This breathtaking venue is not your ordinary barn venue, it features two distinctive properties where you can unfold your dream wedding vision. With nothing but lush oak trees and verdant meadows, prepare to indulge in a romantic escape embraced by natural privacy where you can also spend the night at our onsite restored 1800s Dairy Barn AirBnB.
Facilities and Capacity
The Main Barn at White Willow Meadows is the venue's most expansive wedding space at 14,000 square feet. Inside, a grand open layout spreads out in a scene of white wood, exposed timber beams, and brick accents. Beneath 35-foot ceilings and shimmering chandeliers, you and up to 350 guests can dine and dance in utter luxury. The space is designed for a seamless event that flows inside and out throughout the day. You can kick start the occasion with a ceremony beneath a customized pergola before stepping inside for your chic wedding reception. Alongside a dance floor, you will also find a lounge area connected to a large, covered porch where you can host a cocktail hour or craft a breakout space. Meanwhile, the vintage Dairy Barn is a beautifully renovated accommodation for you and the entire wedding party to enjoy. This contemporary farmhouse features a stylish kitchen and lounge area alongside four bedrooms, two bar areas, multiple dining areas, a grooms party space and a large deck with sweeping vistas. The property also features an on-site florist, Willow Bloom, where you can avail yourself of all the wedding florals you need.

White Willow Meadows offers you the expertise and support of dedicated staff to ensure your event runs without a hitch. Your chosen caterer will have access to a fully-equipped prep kitchen with abundant counter space to finesse your wedding meal. Wedding suppliers can also take advantage of a convenient portico right by the front doors to seamlessly deliver all your essentials. Feel free to bring your own alcohol so that you are not held to overpriced individual fees per person, just utilize expert bartenders to serve it. Take advantage of our own site florist and gift shop.
