Evergreen Magnolia was such an amazing team to work with! Our wedding day went so smooth and everyone was on the same page. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day because Danielle and her assistant coordinated everything to perfection! Evergreen Magnolia was a part of the wedding planning process from begging to end. If there were questions for the venue our coordinator Danielle would talk to them for us including our other vendors. Evergreen Magnolia gave us tools to stay organized as well. Danielle was readily available for any needs and questions we had. I am grateful for everything they did for us!

I was skeptical when first deciding to use a wedding planner/day-of coordinator, but now I am absolutely so glad we did! Corrin made the day so special and stress-free, and she helped make sure I stayed on track during the months leading up to the wedding. Now that I've experienced a wedding with a day-of coordinator involved, I have no idea how brides do it without one. We had a few bumps in the road on the day of the wedding, and Corrin made sure everything was handled before I could even begin to feel stress. She did a wonderful job setting up our reception area, and she has a ton of awesome items in her inventory that made the day really special! Corrin was able to give me all of the tips and tricks for planning a wedding within my budget. Who she suggested cater my wedding was phenomenal in regard to both taste and price! She answered every email quickly and efficiently and provided me with sooo much knowledge. I tasked Corrin with assisting me in turning my parents backyard into a venue, and she helped make all of my dreams come true. From the planning of where to put tables, chairs, our ceremony etc. to setting up our entire wedding exactly how I imagined it so I didn’t even have to lift a finger or think. Corrin and her team are the absolute best and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I wish I could give Corrin and her team 6 stars. Everyone at Evergreen Magnolia is so kind, they pay attention to detail, and have your day organized immaculately. Corrin went above and beyond for our wedding, checking in with me and getting details before the month of. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Corrin was in touch with all my vendors, kept me in the loop, and made sure she had all the pieces to execute my DIY decor perfectly. When I saw her set up of what I had designed I was blown away. It was as if she had been in my head and saw exactly what I was imagining. My day could not have looked more perfect in my opinion. Corrin and her team also had the misfortune to have to deal with one out-of-control family member at the reception. However, they handled it gracefully, and professionally, and still delivered all of my expectations. Danielle went above and beyond at the end of the night making sure all my decorations and rentals were packed up. The Evergreen Magnolia team was one of the best parts of my wedding day and it would not have been as amazing without them.

Evergreen Magnolia Pop-Up Weddings, Corrin Cater, made my wedding planning painless, stress free and more beautiful than I could have imagined! I chose her partial planning package, which meant I was able to research, decorate and plan my wedding the way that I wanted and Corrin was there to make sure I didn’t overlook anything and guided me through the process. Throughout the time planning, she met with us often to check in with us and she made it easy to communicate with her any time we needed her.
