My (now) husband and I recently got married and I cannot speak highly enough about the level of organization and attentiveness that Sachi displayed throughout the entire planning process.

We did not initially think that we would require a wedding coordinator, but we are so thankful we did (and especially that we selected Sachi).

There are numerous logistical details that you don’t consider when planning a wedding (e.g. day of timeline, arrival time for vendors) and having someone relay it on your behalf without room for misinterpretation is critical.

I should note that our wedding was relatively small (~50 guests) and we still felt that having a coordinator like Sachi was incredibly helpful. I can’t even imagine the logistical complexities of a larger scale event and would recommend a coordinator even more.

To reiterate though, Sachi did an amazing job from the time of hiring her to the day of our wedding and we genuinely can’t recommend her enough.

My fiance and I made the decision to postpone our large wedding plans due to Covid-19. After we made the decision to postpone to next year, we knew that we still wanted to have a small elopement this year. We live in Denver, CO but met in Newport Beach, CA - so we thought it would be special to go back to where we first met to tie the knot with our immediate families!

Because we were planning from afar, I knew we would need someone to help us plan. I began doing research and came across Sachi and her business "Events By Sachi"...little did I know what an important (and AMAZING) role she would play in our special day!

From day one, she was incredible to work with! Super kind, informative, and excited for me and my fiance. She gave A+ recommendations on vendors (as we do not live in the area) and helped us plan our dream elopement.

The day of the wedding also would not have been possible without her! From coordinating flower drop offs, cake pick ups, transportation for us to and from the ceremony/reception, venue setup - she was "the real MVP" of the day!

I am super particular about everything, so I was nervous to give the reins to someone else, but she could not have done a more spectacular job! Our reception was PERFECT! She made our vision come to life. From the private chef she recommended, to the tablescape she set up, to the vibe of the entire venue - we could not have been more pleased.
