Nicole and her staff created exactly what I envisioned for my daughter Sweet 16! Her attention to detail and execution was by far the best I've seen. She even tirelessly works after the event was over to make sure all items were finalized! I am a micro manager on all fronts but felt so comfortable sitting back on this one and she did not disappoint!

I was communicating with a rental company that was giving me the run around and before I got their answer Stephanie had emailed me that they were available and ready to book ... they called to confirm the day before the event arrived on time ... set up the throne chair and clear lucite table ...and picked it up with no problem ... they even complimented me on the flower backdrop I made ... I will definitely recommend this company and hope to have future business with them they are amazing

Working with Ms. Nicole was a wonderful experience. From the first time I met her she was curtious, helpful and professional. Her beautiful decor brought our reception room to life. Everything was breathtaking. My husband and I are still receiving compliments about our sweetheart table and flower wall, and our wedding was 2 weeks ago. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I chose Nicole and Exceptional Party Rentals because they offered manzanita tree rentals. I initially wanted to make them myself but Nicole's options were so beautiful, I chose to go with them. Nicole and her team did such a great job! I told Nicole my "theme" and "vision" and she altered the centerpieces a bit to match. They were more beautiful than I could have expected and Nicole is such a pleasure to work with. We also rented the candy buffet jars which were gorgeous and much better than anything I could have purchased myself.

Nicole from Exceptional Party Rental is amazing! We hired her for our Saturday, June 21, 2014 wedding. She was our day of coordinator and we rented her gorgeous manzanita branches for our centerpieces. Nicole contacted all of our vendors and made a timeline. We had a few mishaps however Nicole helped resolve a misunderstanding between us and our catering company. She supported my vision and gave advice when needed. She also extended her services to us after our wedding with our chair rental company. Our chair rental company was late and did not have all the chair cushions as promised in the contract. She was able to get us a full refund. Nicole and her assistant did an excellent job decorating our reception hall with the centerpieces. We are still getting compliments. Exceptional Party Rental store front is filled with so many beautiful centerpieces, linens anything you will need to make your wedding or event fabolous. Every time I visited her shop I felt like a child in a candy a store! Her prices are reasonable for the services you will receive from her. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond for us!

I got married on 5/9/14 and I am so pleased that I used Exceptional Party Rental for our centerpieces. Nicole and her team are amazing! My Wedding took place on Long Island, but our initial meeting was at her showroom in the Bronx -- She sat down and worked everything out with me. I didn't feel pressured and appreciated her insight on the overall look and theme of my wedding. We saved a considerable amount of money renting the centerpieces.
