John is an amazing chef and catered exactly to what our wants and needs were for our wedding. The cheese and fruit display during cocktail hour was a huge hit. The sliders and fries bar toward the end of the evening was beautiful and delicious. Could not have asked for better food! -

We had a bit of a tricky situation since both my now-husband and I are vegan but had plenty of meat-eating guests. We wanted southern comfort meets fine dining with vegan options that even the most carnivorous guest couldn't resist, and Fords developed a completely unique menu item of TOFU CHICK'N AND WAFFLES!!! which is my favorite dish and they let us modify an existing package to do exactly what we wanted. Paired with southern short rib, brie mashed potatoes and braised brussel sprouts with a delicious salad, apple jicama slaw, and even fancy cucumber water, everyone was SHOCKED by how delicious the tofu was and how yummy everything overall was! No one even knew the appetizers were vegetarian/vegan and simply commented on how scrumptious they were. Fords took care of scraping the dishes clean and repackaging them for our rental pickup so we didn't have to worry about that. Food was my biggest concern for the wedding trying to balance what I was comfortable eating and what guests would like, and now all I can complain about is that we don't have anymore of it left to eat! -

Fluent N' Food Catering were excellent. They handled the Covid restrictions wonderfully and made it look easy while maintaining all safety protocols. Our wedding guest still comment about how great the food was at the reception. We could not of been more please with working with them. We highly recommend. -

Natasha and Chef John are absolutely outstanding! They bring out all the stops and make sure your wedding meal is beautiful AND delicious! They made sure my new husband and I got to have the hors devours at our cocktail hour and even made us an extra one that we loved at our tasting but didn't get to choose for our guests. They also plated our food and brought it out to us before everyone had been served so we had a chance to eat at the reception. They seriously go above and beyond for their couples! Looking around I noticed our guests were eating every last bite on their plates - they loved the food! Natasha and Chef John are professional, kind, organized and so easy to work with. I hands down recommend Fords Fluent N' Food! -

I can't tell you how many weddings I've been to with standard "wedding food". Dry chicken, over cooked steak..and I really wanted to make sure the food at my own wedding was tasty and different. The food from Ford's was really amazing. We did 3 passed hors d'oeurves at our cocktail hour - the standout being the fried green tomato caprese. SO many of our guests mentioned this one afterwards! And for dinner we did the shrimp risotto and the short rib. We also got many compliments on the dinner food! Natasha also made sure that my husband and I got our food as soon as we sat down and that we were happy. They're extremely hard workers and we are so happy we went with them. -

I wasn't expecting the food at my best friends wedding to be amazing. I love food. I've been to some amazing restaurants, ( ex. Bern's steak house in Tampa Fl ) I was pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing no short cuts, tender meat, excellent cuts, nothing bland about it! Phenomenal food and service! -

The best decision you will make
If you are on the fence about hiring the Fords for your wedding, GET OFF THE FENCE AND BOOK THEM! You will regret it if you don't! How do you even begin to describe the absolute perfection they provided for my wedding? I already knew the food was going to be above amazing, but the communication, the prepping, the team, the professionalism, all of it was there. Almost everyone that attended my wedding made a comment about how delicious the food was! Especially the mac N Cheese bar. (And yeah, it's legit made on site and phenomenal!). Even my father-in-law, who runs a meat department, raved about how tender and perfectly cooked the sirloin was. Mema (my husband's grandmother), has called me 3 times in 3 weeks to tell me how amazing the food was at our wedding. I could go on and on about the "reviews" I received from everyone else and keep you reading for days. But seriously, John and Natasha are incredible to work with, and although I will NOT be having another wedding, I hope to have another big event just so I can hire them! WORTH EVERY PENNY. -

Natasha and John are simply wonderful from start to finish! They made us feel so comfortable at our first tasting with them and the food was just delicious. We didn't even bother to try other caterers because we felt so at home with them and the food was so good. Their process was simple from picking out menus, getting special plates for guests with dietary needs and finalizing all smaller details that they would take care of on our wedding day. Their service the day of was nothing short of professional and they bring some of their own decor to add, so the buffet is dressed up for the occasion. I couldn't recommend them enough! -

I cannot say enough about FFF! They were the first food vendor we visited, and we looked no further. Their packages are customizable, their options are unbelievable, and they came to the venue themselves, and worked our wedding. Their staff displayed the same level of passion and positive vibes - which was awesome! It rained on our wedding day, but it didn't stop them from hand-delivering food to our guests - with smiles on their faces. They treated us like family, and all of our guests still talk about how good the food was! You will not regiret choosing them! -

Natasha and John were incredible to work with and produced some of the most amazing food we've ever eaten. We had numerous guests say that it was the best wedding meal they've ever had. It was worth every penny we spent! Natasha reached out to us numerous times leading up to the wedding to ensure that everything was ready to go and we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day. The day of went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier. -

The second I walked in, I was impressed. I was greeted warmly by Natasha Ford, who was so responsive on email that I felt like I already knew her! We then sat at a beautifully decorated table and the wine was poured :-). The food prepared by Chef John was sooo delicious! We had the sausage and pepper empanada and the basil chicken. We savored every bite! I cannot wait to eat at my wedding! Food is something I will not have to worry about on my wedding day because I am 100% confident that Chef John and Natasha will take care of everything! -

The Fords are absolutely AMAZING! Their food is to die for! After our tasting, we were both so obsessed with their food we bragged about it to everyone! They gave me and my bridesmaids some snacks while we got ready and made sure me and my husband had a plate of appetizers so we wouldn’t miss out. The decorations they bring are absolutely beautiful and their whole team is so sweet! They made sure our dinner and dessert bar was perfect and our hot chocolate and apple cider bar was the highlight of our night. Not only is their food amazing, but their team is as well. Everyone was so kind and supportive and helped make our special day run smoothly. I can’t thank them enough!! -

The Ford's were absolutely amazing! They were very responsive when discussing details before the wedding. The food was amazingly delicious and all of our guests thought so! Natasha served us Hors d'oeuvre's so we didn't starve between pictures and dinner. And Chef John served us dinner and made sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely book with the Ford's again and I would suggest them to any bride in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better catering experience! -

There are no words to describe how amazing Chef John and Natasha are! They pay attention to every detail to ensure that your experience is perfect. From the initial consultation to the wedding day I was impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and the food was amazing!

We utilized them for our wedding catering and everyone was so impressed. From our first meeting with the Fords, we felt like instant friends! I had an idea for the food I wanted at our wedding which was different than their menus and they used their creativity to accommodate my wishes and made it amazing. The Fords came up with the genius idea when I mentioned I wanted Italian to do a made-to-order pasta bar where guests would create their own dishes and the meals were sauteed right in front of them! What a cool experience! The Fords don't just produce amazingly delicious food, but they also provide great service, flexibility and they were so easy to work with! We were on a budget and they worked with us on that and I feel that we got amazing food/catering/experience for an amazing price per person. Such a great value!! We got so many compliments on the food and the food experience of it being made-to-order right in front of guests and also how delicious the food was! I wish we could relive our wedding night for so many reasons, and experiencing the delicious made-to-order food is definitely one of them. Plus, the Fords are just the sweetest people to work with. They are both amazingly talented when it comes to food and Natasha's smile and demeanor could light a room! I HIGHLY recommend the Fords. I truly believe they are the best in the business! -

As a wedding planner, they were always available for a quick call or responded to emails in a very timely manner. They arrived ready to work at the venue and cleaned up quickly and an orderly fashion on wedding day. Their showroom was beautiful and elegant as well! Hands down one of the easiest vendors to work with. The food was delicious, the displays Chef John created was not only beautiful but a work of art to look at! Wonderful team and excellent service and food.

The Ford's catered my rehearsal dinner and my wedding this past weekend and it was nothing short of amazing. They took pride in not only the food, but the lay out and display of their food, which was super important to me. Throughout the process, the Ford's were quick to communicate via e-mail or phone, answer all my questions and address all concerns, and never once did I have to worry about them or second guess my decision. Not only that, but they provided an intimate evening for my fiance and I in their tasting room in order to sample our menu for the wedding day in which they treated us like royalty. Their passion for their work, and for each other is evident which is what makes their final product and culinary creations, a true labor of love. We would HIGHLY recommend the Ford's to ANYONE for any occasion and could not have been any more pleased with the entire process, from the visual to tangible and edible. Jamie Sent on 02/02/2018Chef John and his amazing wife Natasha have a 5 star rating for a reason!! They are nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL! From the very first phone call/email, I felt like I was in great hands. They genuinely cared! The wedding planning process can test your emotions at times, but this dynamic duo made sure that my feelings mattered and they were there to help!
Where do I even start? I had never planned a wedding before and had no clue what to include on my menu. My husband and I had a few requests and then left the rest up to the Chef and Natasha. Their menu ideas were fun and exciting and they really honed in on detail!!
We had my Grandmother's favorite banana pudding dessert- they displayed it in beautiful mason jars! I still have people talking about the tomato soup/grilled cheese shooters!! My husbands favorite dish, the chicken piccata, was a knockout and the presentation was stunning! Their willingness to create, pretty much whatever you wanted, blew me away and they did it so well.
My husband and I opted for the passed hors d'oeuvres and a plated meal for our wedding night. The entire service portion was fantastic. There is something so effortless with Natasha Ford!! She executed cocktail hour and dinner service without a hitch. Natasha made my guests feel so welcomed and her smile made me feel like she truly enjoyed her job and being at my wedding! We also hired a bartender through them. He was hilarious and made my whole wedding party laugh throughout the night.

They helped with so many little details outside the call of duty and kept me posted on the timeline so I could set up for photos. They made the day better for everyone all around! Highly recommend! -
