From day 1 White Willow Meadows (WWM) was fantastic to work with! They were timely, flexible, professional, and relational. Having an understanding of the rates as early as possible allowed us to budget accordingly, and having a payment plan that was spread out was also super helpful. The communication leading up to the event was great, and any concerns we did have were addressed by WWM in a very clear and timely manner. On the weekend of our event there was more flexibility, allowing us to set up at the earliest time frame, the rehearsal was well organized, and our coordinator - Ashley - was awesome. Kept things lively and organized and running super efficiently! Overall it was a great experience for everyone involved in the wedding.

Couldn't imagine a better wedding (day and process) experience than we had with Tori at White Willow Meadows. She worked with us through every step of the process and executed flawlessly. Florals were spot on as well, and no detail was missed on our big day. 10/10!!!

This venue was absolutely perfect!! I knew having a February wedding would mean I needed a venue that had a beautiful indoor spot, and this place was so perfect. The staff was flexible, friendly, reliable, easy to get ahold of, and super helpful. We had the perfect day thanks to this venue and it's amazing staff. Thank you so so so much!

My husband and I took a leap when booking White Willow, as it had not been built yet. We met with Angela and she walked us through her vision and her passion spoke for itself. We felt it was the right decision for us and it sure was the best decision we've made. Touring the venue while under construction and then seeing it again when it was fully done was such a magical experience. It exceeded all expectations!! The venue speaks for itself and Tori, our day of coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She helped us with everything from small details to locations and vendors. The day of, she and her team were so professional and got the job done seamlessly. I did not have a worry in the world and I owe that to the incredible team at White Willow Meadows. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a venue to tour this one and I promise you will be blown away.

White Willow Meadows is amazing! We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding! We received so many compliments about our venue, their facility is one like no other! Besides being beautiful, their staff and service is top notch! Their team helped us with planning, timeline and handling everything the day of! 100% worth the money! WWM was a fantastic venue and made our wedding truly feel like a dream. From all the amazing amenities (especially the Dairy Barn), to the super friendly but organized and professional staff, it was such a wonderful experience working with the WWM team. Our guests are still raving about how fun the venue was from an attendee perspective, and it was so lovely and relaxing knowing how well-orchestrated the prep/clean-up process was. We'd get married here again if we could!

I can say with full confidence that risk absolutely paid off. We put our fully trust in the owner, Angela, because we could see how passionate and knowledgeable she was about this industry. The venue is perfectly designed to ensure every moment of the day flows seamlessly. Every member of the White Willow team is dedicated to providing extraordinary experiences and it shows from the first meeting, to the big day and beyond. Our coordinator, Jenna, was vital in making sure our day went as smoothly as possible. She thought of every detail that needed to be covered and was on site to ensure everything went seamlessly. I cannot recommend White Willow meadows enough. If you want a perfectly classic, timeless, beautiful upscale wedding venue, WWM is the place for you!

Beautiful venue and amazing coordinators. They helped make my wedding day stress free and fun!

We had our wedding at White Willow Meadows and I can't recommend it enough! Our day of coordinator, Tori was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, sweet and she helped keep everything on track without any stress. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the day.

One of our favorite parts was staying at the Dairy Barn. Its a cool space and sleeps 14 people so we had our closest family & friends stay there with us. We used it for our rehearsal dinner, had a big after party (with about 45-50 people) and even had a brunch the next morning. Having the space right there was perfect. We didn't have to worry about finding a place to go to after the wedding, which was a relief.

The flowers from Willow the florist were absolutely beautiful. They were exactly what I had imagined and they added the perfect touch to our day. Angela was also amazing to work with. She made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.

If you are looking for a venue where you can truly relax and enjoy your wedding weekend, White Willow Meadows is the perfect place!!

White Willow Meadows hosted our Bridal Wars Columbus event this past summer. The venue was beautiful! We used their outside patio and garden area for the event and it was perfect! An amazing setting. The staff on hand were there to help with anything I needed and super accommodating. I look forward to working with them again in the future! If you are looking for a venue to host your event this is it!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about White Willow Meadows. If we could go back and plan our wedding all over again, we would choose this venue every single time.
Throughout our planning process, we actually ended up having three different planners because of staffing changes and people moving on, which of course made us a little nervous. Then, only about a month before our wedding, Alaina stepped in as our new planner — and she was absolutely incredible. She made us feel taken care of, helped everything come together, and made such an important and stressful time feel so much easier.
Then came our actual wedding day, when we had a CRAZY storm come through. We had dreamed of having our ceremony outside, and the team went above and beyond to make that happen for us. They worked so hard drying everything off, getting things ready again, and doing everything they could so we could still have the outdoor ceremony we wanted. Somehow, despite the weather, everything came together beautifully.
The entire staff was phenomenal throughout the whole day. They were organized, helpful, attentive, and constantly working behind the scenes to make sure we could simply enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about everything going on around us. Knowing what was happening with the weather and seeing how calmly and professionally they handled it made us appreciate them even more.
White Willow Meadows is definitely a pricier venue, but after experiencing our wedding there, we can genuinely say it was worth it for us. The venue itself is beautiful, but the people and the way they handled our day are what really made the difference.
Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be, even with Mother Nature throwing us a major curveball! We will forever be grateful to Alaina and the entire White Willow Meadows team for everything they did for us. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
