I walked in on our wedding day and it literally took my breath away, it was so beautiful. The Old Blue Rooster and their team were incredible and handled everything we needed — we didn’t have to think about or manage any of it on our big day, we just got to enjoy! And our guests loved it. From the initial tour to booking to communicating all the details to the big day, everything was TOO easy…we expected it all to be so much more work & stress — it wasn’t! We can’t recommend OBR enough!

Lorraine was amazing to work with throughout. She was always responsive to our questions and the guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful the venue was. The staff the day of were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!

This venue is absolutely beautiful, especially if you are planning an outdoor ceremony. And if Ohio weather is cooperating with you, they have made an inside ceremony area that is absolutely stunning as well. Lorraine and her team were so helpful from start to finish. Any questions i had, Lorraine was just a short text away. This venue also has a lodge on site that came with the package we had choosen, we used it for the bridal party to get ready. I loved that we could get ready and leave all of our stuff in there while we were at our wedding. I loved that we were able to have our ceremony and reception all in the same place. The Old Blue Rooster has so many different affordable packages and they allow you to bring in your own food. They have a bar onsite and it comes with staff. If they don't have the alcohol you want, they are able to order it for you. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking to get married.

This venue was perfect for our wedding! Lorraine is so easy to work with and really makes the entire process stress free and seamless. The venue itself is so beautiful and the reception space was the perfect size for our guests. Overall a really great experience!

The Old Blue Rooster was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our wedding day went flawlessly and the OBR had a big part in it. It has gorgeous spots for pictures and is close to larger cities while also feeling very secluded and peaceful. OBR was budget friendly and very accommodating. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend the OBR to any event!

This venue was exactly what we were looking for. Rustic exterior with a modern interior reception space. With a getting ready space for the girls and now a suite for the guys to get ready in. It had everything you could need and more. With multiple packages to choose from to stay within your budget. Lorraine, the owner, was very informative, helpful and responsive as we were planning. Glad we found this place!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience at the OBR Barn! Not only is the venue incredibly beautiful, but the staff are unbeatable! Lorraine, event manager, is so kind, accommodating, and easy to get ahold of. She was always quick to answer questions, make changes to our plan as needed, and always tried hard to accommodate any requests we had. Our experience with Lorraine alone would have been enough for me to recommend this venue to anyone & everyone! However, the night of our wedding, we got to meet even more staff who helped us set up and clean up and ran the bar for the event, and they were just as wonderful! I am so incredibly grateful to OBR for the perfect wedding experience. A few tips on the Barn: 1. Rent the lodge! It’s worth the extra money to have extra space right there on the property! And it’s a great getaway space if you need a break or a quiet moment alone with your new spouse. 2. They have a liquor license, so you must purchase alcohol through the venue and cannot bring outside alcohol. But they have so many options! & when we realized the night before that we wanted champagne for mimosas during our morning of getting ready, it was so easy for me to reach out and ask them to have some available for us and add it to our bar tab! 3. Ask them about their associate vendors! They have a Day of Coordinator/Planner that does weddings there all the time, so she is very knowledgeable about the venue & best way to do things. They also work closely with a linens company, that was so hassle-free! They had the linens there for us when we arrived, and all we had to do at the end of the night was leave them in a bag at the venue! Both of these vendors were extremely affordable and made all the difference in our day! 4. Don’t second guess it, just book here!! They have two beautiful locations to choose from, & the incredible staff will make your day so stress free and wonderful. You won’t regret it!
