Loved my wedding night and both owners were amazing. They made my entire wedding happen the way I wanted from the cake to the decor was amazing.

Lets just sat you get what you pay for.

Let me begin by saying that the service in this place was HORRIBLE!!! The banquet hall is beautiful and very well kept and clean. But that was it when it came to this place. We went 4 different times to give payments and give the details of how we wanted the place set up for our baby shower. a week before we went and paid the balance in full, they told us we had a few before to add or take people off. We had 10 people cancel in that time so we wanted to remove a whole table, we called 5 days before the party day and the owner very rudely said we can't take off any tables you paid it already we don't give money back and we already ordered the food. We cut our loses and said ok. The day of the party when we arrived to set up we had agreed the table clothes would be white the overlay pink and napkins in MINT green. The napkins they were putting out were LIME green. I spoke to the owner ad his wife and with an attitude, they said that was mint green to them that's what they have. I had them change it to white. Fast-forwarding to the party our guest start arriving at 3:30 bar was supposed to open at 4, 4 o'clock rolls around my husband goes up to the owner that is working the bar and asked when is the bar opening he said give me a couple of minutes I'm not ready yet, husband told him our party started 3:30 minutes ago you should have been ready. Anyhow got over that. our party was NO CHILDREN allowed and the owner had his 6/7-year-old behind the bar and running around from the office to the bar the entire party. At 4:15 THEY HAD ANOTHER FAMILY COME IN TO LOOK AT THE PLACE TO RENT IT FOR ANOTHER PARTY!! At 5 his "servers' started asking continuously when are we serving food more than 5 times till I was fed up and told them we will serve food once the games were over that I had already told them several times. Once the started serving food the rice was COLD AND HARD. I had several guests make them take plates back cause you just couldn't eat it. Our party was supposed to be for 80 people and they were not prepared for 80 people, the owner runs the bar as I said before. He WATERS down ALL the drinks he doesn't serve them in your sight so you cant see it. 4 people had 1 small cup of white wine and he "RAN OUT"!! Also ran out of Redbull. Let's not stop there he TREATED my GUEST HORRIBLY with poor respect. I had several guest ask for specific whiskeys or drinks and his response would be "chico que tu te crese de la Vida, tambien quieres hielo, eso es el colmo, eso no lo tengo(what do you think of life, you want ice too, I can't believe it, and I don't have it). Our party was supposed to be over at 8 pm and at 7:20 his servers started clearing off my guests' tables and taking theyre water cups as in kicking us out. The DJ had to be told repetedly what type of music to play because his taste in music was more for a funeral. ALL in all, it was a terrible experience if I could go back and never give them my business I would have gone elsewhere.

The banquet hall is spacious and beautiful. Now if think you can handle two crazy and rude balseros that run the show, then this is the place for you. Planning was a night mare. We got yelled at by that un-educated heathen. He kicked us out of their office for asking too many questions, yet he would never shut up. Their projector has no image quality whatsoever. Plates of food were denied to guests. No mind that we paid for 100 plates and only 70 were served. The crazy balsero was the one serving drinks. It's open bar, I guess he trusts no-one else to distribute his liquor. The DJ/MC left the bride outside sweating for 10 minutes while he was doing what again? I dunno. Very un-professional. He charged $50 (for his pocket) for a rehearsal. All in all, these people made the experience horrible and stressful. My advice: Go elsewhere. Read reviews and dont go by the price alone.
