I can't speak more highly of Feast & Fetes. They are absolutely top-of-the-line and will most assuredly provide you with top tier service and food. They catered our wedding on 1/27 at The Harold Pratt House in NYC and completely floored our guests with the quality of the food (it's has Daniel Boulud's stamp on it) & service (they're extremely attentive and well versed with all different types of wedding crowds). The main proprietor, Jean-Christophe, is well versed and extremely knowledgable. Put your wedding's food and beverage plan in his hands, he's top notch. The bride and groom are given personal butler service (George is the man!) on the night of the wedding so that you always have a drink in your hand (or perhaps a water to alternate between drinks) and ensures you are able to try all the food.

The tasting, in and of itself, at Daniel will blow you away and give you something to excite your guests about in advance of the day of. No exaggerations here... if you deeply care about the quality of food and service at your wedding and want it to stand apart from the affairs you've been to previously, go with Feast & Fetes.

If I can give more than 5 stars, I would! We chose Feast and Fetes because we are big fans of Daniel's. We had our wedding two weeks ago, and Feast and Fetes made our event at the James Burden Mansion more perfect than we could have ever imagined. All of our closest family and friends, from throughout the world, remarked that it was the most delicious dinner and service they ever received at an event, and it was served in the utmost elegant and impeccable manner. Jean Christophe, from the beginning at the tasting at Daniel's, was truly special (I highly recommend you take all his suggestions even if you are not sure, as I am glad I did) and his staff including the captain Marco, and butler George was attentive to every detail. I would say Feast and Fetes are not just caterers. For example, George, our butler, was so caring that he even took care of my veil and dress throughout photo times and offered delightful conversation while I, the bride, watched my husband dance with his mother. Marco proceeded to help direct us and announce the cake cutting in a lovely fashion. My parents who are extremely particular about every detail, from attending state dinners and Hollywood events, praised and received praise throughout the night on the spectacular staff and dinner. I only wish that beautiful enchanted evening may happen all over again, and would highly recommend Feast and Fetes to any family looking for world class service and food at their next event.

Jean Christophe and his superb staff (April, Anthony & Will the captain) assured an exquisite and fabulous feast for us as for our guests. We greatly appreciated their guidance in selecting the menu and the wonderful wines to accompany the meal. Each course was deliciously prepared with great care and expertise (Thank you Chef Olivier) and was then served with impeccable timing and precision. They provided an elegant and delicious banquet. We were also sincerely grateful for the opportunity to meet with Daniel Boulud and extended our compliments and gratitude to him as well. Thank you all for taking such care in guiding the evening along. It was perfect.

Feasts & Fetes provided superb thoughtful service throughout the day from w sparkling water as guests arrived before the ceremony and for the bridal party while getting prepared for the ceremony. The hor-d'oeuvres for the reception were not only exquisitely presented and absolutely delicious. Without question, the excellence of the food professionally and efficiently serviced created a warm and convivial atmosphere since everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and choice of wine.

The service was impeccable with each table serviced their food all at once, not only single dietary restriction was missed or incorrect. Guests remarked that the staff seemed to appear as you were thinking about more wine or water. Much more praise and it would begin to sound unbelievable.

Feast and Fetes has catered our daughter’s wedding and made it an unforgettable event. They were perfect in every aspect of their performance. Always answered questions on time, helped with menu suggestions and delivered a perfect wedding reception for 200 guest. The passed hors d'oeuvre were so beautiful and delicious that our guests were talking about it days after the wedding. Main course of beef tenderloin or roasted sea bass were presented to perfection. Two deserts alternating – fresh raspberry tartelette with crème fraiche parfait and warm guanaja chocolate coulant were a dream.
The wine and three open bars had great selections of alcohol for everybody's taste. Waiters were highly professional and their service was on time.
The event took place at the Foundry in Long Island City, Feast and Fetes were responsible for all the furniture delivery, equipment and transportation for chefs and food. All this was done on time without one single glitch.
If you are looking for a great caterer Feast and Fetes is the one to go with.

Feast & Fetes are whom you go to when it is "spare no expense". Amazing food and range -- extremely thorough and professional staff. Most guests said "that was one of the best meals I've ever had" -- that and it was for 200 people. Timing and execution are par none.

When you hire Daniel Boulouds team to cater you expect the best. And we got it. The food, the service, the level of professionalism could not have been better. Overall 5 stars!

We decided that food & wine were going to be the biggest thing we wanted to prioritize for our wedding budget, and Feast & Fetes really blew us and our guests away. The food was of course incredible, because they are the catering arm of Daniel, and we got to have dinner there in order to do our tasting (which was a great memory on its own), but the service is what really impressed us. For example, there was one staff member whose job it was to make sure the bride & groom always had full glasses of champagne and actually got to eat. F & F is pricey but worth every penny.

We hired Feast & Fetes because of it's close affiliation with Daniel, one of NYCs premier French restaurants, and the recommendation from our venue. The tasting at Daniel was wonderful- food, service, presentation, everything was spectacular.

The wedding itself it was a different story and we unfortunately were left with mixed feelings. Starting with the good, the hors d'oeuvres and main course were fantastic and we continue to receive tons of compliments 3 plus months later. Very similar to what we sampled at the tasting albeit not to the exact degree of presentation but that's to be expected for the much larger group.

The service was also fantastic. We especially appreciated all of the help provided by Michael, our shadow butler for the evening, who always seemed to know what we needed before we asked for it. He went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable, even helping two of my older relatives into their car at the end of the night.

There were multiple issues though that have left a bad taste in our mouth about working with Feast & Fete in the future. From the moment we sent the deposit they were suddenly less responsive. Almost every single time we emailed after they received our deposit we had to chase them a second time days later before we received a response.

Second, the langoustine appetizer was completely unrecognizable compared to what we had at the tasting, well beyond reasonable leeway you would give for cooking for a larger audience. If you look at the side by side photos attached to our review, the contrast is unbelievable... certainly not worthy of Daniel's brand.

Last but not least, we were served the wrong dessert! We did not have a cake at our wedding and instead chose to go with two plated desserts alternating between guests. We chose 2 desserts from our tasting and even had them confirmed via email from Laurel with a photo attached for good measure. The night of the wedding one of the desserts that was brought out was completely different from what we had agreed upon (what we agreed on was a chocolate cake with a coffee ice cream spoon, what we got was essentially vanilla cake with coffee cream filling and chocolate icing). We brought it up to our wonderful coordinator who passed it along to F&F and then told us that they would be reaching out after the wedding. However, that didn't happen. There was no contact from F&F whatsoever. Several weeks after the wedding we finally reached out to them. We were told that the problem was twofold; that we had booked our tasting too early (10 months in advance) which was bogus because they had suggested we do the tasting that far out to get the added benefit of having the food that would be in season around our wedding. We also learned that the pastry chef had changed since then.

To add to our frustration, we were shocked when we returned from our honeymoon and saw that the company they used for the rentals (glasses, linens, etc.) had charged us TWICE! Over $5,000 in additional charges that cleared on our credit card. We had to call F&F to get it corrected which they did promptly and were extremely apologetic about but by this point we were fed up.

After several back and forth emails and a conference call, F&F offered us a small credit which we didn't feel was adequate. The product as advertised didn't live up to the product delivered. This is not the behavior or quality we would expect from the catering company of a Michelin starred restauranteur.
