Flora And Field is a barn wedding venue located in Mount Sterling, Ohio. This establishment provides exceptional services in addition to access to their elegant and atmospheric property. Here, couples will experience more than just a place to hold an event. They will have the opportunity to harvest their own flowers, making their special occasion even more unique.
Facilities and Capacity
This destination has a pavilion that is ideal for gorgeous wedding ceremonies. It is constructed from attractive pine rafters and has beautiful lofted ceilings. The interior of the pavilion is light and airy, offering shelter while letting in natural elements. A romantic atmosphere is created by fluttering curtains and hanging bistro lights. There are also suspended planters that bring greenery to any occasion. Attendees of an event held here will also be able to appreciate views of the 30 acres of flowers that are farmed on the grounds. The barn is illuminated by modern chandeliers that can hang above tables suited to 250 guests. The environment is a neutral palette, meaning that couples will have the opportunity to make their personalities shine through with thoughtfully chosen decor. These products are provided by in-house designers, ensuring that each theme is coherent and cohesive. Both the built and naturally occurring environments invite couples to snap photos that capture magical moments. Between interior and exterior backdrops, there are plenty of opportunities to create timeless photos that last a lifetime.
Services Offered
This venue provides clients the opportunity to take a long weekend at the facility. This means that couples will be able to stay overnight in the on-site lodging. In addition to sleeping quarters, they also offer coordination, design, farmed flowers, rentals, and more. The betrothed will have the chance to choose between three packages that range from one to three days total. There are activities that beckon visitors to take part throughout the property, and select guests in numbers up to 16 may stay overnight. Additional guests can take advantage of the state lodge that is within a close distance. Payments may be made outright, or couples can make use of the offered payment plans to suit their particular needs and budget allowances.

The dream team you will regret passing up!!
From the day we signed our agreement we knew we were making an investment on the venue but it not only includes so much (decor, complimentary florals, some key signage) but if you choose to use Flora and Field for florals - you can get a premium package for a lesser price than what is typical in the industry. AND, my flowers were gorgeous.
Every single part of our big day was executed flawlessly and with excellence. We were also blessed to work with Victoria, another day-of Coordinator. Theresa made sure we felt super comfortable with each decision, and even offered ideas and solutions when we hit minor roadblocks. I will say, it was helpful to work with partners that had worked at Flora and Field before. Our caterer hadn't been, but noticed we didn't have to be hands on with the others.
Our wedding party and guests were also blown away by how accommodating and friendly Theresa, Joe and their team was. From handicap accessible parking arrangements, to helping my brother (who has Autism) with his role, helping us make things fun for the 17 kids we had... it was all just perfect. We had a little bit of trouble with Deer Creek down the road for accommodations but we knew that part wouldn't be perfect. It was doable for the venue. If you are looking for a venue that is rustic but premium, we would HIGHLY recommend Flora & Field! It's an experience we will hold in our hearts forever.
