Barkeeps and Butlers is a full-service wedding bar catering business based in Greenville, South Carolina. We focus on every detail to make sure your bar is set up beautifully and your guests are given white-glove treatment.

Services Offered

Barkeeps and Butlers provides several bar package options: Wine and beer; Full-service bar; Signature Cocktails; Champagne Toasts; Mocktails (non-alcoholic). Each bar package can be customized to fit your needs and budget. Need help figuring out the best wine to serve with your meal, no worries, we can help you with that as well.

Each Barkeeps and Butlers bar package includes all the bar equipment and supplies needed to chill, store, display and serve your cocktails, wine and beer, as well as all mixers and garnishes. We also provide custom bars, if needed. Our team will arrive one hour prior to the start of your reception to ensure that the bar is fully functioning when the first guest arrives.

We are licensed, fully insured and our team is either TIPS or ServSafe certified and have extensive customer service training. Our barkeeps our sophisticated in appearance while being approachable and fun. They work hard behind the bar to make sure your guests are well taken care of.

Run to Book Barkeeps and Butlers!

I can’t say enough about Sharon and her team at Barkeeps and Butlers! They were amazing both on the day of and leading up to our wedding. Sharon was extremely flexible and helped us navigate some unexpected changes a few weeks out from the day of the reception. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were so friendly and kept everyone watered with delicious drinks from specialty cocktails at the cocktail hour to full bar service during the ceremony. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone for a wedding or any other event. Go book them now!

It started with a phone call

We needed to plan a wedding in 6 weeks July 4th. They were committed from day one and never made us feel iy was going to be difficult to accomplish. Wow, the price, service staff, creativity and communication far superior than anything we expected. THANK YOU for making our daughters dream wedding possible and FUN too.

Amazing, Flexible, and Reliable!

Barkeeps and Butlers are AMAZING! Sharon was a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and detailed! Her team is quick, flexible and very easy to work with to make sure the bride and groom are happy! They brought a beautiful bar that matched the couples elegant decorations and everyone was VERY happy with their work! I can't wait to work with them again!

Amazing! Great work ethic and very professional!!

I was the day of coordinator for a wedding this past weekend in Greenville, SC. I had the pleasure of working with Sharon and her team of Barkeeps and Butlers. There are a lot of moving parts to coordinating a wedding. That said, Sharon and her team were on time, extremely professional, very accommodating to the guests. I never at one time had to concern myself with their job performance during the event. I have already recommended their services to another of our couples and will continue to promote their services. This was a first class operation! They made my job as a coordinator much easier! I can't thank them enough!

Excellent service and great selection

We worked with Barkeeps and Butlers on an event and never had to worry about the bar. It was taken care of with knowledgeable bartenders and plenty of supplies. Loved working with them!

Amazing service for a reasonable price!

Wow! We can not recommend Butlers and Barkeeps enough. They were professional, organized running and confirming every detail ahead of time, and the staff was so much fun! The bar setup is amazing and everything from glassware to service is very high-end, they make great drinks and they were flexible with us for a last minute addition of an outside bar as well as cooling and helping us with juice boxes for the kids. The bar set-up is top notch and they did such a good job setting up, it looked like the bars belonged that and weren’t set up earlier that day. Sharon and her team truly cared about making our special day as perfect as they could. We would choose them over and over again!!

The Best Vino for our Special Night

Sharon was so wonderful to work with for our rehearsal dinner. We talked on the phone in the early stages and she answered all of my questions. I prefer Italian varietals and she remembered this when it was time to pick out wines. They reserved a special bottle for the bride and groom which was delicious and high quality so there was no hangover the morning of our wedding! They also gifted us with the extra bottle we did not drink. Very affordable, great quality and wonderful service. Would definitely hire again!

Wonderful service and Excellent Management!!!

They recommended the wines and beers and quantities needed and took care of everything: pre-chilling, glassware, delivery, set up and take down so i didn't have to think about it at all on my big day! Easy to get in touch with and always willing to discuss your vision and concerns to make it what you want.
