I honestly cannot thank Laura and her team anywhere near enough for making our wedding day so absolutely perfect. From the very start, she was quick to respond to any query with a friendly and warm manner, honest and upfront with every answer and full of suggestions that showed she really LISTENED to who we were as a couple and what we wanted out of our day. The chefs put together a menu that I still drool over remembering today (seriously! Go to their restaurant and try their food - you’ll never want to eat anywhere else!!), the cocktails were mixed to PERFECTION, and every step along the way we felt cared for and looked after by people who knew what they’re doing. On the day, what a RELIEF it was to have them there, setting things up quickly and efficiently, but also BEAUTIFULLY and with grace and artistry. And I cannot speak highly enough of their ENTIRE staff - all of our guests made sure to tell us that from their first step in the door to their last step out, they were greeted with warm smiles, gracious help, and people who really went the extra mile to make sure they felt welcome and special. It couldn’t possibly have gone smoother or more magically, and I credit it entirely to Tastings and their AMAZING crew.

Tastings, on all fronts, was incredible. As East Harlemites, we wanted to keep our vendors hyper-local, and were thrilled to discover and meet Alexandra and her outstanding team. Our lead, Laura, was professional, accommodating and, most importantly, detail-oriented. She was an active participant in all aspects of planning, and she was a source of comfort during a stressful time. Our wedding was focused around an 'elaborate yet intimate' dinner party for nearly 100 people. The food and service were both well beyond our expectations. Many guests still talk about how lovely and warm the service staff was and how outstanding the family-style meal was. I wouldn't hesitated to recommend Tastings, you'll be most satisfied with your experience and thankful for their great work.

I absolutely adore Tastings! I have known the company for more than five years and have worked with them on many events in my professional capability,
so when I was planning my wedding i had no doubt that I wanted to work with them!
Not only are they extremely professional, but the food is delicious and the team is amazing.
They are definitely part of the family now.
Also the waiters are all to die-for cute, so that will cheer up any single ladies at a wedding : )

I wholeheartedly recommend Tastings NYC for whatever event you need catered. We used Tastings to cater our wedding on June 6, 2015 and they made the experience truly one of the most memorable nights of our lives. They were meticulous, helpful and easy to work with. They accompanied us to pick out linens and rentals and we heard so many compliments from our guests about the service, the food and the rentals. Everything that Tastings touched was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything better from them! To be clear, the food was some of the best food we have ever had and everyone raved about our specialty cocktails. Definitely try the Pisco Sour if you get the chance.

I reached out through their online inquiry form and detailed my event requirements, including specific questions about options for my post-wedding party. Although they responded, none of my questions were addressed. Instead, I received a sample menu along with an immediate quote.

To my surprise, they sent pricing without inquiring about my needs, and the menu was full of seafood, despite my allergy. This lack of attention to the specifics of my event felt far from "bespoke" and was especially disappointing given the premium pricing.

I followed up several times with the same questions, but my inquiries remained unaddressed. I even suggested a phone call to discuss things further, but that email was overlooked, and communication stopped altogether.

For a company that markets itself as "bespoke," their lack of responsiveness and care for client details was disappointing.
