Chelsey handled a lot of things prior to the wedding - she helped me a bunch with organizing and really handled everything vendor-wise which was amazing for me as a bride. She was amazing not only before the event but as well as at the event. Everything was efficient and precisely how we planned. She paid attention to so many details - even while setting up the tiny things on tables. I am very high strung as a person and she was a god send for taking things off my plate and always making me feel secure about our event! Chelsey was amazing! She helped me find some outstanding venders, in particular, she located the best florist and photographers any wedding could ask for! She made sure my day ran smoothly and handled any bumps in the road with grace and efficiency!

Our daughter and her husband were originally planning to get married in October 2023 but as fate would have it, December 10, 2022 would be their special day. We went from having 52 weeks of planning to only 5. My husband was insistent that hiring a wedding coordinator would be necessary and he was right. I booked the first available consultation online with Chelsey and she called me right away. I was a little overwhelmed considering how fast everything needed to be done but Chelsey was so reassuring and gave me complete confidence in her abilities to make this happen. She made herself available to us anytime we had questions or concerns. If we were unsure of something, she gave us suggestions and offered options that kept the process moving along seamlessly. From that first call to the very last minute of the reception, Chelsey felt like an extension of our family. She is so fun loving. She shared in our excitement and took care of us throughout the entire day. Chelsey was right there anytime anyone needed anything. She was not only there for us but for all of our guests as well.
