This wedding planner can't say enough nice things about Field & Vine

I was the wedding planner for a wedding that Field & Vine catered in May 2022 and all I have to say is: WOW! The food was some of the very best I've ever had at a wedding but even more notable was the service.

Before the wedding, Jamie and her team went above and beyond to help the couple and the rest of the vendor team. That alone would have been enough but on the actual wedding day, they were out there right alongside me in the pouring rain to make sure we did our very best by the couple, their guests, and our fellow vendors.

Like I said, WOW.

I cannot recommend Field & Vine more highly and look forward to working with them again soon.

Exceptional service and outstanding food

Field and Vine catering did my son's wedding on October 24th, 2020 at a beautiful vineyard in Oregon Wine country. Jamie and her very professional team provided outstanding service and the freshest, most innovative menu imaginable for our meal. Jamie was quick and accommodating to make changes throughout the planning process as we made adjustments to provide a safe setting for our group to celebrate in. Covid-19 is a very difficult time to have a wedding, but they handled the safe delivery of an beautiful gourmet meal with ease and grace. We had a family style, 5 course dinner that wowed our guests and delighted the happy couple. I would highly recommend Field and Vine for your next catering event. You can't go wrong.

Absolutely Phenomenal Experience!

I don't have enough adjectives to adequately describe how happy we were with Field and Vine and Jamie and her crew! The food was amazing, the pre-planning was flawless - Jamie thought of things we hadn't, her crew were so respectful, friendly, and helpful! They even moved wedding gifts for us that were in danger of getting wet. There was seemless interfacing between Field and Vine and the rental company, as well as with the wedding venue management. It was so nice to know that all the details of the day were being handled without having to add any stress to the family! I can't say enough how professional and delightful Jamie was to deal with - Field and Vine Events will definitely get any future event business we have.

Wonderful Experience

With everything going on Field and Vine Catering was available and very flexible with our wedding needs. We had an evening wedding with hors d'oeuvres and the food was delicious! My husband and I received many compliments on the food from our guests and everyone seemed very satisfied. We were very pleased with the service and Field and Vine Events were able to accommodate with all the COVID guidelines and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much to Jamie, who was very helpful and responsive to all our requests and questions. Awesome customer service!

Absolutely Outstanding

Field & Vine coordinated and catered our wedding dinner. The entire evening was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing, very fresh, and beyond our expectations. Jamie did a fantastic job coordinating and was very attentive to every detail leading up to and during the dinner. Both Jamie and Ian went above and beyond to make our wedding dinner special and memorable.

Outstanding food and event planning

Field & Vine coordinated and catered the rehearsal dinner that my husband and I hosted for his son and his fiance. Field & Vine, and especially Katie, made the entire evening absolutely perfect. I was daunted by planning a party from across the country (I live in Tennessee) but when I first spoke with Katie on the phone, she immediately put me completely at ease. She then answered countless emails, always offering great guidance. Her kind and positive personality came across clearly in every message, and it was a pleasure to work with her. She coordinated everything we needed: food and beverages, servers, venue, rentals, and décor. The dinner truly exceeded my expectations (and I host parties regularly and have very high expectations). The food was incredible, the servers did a fantastic job, and the tables looked lovely. The guests raved about the dinner that night and for the rest of the weekend. If you’re looking for a caterer and event planner, look no further. Field & Vine and Katie are the best!

We had them cater our wedding! The food was amazing! In addition they helped coordinate the day and made sure things ran smoothly. Absolutely made our day great. Even provided the fancy wood to display the drinks.

Incredible, fresh, local, in-season food. One of the main courses was salmon that the head chef's friend caught a couple days before our rehearsal dinner - AMAZING. We had quite a few guests with food allergies, and the restaurant was very patient and accommodating. The staff was amazing - very kind and personable, and took such good care of every single guest. Have your rehearsal dinner here - or just go out for a super-lovely family dinner or date night.

Katie Hoffner and her amazing team came highly recommended by our wedding venue, Beacon Hill. Their team helped us create and cater a fresh, tasty, and seasonal four-course dinner, which our guests had high praises for. The menu and other event elements are provided based on your budget and preferences; we definitely needed and enjoyed that flexibility. We also hired Katie as our day-of coordinator. She was very responsive to our emails prior to the event, tried her best to accommodate our requirements, was proactive in her suggestions, and worked well with the team at our chosen venue. Now that the wedding is over (and a success), we look forward to having an opportunity to join one of their farm/vineyard dinners in the future!
