I hired Vijay & Savie for my wedding hair/makeup for myself and my sister and mom. I am incredibly impressed and happy with their work. During both trials, both of them were willing to adapt and accommodate until we got the look I wanted, yet the wedding day look was even better than the trial. During my makeup trial Vijay even suggested products that I should start using to improve my skin, her preparation will start months before your event. I have never had such a thorough and caring experience. I got so many compliments on hair and makeup and thoroughly loved both my ceremony and reception looks; they did HMU for my mom and sister too and both of them loved the final look. Both women are so incredibly lovely, kind, and patient and each time I would change during the ceremony they were there helping, touching up, even without me asking. When changing for the reception, they treated me so kindly and let me nap while they undid the ceremony hair. They completely re-did not only my look but my sister/mom as well and the results were stunning. Their prices are also incredibly fair. I can't say enough good things about this team, hire them for your wedding/event!

Vijay did great with my daughter’s hair and make up on her sweet 16 bday celeb. Hair and make up lasted 6 hrs til end of the event.

Vijay Seoni was a wonderful and positive person to work with. She made our trial and final makeup appointment extremely interactive by asking us how we would like it, and followed up to get our family's feedback of it. She was also very patient with me and my daughter by answering our numerous questions. She has deep knowledge about skin care which she gladly shared with us, and was very thorough/methodic in her approach. Overall, it was a fabulous/fun experience working with a beautiful person like her. I would highly recommend her to everybody.

Vijay aunty did my makeup for the wedding . I felt so comfortable talking to her from the very first phone call . She was more of a friend than a service provider from day one . I am so happy I called her to confirm just in time because she had an inquiry for 12 ppl hair and make up for same day . That was very impressive that she gave me the preference and not a bigger business since I called her first . Not only is she passionate about her job and goes above and beyond to make it her best effort but also does an excellent job of realizing it is such an important occassion for the bride and takes away all your worries about hair and make up . I never had any doubts and was rest assured on this front and boy it was a blessing as I had too many things on my plate . I did have my trial and vijay aunty was still exploring some new products after, which she thought might be more suitable for my dry skin . I have rosacea and she was well aware of the condition and helped me take care of it till the wedding . She did give me a brief second trial with a new product she thought might work better for my skin. She was so kind to stop by my house two days before the wedding to give me some exfoliating cleanser.She also helped me with some of the wedding planning .most importantly she helped me keep calm and really enjoy the hair and make up process . Her hair dresser savi is equally great and was able to replicate exactly wat i asked at the hair trial . She did hair for four people together at the wedding and did a wonderful job . She has an extremely pleasing personality and is always open to suggestions.

Vijay Seoni did my make-up for my wedding day. She was so warm and homely. From the very first phone call to the first meeting, she made me feel comfortable. She used the best products for my make-up. The trial helped me decide what make-up I wanted on the wedding day. I do not like too much of make-up and she used just the right amount of it. Not only did she help me with my saree, hair-do and the make- up but she was just morally there for me and eased the tension. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Vijay Seoni did my bridal makeup for an outdoor, summer wedding. I was so pleased with how it turned out and also what a pleasure it was to work with Vijay. She was great about listening to what my vision/preference for my makeup was, as well as making valuable suggestions based on her many years of experience. The quality of the makeup was very good, and it looked great for the entire afternoon and evening. She was easy to get in touch with via text or on the phone. She and her partner for hairstyling, Savi, arrived right on time—maybe even a little early—and were good with time management. They made sure I was done and happy with everything before they moved onto others, many of whose makeup/hair were unplanned (something I’ve seen done terribly at other weddings). Everyone was ready in time. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for a bridal makeup artist in the DC/Baltimore area.
