Famous Dave's BBQ Restaurant starts its catering services by sourcing the highest-quality cuts of meat and seasoning them with fresh spices. The team takes care of setting up the buffet table, and will stay on-site to help serve guests. Couples can also opt to have a self-service buffet, where the restaurant will deliver and set up the food before leaving. Depending on the package, they are happy to supply tablecloths and chafing dishes. Barbecue is this restaurant's specialty, with dishes like St. Louis-style spare ribs and slow-roasted chicken on the menu. Side dishes include coleslaw, potato salad, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese. Homemade desserts are also available, including our World Famous Bread Pudding.
