Before our wedding I scoured the web to learn what truly great wedding photography looked like. Being professional videographers, my husband and I admittedly had high expectations. We begin our search for an excellent photographer that could meet our ideal of a true professional, preferably local and definitely in our budget. Spoiler alert: we went with Matt and Jentry: Photographers!

I was super stoked when we discovered Matt and Jentry; so stoked that I, being the stressed bride-to-be, was so nervous that I was literally too scared to contact them, as if I must be dreaming and if I reached for the mirage it would disappear. I think I literally obsessed about their work for a good two months. Fate intervened and during a wedding I was hired to film I immediately recognized Jentry as the photographer during the bridal prep and ask for her card (with much due respect to her professional modesty, I don't think she minded too badly the drooling and gush of compliments I had for their work). We hired them for our engagement session (best idea ever) and for our entire wedding day.

Matt and Jentry: Photographers were and still remain everything we consider perfect in professional photography. Local and charming, highly skilled, fun to be around, very easy to work with, extremely passionate about their work, caring about their clients, they are flexible and affordable, worth every penny and then some! Their many amazing products are of the highest quality and adorably designed. We thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to have beautiful, heirloom-quality wedding photography (or any photography) in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area and beyond. My husband and I will definitely hire them again for our next family milestone!
