Palmetto River Planning was an amazing vendor to work with! Allyson and Katie were wonderful.
Allyson worked with us directly on our event (basically a wedding) and she was so organized, attentive, and helpful. She exceeded our expectations and helped our big day go off without a hitch. She even made my husband and I a plate for dinner! She planned a very detailed document before the event (also had planning meetings with us, etc.) and literally thought of everything. She knew our vision inside and out. She was so good at handling things behind the scenes while we relaxed and enjoyed our big day. Thank you to Palmetto River Planning for everything! Our special day was an amazing day because of you.

PRP was easily the BEST use of money for our wedding!! I am a very organized gal and did a lot of planning, gathering decor, DIY projects myself - but there is absolutely no way I could have done the actual wedding day without these ladies! They truly put everything together and made all of the planning and organization HAPPEN! The communication with this team is SO easy!
A simple walk-through and quick rehearsal was perfect for the entire wedding party to have an idea of what was to happen the following day. Katie and McKenzie listened to all of my desires and made sure they were all met.
On my actual wedding day, I did not have to worry about a dang thing, lift a finger, or make any decisions - it was all done for me by ladies that I truly trusted would make the everything happen just the way I had envisioned. They absolutely delivered on every part of the wedding from coordinating everyone throughout the day, decorating the venue, breaking down after the wedding, and directing vendors throughout the day of the wedding as well.

We are so thankful we chose Palmetto River Planning for our wedding coordinator. Katie was extremely organized, professional, and helped the wedding day run so smoothly. She handled every detail with care and made sure that my husband and I were able to truly enjoy the entire wedding day. She communicated with all of the vendors and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Katie and her team were amazing. They went above and beyond on our wedding day. I would never have been able to do it with out them. Katie and her Team were the best! For over a year she answered every question we had, and we had a lot, put up with us changing things and met with us multiple times! So professional! I never had to think about anything but my daughter the day of the wedding-she handled everything! My Vendors were even raving about her! She had a timeline and kept everything moving along-the guest told me smoothest best wedding they had been to! We love her and highly recommend her! Please, please do yourself the favor of booking Katie to be your event coordinator!
I went into my micro-wedding thinking I didn't need a coordinator. Katie proved me wrong in how knowledgeable and thorough she was. She truly knows her stuff and taught us a lot we didn't know, brought up many elements we hadn't accounted for. Pre-wedding, she got in touch with all of the vendors. And on the day of, she was LEGENDARY. From making sure our entry was flawless to ensuring coordinators were right where they needed to be to putting decor right where it needed to be to even fixing my makeup after I cried during the first look. Katie was completely and utterly on the ball! Katie is the best, most thorough, most thoughtful coordinator I could have asked for--you will be doing yourself a humongous service to book her!!!Palmetto River Planning's reply:

Everything planned to the minute!
I attended a wedding planned by Katie and every detail of the day from what time the bridesmaids got there to the couple leaving was planned to the minute. The wedding bible is a necessity for an organized, detailed wedding.Palmetto River Planning's reply:
