My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Mel from Chair 7 on our wedding day. First off I have to say how amazing they are to work with. They truly exceeded all of our expectations. Their attention to detail and creativity truly captured the essence of our wedding day. Being a creative myself, I was very picky on who I picked to work with but I have to say their professionalism, enthusiasm, and seamless collaboration made the entire experience enjoyable. Every moment of the day was captured and beautifully edited, creating a timeless keepsake that we'll cherish forever. The video they created is so amazing that every time I watch it, it brings me to tears! Love being able to see our day anytime I want! Kyle and Mel with Chair7 are literally THE BEST in the field! They make magic and ooze love into their work! They captured EVERY detail and the pure essence of our wedding day. Then they masterfully weaved it all together and created this absolute masterpiece. Everyone who watches it says they feel like they were there and that it is the best wedding video they have ever seen. It’s like something from a movie. When you put so much love and time into creating the perfect day, you want to see how it all came together, relive it over and over, and have it to show your children’s children. Well, that’s exactly what Kyle and Mel do. They gave us the precious gift of being able to relive our wedding day - which is everything you want from your wedding video. I obsess over details like the meaning and timing of words and music. I notice the details like the angle and speed. I care about things like facial expressions and feelings. And they absolutely NAILED it all. I've watched it a million times and still can't find anything I would change - and that's saying something! I could not have done it any better if I had micromanaged the entire thing. It felt SO GOOD knowing that I could just trust them with this. I was nervous about not being able to pick the music but they are truly masters of their craft and picked the perfect sounds to match with the vibes and feelings from our magical day. I was pretty disappointed with my photos so I could not be more grateful to have this treasure. We compared many others in the area and picked them because of their quality films, their competitive packages, and their engaging and positive personalities. We loved being surrounded by their calm and positive energy on our wedding day. When my photographer would try to rush us, they were able to help me slow down and capture the perfect shots. Even in the days leading up to our wedding when I was so stressed out, they were able to help bring me back to what’s important and remind me about why I’m getting married. Kyle was the videographer at our wedding, and he did an amazing job. The videos turned out so well - watching them back looks like we were part of a movie. Kyle was super responsive, worked with us on a package that fit our needs/budget, and overall, he was awesome to work with.

Kyle and Mel were fantastic! Being a destination wedding, we were a little worried about picking a videographer without the experience of getting to be in person with them first. It was obvious online that they made an extremely and professional product which led us to chose Chair7. In getting to work with them leading up to the wedding and having them there the day of, any worry or concern was gone immediately. They were professional, personal, engaging and made us the most beautiful wedding video we could have ever asked for. We are looking forward to enjoying it many years to come. Kyle and his wife, Melissa, are absolutely amazing! They did such an amazing job with the videography for our wedding. They take their time to get to know you as a couple and discussing what is important to include on your big day. They have great communication and they are so talented. They're also super adventurous and totally up for driving off road/hiking up mountains to get the perfect shots. They captured all of the special moments on our wedding day and we are so thankful for them. We highly recommend Chair7 Films, they are THE BEST!

We cannot say enough good things about Kyle and his work. Kyle is the kindest person and goes out of his way to ensure he is capturing every important detail. We did not even know he was there, and we had a tight ceremony on a pier. I don't know how he did it. He then sent our teaser video to us and we were blown away. It looks like it could be a commercial for Tahoe weddings! Every person who has viewed the teaser has said it is the best wedding video they have seen. Kyle does phenomenal work and we were so lucky to have him on our team.

I have been waiting to write this review for Chair7 Films until I had the right words to express how thankful my husband & I are that he was a part of our wedding day. To be honest, I wasn’t planning on having a videographer for our small elopement. I do wedding photography for a living and felt that photos would be all we needed... but I had a gut feeling that I needed to reach out to a few videographers. Introducing - Kyle Matheney from Chair7 Films. We set up a time for a phone call & immediately Jeff & I knew this was a good match for our wedding day. Kyle’s communication and attention to detail throughout the entire process was incredible. He was super attentive & helpful every step of the way. Kyle’s vibe/energy on the wedding day was very calming & helpful. He gave direction when needed, while also letting the day flow naturally. One of the reasons we were hesitant to hire a videographer was because our wedding was so small (6 people) we didn’t want to feel like we had tons of cameras in our faces during our intimate ceremony. When we got the video back, we couldn’t believe all of the different angles & perspectives from our ceremony… we had no idea he was even there, he was a "video ninja”. He was able to capture everything in the most beautiful way. My husband and I have re-watched our video dozens of times already… we can’t imagine not having this beautiful artwork to go back to in the years to come. My husband and I could not be happier with Chair7 Films! They were less expensive than other videography companies in the area without sacrificing quality. We hardly noticed they were around during our wedding day and yet they captured every moment and edited the whole day into a beautiful film! We were thrilled with the final outcome - it took a few months to get it back, but it was totally worth the wait and we still cry each time we watch it! I don't think you will be disappointed with them!

Kyle at Chair 7 Films absolutely CRUSHED our wedding day. The footage was dynamic and exciting and he captured every moment we would want and even more. The teaser video and the rest of the footage was perfectly synced up to music and brings me to tears every time I watch it. He even posted my sister's maid of honor speech/song on Youtube which got nearly 320,000 views thus far. He knows good Videography! I am a graphic designer and have dabbled into some photography and videography and know that editing is a BEAST. You can tell he pours his heart into editing the videos so even if the final product doesn't get back to you for a few months, the quality is absolutely worth it. 10/10 would recommend. :)
