Sarah is the owner and lead designer of Flower Girl Designs. In some ways, Sarah has been a lifelong florist. Both her grandmother and mother were exceptional florists in Western New York, allowing her to be introduced to the art of floral design at a very young age.
Sarah's mother was affectionately called “The Flower Lady” within their community, leading clients and floral design students to then give Sarah the name of “The Flower Girl.” You could say, that this is when the seeds of Flower Girl Designs were planted.
Flower Girl Designs blossomed from an idea into a concept, and a concept into a business. When the time was right Sarah left her career as a teacher and decided to follow her passion and family history by starting her own business. This gave her the flexibility she desired to pursue both her personal and professional dreams.
Sarah's favorite moment of a wedding is watching as the couple see their vision become reality when thier reception space is revealed to them for the first time! From bouquets and boutonnieres to large installations and floral displays Sarah can make your vision for your special event come to life!
