Earlier this year my husband and I got married. At our first stages we were nervous, our parents had never planned a wedding and we didn’t even know where to start. That’s when we found Kristen! We had the pleasure of working with her for 6 months leading up to the wedding. From the very beginning she was creative, engaged, and genuinely interested in making our wedding our dream. She has it all down packed and didn’t let us miss a single detail. All of our communication was seamless, she handled speaking to all of our vendors and her turnaround time was overnight! Our meetings were very thorough and she explained everything so perfectly, gave us tons of suggestions and recommendations and even links to order anything we needed. Her professionalism, calm presence, and clear communication made our planning stress-free and enjoyable. Our wedding was absolutely magical and beautiful and not a single thing went wrong. The day of Kristen came with her two assistants and they were so on point and handled everything for us. I couldn’t have pictured everything so perfectly if I tried. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kristen for nearly four years, first as a fellow vendor in the wedding industry and later as my own planner. Kristen and her sister went above and beyond on the wedding day. They were there early in the morning, kept me informed throughout the day, handled pre wedding tasks effortlessly, and even helped manage family situations when needed. Kristen is also such a caring presence. She constantly checked in on how I was feeling and always let me know that if I ever needed to vent or take a moment, she was there. She even made sure I ate throughout the day, which truly meant so much in the middle of everything.

Looking back, I genuinely cannot imagine having anyone else as my planner. I am so grateful for Kristen’s support, kindness, and dedication, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a planner who truly cares. :)

Kristen was worth every penny of what we paid her!!! Planning our wedding out of town was daunting, but Kristen made it seamless and so much easier for us. She is very well connected in the Miami wedding planning world which helped us find different vendors, etc. She was also very flexible in finding time to meet with us with our limited time in Miami during the planning process. When it came to the day of the wedding…. I truly cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make that day/night so perfect!! I felt so calm that day because I fully trusted her and knew that she would handle anything and everything. She was also such a calm presence that day (despite juggling all the different vendors, timing, transportation, etc.) which made all the difference in the world! It was important for me to find someone very professional and organized but also approachable and enjoyable to spend so much time with. That is what we found in Kristen! Our wedding was an out of town wedding. Kristen helped us secure the venue and recommended the vendors. All her recommendations were great. We spoke frequently on the phone and through text. She was organized, created a foolproof timeline and managed a large out of town wedding with many moving parts flawlessly.

Where do I start? Kristen is absolutely amazing! A must hire. She was so fantastic from start to finish. She kept our wedding planning on track from start to finish with monthly reminder and “to do” emails. She gave absolutely amazing vendor recommendations (specifically Sartori Amici for suit, EventFactor for music and lighting, and photography KristinaKarinaPhotography). Our wedding day was a dream come true!!

Kristen is the best of the best. I initially hired her to help with me my wedding reception. I didn't have much of a vision, rather it was a few fragmented ideas. She took that little bit of information and ran with it to create the most stunning event ever. All her vendor recommendations were spot on - from the florals, to the music, to the catering, to the place settings. There was no detail overlooked. In addition to my wedding reception, she helped coordinate and plan my elopement and bridal shower.
