  The Best Coordinator Ever!

  We worked with Chelsey for our April 2023 wedding. She was beyond helpful, professional, enthusiastic and made sure our event went off without a hitch. Leading up to our wedding she not only helped us think through the details, but also source decor items we might need! It was wonderful to have her manage all the vendors and ensure our wedding ceremony & reception were exactly how we envisioned. I cannot recommend enough the value of having a day of coordinator so that you & your future spouse can focus on the most important thing - your love for each other. Worth every single penny. I highly recommend Five Feathers Events for all our wedding coordination needs!

  Amazing Planner!!!

  Chelsey was amazing! She helped me find some outstanding venders, in particular, she located the best florist and photographers any wedding could ask for! She made sure my day ran smoothly and handled any bumps in the road with grace and efficiency!

  Hiring Chelsey was one of the best decisions we made for our daughters wedding day!

  Our daughter and her husband were originally planning to get married in October 2023 but as fate would have it, December 10, 2022 would be their special day. We went from having 52 weeks of planning to only 5. My husband was insistent that hiring a wedding coordinator would be necessary and he was right. I booked the first available consultation online with Chelsey and she called me right away. I was a little overwhelmed considering how fast everything needed to be done but Chelsey was so reassuring and gave me complete confidence in her abilities to make this happen. She made herself available to us anytime we had questions or concerns. If we were unsure of something, she gave us suggestions and offered options that kept the process moving along seamlessly. From that first call to the very last minute of the reception, Chelsey felt like an extension of our family. She is so fun loving. She shared in our excitement and took care of us throughout the entire day. Chelsey was right there anytime anyone needed anything. She was not only there for us but for all of our guests as well. Everyone loved Chelsey and commented on what a great job she did. If you are looking for a wedding planner or a coordinator, I highly recommend Chelsey and Five Feathers Events. I don’t know what we would have done without her! ❤️

  Hands down the best there is!!

  Five Feathers was absolutely HANDS DOWN the best!! They made sure it was everything I wanted and more. They are very organized and keep you in the loop through the whole process. A huge plus, they took all the stress from me and did it all and they are so much fun to work with!! My wedding day was everything I dreamed of because of how well they are!!

  Absolutely amazing !

  There were a lot of things that could’ve gone wrong on our big day and Chelsey made sure everything went right. It’s sad I might never get to use Chelsey again for any of my weddings (lol) but id highly recommend her to anyone! Hopefully she’s still head of this business when my daughter decides to marry some day!

  BEST Wedding Planner

  I am so thankful to have been able to work with Chelsey at Five Feathers Events for our wedding in May 2022. We decided to work with her as a partial planner because we had already booked the majority of our vendors. I became very overwhelmed as I began my final year in graduate school and decided to reach out to Chelsey for help with the remainder of our planning and I am so glad I did. From day one, Chelsey helped ease my stress and helped me create the overall vision for our wedding day by helping us find an officiant, MUA, and a florist as well as create our day-of plans.
  
  On our wedding day, Chelsey was a literal superhero the entire day and made sure my husband and I were happy and having a fantastic time. On the day of the wedding, we had some last-minute challenges arise (as expected with any wedding) and Chelsey jumped in immediately to ensure everything went smoothly and there was no stress on our end.
  
  Chelsey was always very quick to respond and incredibly sweet during the entire planning process with my husband and me. I highly recommend Chelsey and Five Feathers Events for any and every bride in the area. She has such a genuine soul and most friendly attitude and I am so thankful to have been able to get to know her and have her on our wedding day.

  Today was a fairytale!

  I can’t express enough how Five Feathers made my day so much better. She helped me think of things that I would have never thought of or considered. My day was so enjoyable and stress free because of them. They stayed in touch with my vendors so I wouldn’t have to stress or think about things last minute or throughout the whole process. I highly recommend having a wedding coordinator and definitely recommend Five Feather!

  Five Feathers Events coordinated my son's and daughter-in-law's wedding and post-wedding dinner party, and it could not have been a more perfect day all around. Don't let Chelsey's diminutive size fool you, she is a tiny but mighty powerhouse of an organizer! She and Olivia did a phenomenal job wrangling the wedding party, venue, catering staff, etc. - you name it, they handled it! The day went off beautifully and was really stress-free thanks to Chelsey and team's skill, professionalism, and ability to connect with the bride, groom, and their families. I could not have been happier with the level of service provided, and Five Feathers Events will definitely be my go-to for any future events! Thanks ladies!! ❤ ~ Caroline

  Wedding of my dreams

  Amazing communication. Reliable service. Chelsey was such a joy to work with. Bubbly and free spirit personality :) She made everything run so smoothly. Only suggestion would be that wedding planner and venue owner attend all meetings so no confusion between parties. Otherwise, my wedding was absolutely perfect!

  I cannot be more happy i hired them

  Chelsey was incredible. She helped managed all the things I was too busy to do. And helped organized the ceremony when we didn’t know where to start. And somehow our florist ended up giving us yellow flower petals when my bouquet was blue and white, but they went all the way to the store to buy white roses and get new petals. 10/10 would absolutely recommend hiring them

  Chelsea of Five Feathers Events was amazing, so energetic and just creates a happy environment around her bubbly personality and puts the wedding party and family at ease! She directed and decorated for my son and daughter-in-law's impromptu wedding - due to COVID-19 ruining their original plans. We hope to hire her again when they get to celebrate their formal vow renewal & reception! Thank you for everything Chelsea!

  Chelsey and her daughter did a phenomenal job with our wedding! She helped us find a couple of our vendors that we were not set with. She also led an excellent rehearsal for us and facilitated our clean up when the reception ended.

Chelsey was the first one to call me when my wedding venue filed for bankruptcy and she made sure I knew that she would make our wedding everything we imagined! She made sure we always knew that everything would work out! Chelsey is honest, caring, organized and will help you get any deal in her power! From the first day I met her she showed me that she truly loves what she does and wants to make her brides feel special and loved! At my wedding Chelsey made everyone feel welcomed and was 1000 steps ahead of me lol! Anything I needed she already had in place!   Chelsey and her assistant Corrine did an amazing job - it MONSOONED during our reception and flooded the tent/ outdoor venue. Chelsey and Corrine worked quickly and moved everything inside for us, while still keeping everything on track!

  Chelsey is FANTASTIC! As a former paralegal, she knows how to wrangle in vendors (and the occasional unruly parent). I could not have pulled off my day without her or kept my head on straight during the planning process. My bridesmaids hired her as a gift to me after my bachelorette party and realizing that as an attorney myself, I just did not have the time to dedicate to planning the wedding. Chelsey stepped in and got things done. Forty days out from my May 2020 wedding we had to cancel due to COVID. Chelsey stepped up again and helped me run about a dozen different scenarios under the uncertain circumstances and we planned and entirely different family only wedding in an entirely different location. She is truly a god send. Hire her for your day, you won't regret it.

  Chelsey went above and beyond to make our wedding day went as planned. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to hire a DOC at first, but I am so so so glad I hired Chelsey! She radiates joy, kindness and professionalism. I would recommend her to anyone!

  Worth it for the stress-relief!!

  Although I planned my wedding, the thought of how to make it all actually come together on the day-of was overwhelming & often kept me up at night. After submitting an inquiry on her website, Chelsea happened to call me while I was mid-panic attack about it. By the time she finished telling me what all she would do for me, I was like “Yep, yes, you’re hired”. Having someone that I KNEW would be the point-person for my wedding that was someone besides myself was an immediate relief. At our consultation, she helped build a plan and vision for how the logistics of the day would go, then took care of coordinating with my vendors, planning a seating plan, helping with order of service, etc. If you’re at any stage of wedding planning and considering a day-of coordinator, hire Chelsea!!! I promise it’s worth every penny to have a peace-of-mind about how your day will go!

  Amazing coordinator

  Chelsea was so helpful with helping me organize last minute wedding details, I really had no idea how much I needed someones help until she stepped in. She took so much stress off me, and helped with any little obstacles along the way. I would definitely recommend her to any bride looking for a coordinator, know that she will put in a 110% and make your special and perfect!
