Keepsake Floral did a custom preservation of my wedding bouquet, which I had very specific needs to match my moms wedding bouquet piece as much as I could. I found not every company was able to accommodate me but Keepsake did and made it easy along the way! Their customer service team are all so sweet & great to work with, they provide regular updates along the journey that your piece makes while in production and the packaging it was shipped in was top notch! I couldn't recommend more highly! My only word of caution, and is only relevant I'm sure with COVID related impacts to their business, my piece took approx. 6 weeks longer to arrive than I was told to expect. The patience is well worth it but something to keep in mind for others, you may need to wait a touch longer than you expect but it's well worth the wait! :)

After my Disney Wedding, I had received a package to preserve my flowers with Keepsake Floral. At first I was a little hesitant because it can become very pricey to preserve flowers, but I gave in and did it because I wanted the lasting memory. It was one of the best decisions I made and Keepsake Floral were so nice to work with. I picked everything out over the phone by looking at their catalog and the whole process was very simple. I wound up getting a shadow box that also included our invitation and buttons from our wedding. When I received my package I was in awe, it looked beautiful and was everything I imagined. I highly recommend using Keepsake Floral for floral preservations! Thank you!!

It's pricey, but this is the best decision I made by far. Bouquets are something people don't get to enjoy as much, but Keepsake does a great job at making this a memory that will last forever!

The process is easy. They send everything you need in advanced to send your flowers out next day. It does take a long time to get it back. Originally they told me 12 weeks but I got my keepsake back 2 days before our 6 month anniversary. however it looks better than I imagined and totally worth it! I decided to use Keepsake Floral because they are endorsed by Walt Disney World, and Disney only uses the highest quality vendors to represent them.

My bouquet was initially delivered to my home with some damages..we think from shipping..roses were flattened and some debris from the stems had fallen to the bottom of the frame. I called and they immediately sent me a return slip to ship it back. Fortunately, they were able to fix it. They did need to replace some of the roses with flowers not my own. That was the only downside. They then shipped it back double boxed and it came out beautiful. Highly recommend double boxing for all since there is that chance of damage. But I'm thankful it all turned out good and I finally have it home safe. I can say that it is definitely a beautiful keepsake I will cherish forever. Expensive, but I think worth it. I included pictures of the final product and one of the before with damages to compare. And also a pic from the wedding day how my bouquet originally looked. They are not 100% identical of course but I think a nice reflection of what it looked like.

Able to provide a beautifully preserved floral bouquet. They shipped all required materials in order to properly preserve my bouquet and ship it to the vendor. I had a design specialist call me to place my order to help pick out the best materials to use as the background as well as frame. They also said to send them additional items like the wedding invitation that can be included in the frame as well. It was a lot of money to preserve the flowers, but it was important since my mom had done the wedding flowers and I wanted to be able to keep it.

Keepsake Florals was incredibly reliable and easy to work with although it took some follow-up. The preserved bouquet turned out perfectly and is such a cherished memento of my wedding day. We couldn’t be happier!

Preserving my wedding bouquet was not originally something I really thought I would want to do. I had heard that it was pretty pricey, and those that I had seen done before looked like flowers in a tacky coffin. However, I saw a preservation arrangement on Pinterest and thought I would definitely love my flowers preserved if they looked like that! So I found Keepsake Floral from a link on Pinterest. The submission process was really easy. There were several delays in receiving my arrangement. The company failed to notify me of the delays, until I contacted them to check on the delivery. However, they compensated me for the inconvenience, which was professional and considerate.
My arrangement arrived and it looked very pretty. However, it didn't really look much like the model from which I selected my design. In addition, the color of the preserved flowers was definitely different from my wedding day flowers. To be fair, the company does warn that some flowers will change in color during the preservation process. So my beautiful blush pink and ivory flowers became a brighter pink/purple and yellow. I selected an arrangement from their website pictures and fully expected my order to look the same, just with a different invitation and different flower types displayed. What I received was some variation of the model, but not all that similar. One issue was perhaps that I selected the larger display frame, but I don't think I had enough flowers in my bouquet to fill out this frame. My flowers are very spaced out with several gaps. I really wish the designer would have told me that the arrangement I selected would work better in the smaller frame or else give me the option to send more flowers.
I wish the customer could preview the item before it is finalized. This is just too much money to spend for disappointment.
Overall, I like my arrangement but I don't love it as much as I should for the money spent.
