Wow! We can't say enough good things about Fords Fluent N' Food. They are so professional and they make sure every detail you're looking for on your wedding day comes true! And of course, their food is incredible! We found them at a local wedding show and it was the best thing we ever did was hiring their team for such an important day in our lives. They were always one time, ready to help, and put their heart and soul into their business, you can feel it!

I would highly recommend this company for your wedding or next big catering event! And they also have their own wedding venue in Cary, NC! We already had our venue booked when we booked them for catering, but I know they run both businesses well and they truly care about the couples and making their dreams come true! John is an amazing chef and catered exactly to what our wants and needs were for our wedding. The cheese and fruit display during cocktail hour was a huge hit. The sliders and fries bar toward the end of the evening was beautiful and delicious. Could not have asked for better food!

We had a bit of a tricky situation since both my now-husband and I are vegan but had plenty of meat-eating guests. We wanted southern comfort meets fine dining with vegan options that even the most carnivorous guest couldn't resist, and Fords developed a completely unique menu item of TOFU CHICK'N AND WAFFLES!!! which is my favorite dish and they let us modify an existing package to do exactly what we wanted. Paired with southern short rib, brie mashed potatoes and braised brussel sprouts with a delicious salad, apple jicama slaw, and even fancy cucumber water, everyone was SHOCKED by how delicious the tofu was and how yummy everything overall was! No one even knew the appetizers were vegetarian/vegan and simply commented on how scrumptious they were. Fords took care of scraping the dishes clean and repackaging them for our rental pickup so we didn't have to worry about that. Food was my biggest concern for the wedding trying to balance what I was comfortable eating and what guests would like, and now all I can complain about is that we don't have anymore of it left to eat!

We were very happy with our experience with Fords Fluent N’ Food. We originally were scheduled to get married in October of 2020, but, due to the pandemic, rescheduled for July of 2021. Chef John did a great job of communicating with us throughout this time and made sure that we could taste the new Summer menu. Everything, particularly the appetizers, was absolutely delicious and brought lots of compliments from guests. We were especially impressed with the snacks that Chef John prepared for us while the bridal party was getting ready before the wedding. It was a great touch that really showed that Fords Fluent N’ Food goes above and beyond.

Fluent N' Food Catering were excellent. They handled the Covid restrictions wonderfully and made it look easy while maintaining all safety protocols. Our wedding guest still comment about how great the food was at the reception. We could not of been more please with working with them. We highly recommend.

Natasha and Chef John are absolutely outstanding! They bring out all the stops and make sure your wedding meal is beautiful AND delicious! They made sure my new husband and I got to have the hors devours at our cocktail hour and even made us an extra one that we loved at our tasting but didn't get to choose for our guests. They also plated our food and brought it out to us before everyone had been served so we had a chance to eat at the reception. They seriously go above and beyond for their couples! Looking around I noticed our guests were eating every last bite on their plates - they loved the food! Natasha and Chef John are professional, kind, organized and so easy to work with. The best decision I made was hiring the Fords. The husband and wife team truly are passionate about what they do. I prefer to work with a company who cares about the true quality of food. Everything they do is genuine, fresh and brought tears to my eyes.

I can't tell you how many weddings I've been to with standard "wedding food". Dry chicken, over cooked steak..and I really wanted to make sure the food at my own wedding was tasty and different. The food from Ford's was really amazing. We did 3 passed hors d'oeurves at our cocktail hour - the standout being the fried green tomato caprese. SO many of our guests mentioned this one afterwards! And for dinner we did the shrimp risotto and the short rib. We also got many compliments on the dinner food! Natasha also made sure that my husband and I got our food as soon as we sat down and that we were happy. They're extremely hard workers and we are so happy we went with them.
