Made it so easy!
I was a total type A bride determined to do everything myself, because only I could get it perfect, but with Chelsey I had complete faith and trust! Chelsey not only saw my vision, but made it her own, and executed perfection. She is truly amazing and part of the family! -

Chelsey Crawley + Five Feathers
My husband and I had a great experience w Chelsey and her team at Five Feathers events. They were our day of wedding coordinators and we were so thankful we had them. Chelsey handled a lot of things prior to the wedding - she helped me a bunch with organizing and really handled everything vendor-wise which was amazing for me as a bride. She was amazing not only before the event but as well as at the event. Everything was efficient and precisely how we planned. She paid attention to so many details - even while setting up the tiny things on tables. I am very high strung as a person and she was a god send for taking things off my plate and always making me feel secure about our event! Any hickups were very well handled and taken care of immediately... Love this team & if you are looking for someone to help you at your wedding and the month of --- this is the team! -

I can't say enough good things about Chelsey and her team! From start to finish Chelsey was on top of everything and paid amazing attention to detail! On our wedding day, Chelsey was super professional and handled everything without a hitch! She is super knowledgeable, easy to work with, understanding, and communicated excellently through the whole process so there were no surprises! It was so nice to enjoy our wedding day and not be stressed at all about the day coming together! She exceeded my expectations and I couldn't believe how seamlessly she made everything come together! I can't recommend Chelsey and Five Feathers highly enough!! -

The Best Coordinator Ever!
We worked with Chelsey for our April 2023 wedding. She was beyond helpful, professional, enthusiastic and made sure our event went off without a hitch. Leading up to our wedding she not only helped us think through the details, but also source decor items we might need! It was wonderful to have her manage all the vendors and ensure our wedding ceremony & reception were exactly how we envisioned. I cannot recommend enough the value of having a day of coordinator so that you & your future spouse can focus on the most important thing - your love for each other. Worth every single penny. I highly recommend Five Feathers Events for all our wedding coordination needs! -

I am so thankful to have been able to work with Chelsey at Five Feathers Events for our wedding in May 2022. We decided to work with her as a partial planner because we had already booked the majority of our vendors. I became very overwhelmed as I began my final year in graduate school and decided to reach out to Chelsey for help with the remainder of our planning and I am so glad I did. From day one, Chelsey helped ease my stress and helped me create the overall vision for our wedding day by helping us find an officiant, MUA, and a florist as well as create our day-of plans.
On our wedding day, Chelsey was a literal superhero the entire day and made sure my husband and I were happy and having a fantastic time. On the day of the wedding, we had some last-minute challenges arise (as expected with any wedding) and Chelsey jumped in immediately to ensure everything went smoothly and there was no stress on our end.
Chelsey was always very quick to respond and incredibly sweet during the entire planning process with my husband and me. I highly recommend Chelsey and Five Feathers Events for any and every bride in the area. She has such a genuine soul and most friendly attitude and I am so thankful to have been able to get to know her and have her on our wedding day. -

Absolutely amazing !
There were a lot of things that could’ve gone wrong on our big day and Chelsey made sure everything went right. It’s sad I might never get to use Chelsey again for any of my weddings (lol) but id highly recommend her to anyone! Hopefully she’s still head of this business when my daughter decides to marry some day! -

Five Feathers Events coordinated my son's and daughter-in-law's wedding and post-wedding dinner party, and it could not have been a more perfect day all around. Don't let Chelsey's diminutive size fool you, she is a tiny but mighty powerhouse of an organizer! She and Olivia did a phenomenal job wrangling the wedding party, venue, catering staff, etc. - you name it, they handled it! The day went off beautifully and was really stress-free thanks to Chelsey and team's skill, professionalism, and ability to connect with the bride, groom, and their families. I could not have been happier with the level of service provided, and Five Feathers Events will definitely be my go-to for any future events! Thanks ladies!! ❤ ~ Caroline -

Today was a fairytale!
I can’t express enough how Five Feathers made my day so much better. She helped me think of things that I would have never thought of or considered. My day was so enjoyable and stress free because of them. They stayed in touch with my vendors so I wouldn’t have to stress or think about things last minute or throughout the whole process. I highly recommend having a wedding coordinator and definitely recommend Five Feather! -

Amazing communication. Reliable service. Chelsey was such a joy to work with. Bubbly and free spirit personality :) She made everything run so smoothly. Only suggestion would be that wedding planner and venue owner attend all meetings so no confusion between parties. Otherwise, my wedding was absolutely perfect! -

I absolutely love Chelsey! Ya’ll book her! Chelsey was the first one to call me when my wedding venue filed for bankruptcy and she made sure I knew that she would make our wedding everything we imagined! She made sure we always knew that everything would work out! Chelsey is honest, caring, organized and will help you get any deal in her power! From the first day I met her she showed me that she truly loves what she does and wants to make her brides feel special and loved! At my wedding Chelsey made everyone feel welcomed and was 1000 steps ahead of me lol! Anything I needed she already had in place! Honesty, I can go on forever but just know that if you book with five feathers you will be taken care of and you will have the best wedding planning experience (even when the bumps come)! -

Although I planned my wedding, the thought of how to make it all actually come together on the day-of was overwhelming & often kept me up at night. After submitting an inquiry on her website, Chelsea happened to call me while I was mid-panic attack about it. By the time she finished telling me what all she would do for me, I was like “Yep, yes, you’re hired”. Having someone that I KNEW would be the point-person for my wedding that was someone besides myself was an immediate relief. At our consultation, she helped build a plan and vision for how the logistics of the day would go, then took care of coordinating with my vendors, planning a seating plan, helping with order of service, etc. If you’re at any stage of wedding planning and considering a day-of coordinator, hire Chelsea!!! I promise it’s worth every penny to have a peace-of-mind about how your day will go! -

Mother of Bride
Chelsea Crawley of Five Feathers Events is a very caring and gracious wedding host. She coordinated All of the wedding details down to helping me find my lost purse. We got the feeling she really cares and is interested in everything going very smoothly so you can just relax and have a good time. We depended on her and she did not fail, but came through each time. Chelsea was never far away but always around if you needed her or had questions of any type. She also has a charming personality and is very easy to work with. She guided us from one stage of the wedding to the next, all the way to the very end. We highly recommend Chelsea as an excellent wedding coordinator! -

The best wedding planner around
Chelsea went above and beyond for our special day. We planned to get married on March 29th, but due to the virus we had to change everything including the date. Within 24hours we were getting married on (March 20th), and Chelsea didn’t miss a beat. We are forever grateful for everything she did for us that day. -

Chelsey and her husband were an actual life saver!! We brought her on rather late in our wedding planning and she came in and immediately tied up all loose ends. She was our planner and coordinated day of and during the rehearsal. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. She made the wedding actually enjoyable for me as I didn’t have to worry about anything and could just enjoy my day.

I got married recently in New Bern, NC. I had quite a few moments when i thought something was going to go wrong. Luckily, I was given the opportunity to have a wedding planner the day of my wedding. Chelsea Crawley had recently moved the the New Bern area. She became my Wedding Planner, and I am beyond happy that she was there. We had a few meetings the months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on the same page. When I say that Chelsea went above and beyond the day of our wedding was an understatement. My florist delivered the wrong flowers, and they were not at all what I wanted. Chelsea saved the day and made me a new bouquet. She kept checking in with me throughout the entire night. After the ceremony, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be for family photos and made sure we had something to drink under the hot sun. When it came time to eat during the reception, she made she my husband and I had our plates first. She worked very well with the rest of the vendors. And to top it all off, she is this bubble of joy. You will get lots of smiles and laughter from Chelsea. I could go on and on.
Thank you Chelsea for helping me be the relaxed bride that I was. Thanks to you, you made my/our day perfect.

Great wedding day!
Chelsey was amazing to have on our wedding day! She helped everything run smoothly and putting out the little fires before either of us got word of anything. She is so good at organizing everyone and everything, both at the rehearsal and on our wedding day. She helped us find 4 of our vendors that were great matches for our needs. We had a scare that she wouldn’t be there on our wedding day but are incredibly grateful that she was able to make it work and be there for us!! -

I wouldn’t go as far as to call Chelsey a professional. My wife hired her to coordinate our wedding, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Chelsey missed critical details, left essential tasks incomplete, and created far more stress than relief. Had it not been for our incredible bridal party stepping in, our wedding would’ve been chaotic. If you want your bride to have a smooth, worry-free wedding day, I’d recommend speaking to literally anyone else. -

Do NOT hire this wedding coordinator if you want your big day to go smoothly. From the start, she was unreliable, showing up late, missing key tasks, and often appearing completely overwhelmed. She failed to coordinate with vendors, neglected essential setup for the ceremony and reception, and left us scrambling to fill in gaps. She served children drinks, she made comments to my guests about trying to consume their drinks and she played the wrong songs for my ceremony. She even vaped during planning meetings, and many of the duties she promised to handle were ultimately ignored. If it weren’t for my incredible bridal party stepping in to save the day, my wedding would have been a disaster. Save yourself the stress and find a coordinator who is actually reliable!
