I don’t even know where to begin…
Prior to the big day responses were nearly immediate with anything I had questions about or needed assistance with.
The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL, from the the tent draping, to the ceremony space, to the natural scenery, to the homes on site. Beyond the beauty of it all, it’s so functional for weddings and events. Having on site housing available for the close family and bridal party was a total win. Being able to get on site in Friday and decorate was also a huge plus and helped keep nerves at bay and it was so great being able to see our vision come to life (will come back to this too, because things I struggled to make come together the team at Honey Pine made happen). The putting space and dock for fishing are a huge plus and made our kid friendly wedding a breeze as the kids all had something to do. Also, the landscaping on site and constant improvements (so many new things came to fruition from the time we signed our contract to wedding day and I am so thankful I was able to utilize some of these ie telephone booth guest book, dreamy bridges, candy cart etc.) are just two more reasons to fall in love with this space.
The owners and event team just completes this amazing venue package. The owners are two of the most kind, helpful individuals I have ever met. They were willing to help family in set up, anything we needed for rehearsal was brought, problems being solved on the fly, I don’t think I can list all they did to help. The venue coordinator and her team were also BEYOND AMAZING. Helping vendors (ie photographers create dreamy visions, directing caterers), finishing decorating while everyone got ready, she was even out in the dance floor with me with a Tide stick trying to fix a giant stain I had gotten on my dress (LOL) while i was enjoying time with guests. I had a floral arrangement that needed to be moved from ceremony space to reception and had no idea what to do with it, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN AND IT WAS BEAUTIFULLY PLACED. The owner helped hang a neon sign i had no idea what to do with, I had an issue with one of my vendors and they were all on the phone, owners and coordinator, with them trying to solve the problem over TWO DAYS so myself or my family didn’t have to stress about a single thing (also problem got solved!)
Post wedding they cleaned EVERYTHING up, stacked all our decor on a table for easy pack up the following morning, moved all leftover food to the houses for the bridal party eat post wedding.
My thumbs hurt, and I think I could continue on, but I hope you get the point I am trying to make, you will not regret choosing Honey Pine as your wedding day venue and team!

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for our daughter's wedding! Laura, Alan, Dara and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and stress-free. One of the best parts was being able to stay all weekend. It made the whole experience feel so relaxed and unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue!

My entire family will never forget the two days we stayed on this beautiful property celebrating our marriage. They went above and beyond to make our dreams come true that day.

We had a WEDDING at this VENUE…the most gorgeous property! The price of this venue is well worth every penny. We were treated like ROYALTY the entire weekend. The owners and staff were AMAZING! Our experience was better than we could have ever imagined.

They went above and beyond to make our big day all that we hoped for. We loved the ability to have all our family stay on property with us with the 2 on site homes and having Friday to Sunday to decorate, prepare and clean up as well as spend more time with family and friends that came in town. Their staff went above and beyond out expectations and having a day of coordinator included with all their packages was a huge bonus!

Alan and Laura at Honey Pine were the absolute best hosts! We booked the all inclusive package for the whole weekend and had access to endless decor, tables, chairs, linens, and extra onsite housing for our guests. Everything was perfect for our big day and we would recommend Honey Pine to anyone looking for their dream wedding!

Setting is gorgeous, options are not limited to the enclosed venue, but can be outside on the patio, at the lake, at the pavillion, or even hitting floating golf balls from the boat dock into the lake. Venue hosts are soooo helpful and present when you need them, absent when you don't. Option to have family, friends, guests and wedding party stay at one or both on site houses is a major plus vs. trying to coordinate everyone meeting up someplace, not to mention the safety of not having to drive from one location to another after having a good time.

This place is so unique in every way. The peaceful beauty of the pines, hills and lake added to the special feeling of the day. The friendly team was good at listening and making for a vision come true. Good ideas for things I never thought of and a good value compared to other places. Highly recommend.
