Palmetto River Planning was a fantastic choice for our wedding coordinator. From the start, Katie’s communication was straightforward, quick, and to the point - exactly what we needed to keep our planning on track. The quality of her work and value was outstanding - she was easy to work with, detail-oriented, and ensured our day was well-structured. We were really lucky to find them, as we initially didn't realize how important it is to have a coordinator. Katie and her team were incredibly accommodating to our special requests - given I come from a different culture where we do weddings slightly different - and last-minute changes, always present and facilitated well! We're so grateful for the great value and smooth experience Palmetto River Planning provided for our special day!

Katie and her team made my daughter's wedding so spectacular! We could NOT have done it without them. They made the bride feel so special and cared for all day even while working tirelessly to help set up and keep everything running smoothly. They had great attention to detail and even stopped to help make sure sure I (mother of the bride) felt confident tying the cords for their handfasting ceremony. They did not leave until everything was torn down and cleaned. I had great vendors for her wedding, but THIS was the BEST money I spent, hands down. Would recommend 10/10!!!!!

We had such an amazing experience with Katie! She was thoughtful, organized and clear with her communication. She made the day smooth and seem less with my large family! (She was very good at wrangling the cats.) I would recommend her for everyone’s wedding and she will be the coordinator for the rest of my families weddings! We love Katie and the PRP family!

Katie and her team are phenomenal! Working with her for over a year planning my wedding was such a joy. She made everything less stressful and helped with every little detail. Hiring Katie was the best decision we made while wedding planning! She was so supportive throughout the planning process and really blew us away with her coordination skills! We had historic snowfall in South Carolina on the day of our wedding, which could have been a disaster. Katie stepped in and handled all of the contingency planning so we didn’t have to worry at all. She made the day so beautiful and well organized even during a serious weather event. Katie made sure we had everything we wanted on our wedding day and even made sure we got to eat dinner at our reception! I have no idea what we would have done without her, and I will tell anyone I know to call Katie first thing when they are planning their wedding or event!

Allyson worked with us directly on our event (basically a wedding) and she was so organized, attentive, and helpful. She exceeded our expectations and helped our big day go off without a hitch. She even made my husband and I a plate for dinner! She planned a very detailed document before the event (also had planning meetings with us, etc.) and literally thought of everything. She knew our vision inside and out. She was so good at handling things behind the scenes while we relaxed and enjoyed our big day. Thank you to Palmetto River Planning for everything! If you’re a bride looking for the best planning company (also priced very reasonably), these are your girls!

PRP was easily the BEST use of money for our wedding!! I am a very organized gal and did a lot of planning, gathering decor, DIY projects myself - but there is absolutely no way I could have done the actual wedding day without these ladies! They truly put everything together and made all of the planning and organization HAPPEN! The communication with this team is SO easy!
A simple walk-through and quick rehearsal was perfect for the entire wedding party to have an idea of what was to happen the following day. Katie and McKenzie listened to all of my desires and made sure they were all met.
On my actual wedding day, I did not have to worry about a dang thing, lift a finger, or make any decisions - it was all done for me by ladies that I truly trusted would make the everything happen just the way I had envisioned. They absolutely delivered on every part of the wedding from coordinating everyone throughout the day, decorating the venue, breaking down after the wedding, and directing vendors throughout the day of the wedding as well.
