best decision we made!
From the moment I reached out to her for more information on her services - she was thorough, responsive, and professional. We then met up with her for coffee and clicked right away and knew we wanted to work with her! She's more than just a "day of coordinator". She's there to check in monthly to make sure you're on track with planning and always around for any questions you have. I was a pretty organized planner, but Heather offered so many tools to take up the planning / organization up a notch!
When it came to our wedding day this past weekend, she was an absolute rockstar! From set-up to making sure things ran smoothly timeline wise to checking in on my husband and I throughout the day, her experience really made the day go so smoothly and made our lives easier. We had so many of our guests comment on how helpful and amazing she was.
If we were to do it all over again, we would hire Heather and her team in a heartbeat! THANK YOU -

It is hard to even start writing our review for Forever & Always Weddings & Events because every part of trusting Heather with our wedding was magical. From the very beginning, after we hopped off of our first introduction video chat with Heather, we both looked at each other and said “she’s hired!”. We met with a few other planners prior to meeting Heather but never felt that seamless connection with others as we did with Heather. She wasn’t boastful or aggressive, yet we could tell she was confident and experienced. That she was!
During our wedding journey, Heather did monthly check in calls with us and was more than accommodating with our 8-5 work schedules. Those monthly check ins were task-oriented and deadline driven, which completely helped us be accountable for all things wedding. In between those months, we had many minor but important questions that Heather answered promptly with experienced advice.
Our wedding day felt so seamless and we could not have done it without Heather’s planning services, which included the creation of our wedding day timeline/schedule. I handed over containers of our props and spreadsheets of where I wanted items to be, and she was able to execute the whole look of our cocktail hour, welcome table, desserts tables, guest tables & cake table (pictures included here) - it was absolutely stunning! I was never asked any questions on the day of and just knew Heather had it under control. We knew her experience and confidence equipped her to handle any of the natural chaos on the wedding day and she did NOT disappoint!
My favorite parts about choosing FAWE was being able to share my common frustrations of wedding planning with Heather, not feeling humilliated for not knowing all things wedding prior to planning and feeling supported by a seasoned wedding expert. The only mistake we made was not hiring Heather for her full wedding planning services! She was the best planner we could have decided on and we never regretted it for a minute. We are happy to have made a lifelong friend from Forever & Always Weddings & Events & hope this helps validate why you’d choose Heather/FAWE! -

I was looking for a day of coordinator, since I was looking forward to planning our wedding! I met with Heather and Lisa to talk about my needs for the day of. I had already created a book (which I brought with me) of ideas I had for the wedding. I was looking for someone that would be able to execute my vision since I knew I would be preoccupied enjoying my day : ) They were both very personable and felt that I could trust them to carry out my vision for the day. Six months before the wedding Lisa would check in with me monthly without fail on the first of the month! This really helped me plan ahead and kept me on track on things I didn't even think of. Lisa communicated with me all day the day before to make sure we were ready for the next day. The day of, Lisa delivered! She executed my vision perfectly. I couldn't have asked for anything more. During the reception Lisa check in on us to make sure we had drinks and food! So important since everyone wants to congratulate you and you can forget to eat. My husband and I definitely enjoyed our day without a worry in mind. Every thing was perfect!!

Wow! Is all I can say.
I highly recommend Forever & Always Weddings & Events for any wedding or event. Heather made my daughters wedding day perfect. I didn’t have to lift a hand for anything because Heather and her staff had everything under control. We spoke many times before the wedding so she could get to know the bride and groom. She had a very clear understanding of how the couple wanted things to play out and made it happen. I was able to completely enjoy the wedding without any worries. From the moment I first contacted Heather with Forever and Always Weddings and Events (FAWE) she was exceptional. I hired her company for our “Day of Coordinator” for our wedding on September 9th 2018. I must say “day of” is not the right word choice, they were really there for me from the moment I hired them. We were assigned Courtney B. as our lead coordinator and she was a life saver with all those last minute details you never think of and helped keep me in check with timelines, vendor contact and confirmation, and checklists to make sure we had all our ducks in a row. The day of our wedding she was on top of everything, when we arrived at the venue I didn’t have to do or worry about a thing except getting dressed and starting photos. Courtney and her assistant directed and helped with guest arrival and needs, made sure the reception room and decor was set up properly and called/texted to follow up with our second photographer when she was running 45 min late! Alleviating my stress and anger that a vendor could be running so late. At the end of the wedding they managed all the organizing of our belongings, gifts, vendor rentals and clean up. The whole night ran smoothly and we had the best night of our lives. We definitely owe everything to Heather, Courtney, her assistant and the entire “FAWE” team. The best thing about FAWE and the thing I appreciate the most is after the wedding the business owner Heather reached out to me to see how things went and to check in. After talking with her she learned our flakey second photographer who was 45 minutes late and left 30 minutes early had not delivered her photos by the contracted deadline and has blocked all means of contact with my husband and I she immediately offered to help in several ways. (Forwarding all of FAWES attempts to contact the photographer days prior to the wedding, day of the wedding and even after the wedding) Unfortunately we have to pursue legal action against this photographer and FAWE has been amazing in assisting us even after our wedding. I would give 100 stars if I could and definitely recommend hiring FAWE! -

Awesome Experience!
Heather has been such a pleasure to work with over the past few months. She was my month-of coordinator, but was more than happy to help me with vendors, walk throughs, all of my miscellaneous questions much further than a month out (above and beyond her contract). Not only was she beyond helpful, but was very professional and kind throughout my whole wedding planning process. She helped ease any stress I had and was always so quick to respond to my questions at random hours of the night. I could not recommend her MORE to anyone who plans on getting married! Such a wonderful experience and my family and friends had such great things to say about her. -

Heather and her team are amazing! My husband and I hired her for day of planning and she was such a help. As a DIY bride, I had a heavy load but Heather was so helpful. Even though it was just Day Of Planning, she’d still check in with me frequently to make sure everything was on track and going smoothly. Heather was so sweet and personable throughout the whole thing, she made me feel like I was planning my wedding with a friend!
On the day of, her and her assistant were absolutely amazing. My wedding was beautiful and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I can truly say that I was able to enjoy my day with the help of Heather. Highly highly recommend! -

Jacqueline Sent on 06/04/2018My wedding was on May 27, 2018 in Anaheim at The Colony House & it was seriously THE BEST DAY EVER. Let me start by saying that our wedding was a DIY type of wedding. We aren’t pro builders but we worked hard & wanted our wedding to be 100% ours and genuine to our vision. With this said, we hired Heather from FAWE to be our day-of-coordinator since we planned everything else. It was an easy decision to hire her because she’s so easy to talk to, accommodating, & when we told her about our DIY projects, she didn’t hesitate for a second.
Although she was our “Day of” she still checked in monthly starting six months from the wedding. She has this general checklist to make sure you are getting things done. What I loved most was her ability to execute. My biggest concerns were the set-up and breakdown of our vision with the time constraints of our venue. Heather knew how to delegate & what to prioritize to make sure everything was done and it looked beautiful. She & Chloe (her assistant) were also able to clean up & put away the decorations in record time! They were so efficient & so fast!
We had so many activities during our wedding that although we were running a little behind schedule, Heather made sure we never felt rushed, any problems were taken care of without our knowledge, and we got through things with so much anticipation and excitement. It was AMAZING. The sparkler bridge went well without a hitch, everyone stayed to dance, and 80% of the guests were still partying at 11PM.
I forgot to wear my veil, but Heather found a solution for me, we forgot to pick up our cupcakes and she was willing to have her assistant pick it up, she made sure we had drinks in our hand and food in our stomachs, it was beyond what we could have asked for. THANK YOU. Hire her now before she's booked! -

I was completely stress free day off the wedding. Courtney kept me on track and helped me with everything... Courtney and Heather, you have been absolutely amazing. My dream wedding wouldn’t have happened without you. You are professional, wonderful, and pleasure working with you. From the very beginning of planning to the very end, you were always there with great advice, I know the end of the wedding was a little crazy, but you were completely professional the entire time. You understood my busy schedule and vision and made the wedding planning process easy. I don't know how anyone plans a wedding without a coordinator. I was not stressed at all because I knew you had everything under control and every detail covered. Thank you for making my wedding a weekend I will never forget. We had the pleasure of having both Heather and Kari coordinate our wedding. Where to start?! After postponing our wedding due to COVID, we were able to quickly pick a new date and transition all the vendors over. There were areas we wanted to cut costs such as making some of the DIY decorations & welcome signs. Heather & Kari were able to organize which pieces came from us and which décor came from the florist. On the day of our wedding we had an idea of what the reception would look like but once we stepped in for the first time, it was unreal. The attention to detail was spot on-from the picture frames on the fireplace mantels to vegan/children's menus going to the appropriate guests. We couldn't have imagined our day without them and we were glad not to cut any costs in the planning department. Even through last minute updates to the seating chart or wedding party order, they never waivered. On our wedding day Heather & Kari guided us through the jam packed schedule, despite a pesky fire alarm we were able to enjoy the day without worry. They truly made the process seamless and helped us enjoy the big day even more. Thank you Forever and Always! -

The team is amazing!
Dakota is amazing! He got things done! He had drinks for my husband and I within 5 seconds. Our DJ who for some reason decided to take his mom was interfering with our timeline, we told Dakota we wanted her out and it got done! Heather was in charge of the ceremony and she took charge!! Loved it! Some of our family members weren’t paying attention and she put her foot down to get things done! I’m so happy she was there!
Courtney was our main coordinator and she did a good job. Communication was a little slow in the beginning, I felt like I had to reach out and check in when it should’ve been the other way. Other than that, she handled all the hiccups that came with our wedding very well. -
