Southern Palate Catering provides delicious dishes for weddings and other special occasions throughout the Upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina. This team of professional caterers is led by Chefs James & Denise Norman. This culinary creative team loves to cook from the heart, putting love and dedication into every event. Denise graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas and has been in the culinary industry for many decades. James has been in the hospitality and culinary industry for many years and has a talent for creating delicious dishes for everyone.

Southern Palate Catering provides an array of dishes that feature many family favorites. Some of these include tuscan chicken, beef burgundy, honey roasted pork tenderloin, shrimp & grits, roasted mixed vegetables, orange glazed carrots, rice pilaf, scalloped potatoes and southern-style green beans. Couples are welcome to design their own menu to ensure that all their favorite tastes and dishes are present on their big day. We offer casual buffets, chef stations, formal sit-down meals, and more.
