Katie was just the person we needed to make our wedding day the best day. Her love for making sure couples have their dream wedding shines through every step of planning. She is quick to respond to any questions and makes sure she asks the questions you forgot to. I could not have done the things I wanted to without her help. Many people contemplate hiring a planner/coordinator and my advice is if you are thinking about it invest in Palmetto River Planning. Hiring Katie was the best decision we made while wedding planning! She was so supportive throughout the planning process and really blew us away with her coordination skills! We had historic snowfall in South Carolina on the day of our wedding, which could have been a disaster. Katie stepped in and handled all of the contingency planning so we didn’t have to worry at all. She made the day so beautiful and well organized even during a serious weather event. Katie made sure we had everything we wanted on our wedding day and even made sure we got to eat dinner at our reception! I have no idea what we would have done without her, and I will tell anyone I know to call Katie first thing when they are planning their wedding or event!

Allyson worked with us directly on our event (basically a wedding) and she was so organized, attentive, and helpful. She exceeded our expectations and helped our big day go off without a hitch. She even made my husband and I a plate for dinner! She planned a very detailed document before the event (also had planning meetings with us, etc.) and literally thought of everything. PRP was easily the BEST use of money for our wedding!! I am a very organized gal and did a lot of planning, gathering decor, DIY projects myself - but there is absolutely no way I could have done the actual wedding day without these ladies! They truly put everything together and made all of the planning and organization HAPPEN! The communication with this team is SO easy!
A simple walk-through and quick rehearsal was perfect for the entire wedding party to have an idea of what was to happen the following day. Katie and McKenzie listened to all of my desires and made sure they were all met.
On my actual wedding day, I did not have to worry about a dang thing, lift a finger, or make any decisions - it was all done for me by ladies that I truly trusted would make the everything happen just the way I had envisioned. They absolutely delivered on every part of the wedding from coordinating everyone throughout the day, decorating the venue, breaking down after the wedding, and directing vendors throughout the day of the wedding as well.

Katie and her Team were the best! For over a year she answered every question we had, and we had a lot, put up with us changing things and met with us multiple times! So professional! I never had to think about anything but my daughter the day of the wedding-she handled everything! My Vendors were even raving about her! She had a timeline and kept everything moving along-the guest told me smoothest best wedding they had been to! We love her and highly recommend her! Price was so budget friendly too!

Katie and her team were absolutely amazing! I was a bride that wanted to be hands off during my big day and Katie not only made that possible, but made it better than I could ever imagine. Any issue or complication that arose me and my husband had no clue about because it was handled so quickly/secretly. Katie and her team went above and beyond. From setting up, cleaning up, to driving me around in her car to keep the heat away she was so helpful in ways that were not even discussed before the big day. Her and her team were so kind and exceeded in every request I had. I could tell that this is so much more than a job for her and the genuine connection she made allowed us to be extremely comfortable on a day that is full of so many nerves. She made sure our day was running smoothly and that me and my husband requests were honored. Katie worked well with our other vendors and worked hand in hand to coordinate every aspect of the day. There were times I would just think of needing her and she would almost magically appear. That goes to show how well she got to know me and my family to ensure that our day was perfect. I will forever be grateful for her and her team for helping our day be the most perfect, memorable day. I will continue to recommend Katie and her company to anyone and everyone in the future!
