Earlier this year my husband and I got married. At our first stages we were nervous, our parents had never planned a wedding and we didn’t even know where to start. That’s when we found Kristen! We had the pleasure of working with her for 6 months leading up to the wedding. From the very beginning she was creative, engaged, and genuinely interested in making our wedding our dream. She has it all down packed and didn’t let us miss a single detail. All of our communication was seamless, she handled speaking to all of our vendors and her turnaround time was overnight! Our meetings were very thorough and she explained everything so perfectly, gave us tons of suggestions and recommendations and even links to order anything we needed. Her professionalism, calm presence, and clear communication made our planning stress-free and enjoyable. Our wedding was absolutely magical and beautiful and not a single thing went wrong. The day of Kristen came with her two assistants and they were so on point and handled everything for us. I couldn’t have pictured everything so perfectly if I tried. We are so grateful for Kristen and her amazing team! I would recommend Kristen for any event you may have, she did not let us down! -

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kristen for nearly four years, first as a fellow vendor in the wedding industry and later as my own planner. From day one, she has always stood out to me for her clear communication, professionalism, and organization. When it came time to plan my own wedding, choosing Kristen as my partial planner felt like the easiest decision. I knew we aligned in our work ethic and that she would be the perfect person to bring my vision to life.
As someone who is very Type A and works in wedding production, I came into the process with a strong vision and a plan for almost everything. Kristen handled all of my ideas with so much patience and care, offering helpful advice when I needed it while still fully respecting what I wanted. She made the entire planning process feel supported and stress free.
Kristen and her sister went above and beyond on the wedding day. They were there early in the morning, kept me informed throughout the day, handled pre wedding tasks effortlessly, and even helped manage family situations when needed. Kristen is also such a caring presence. She constantly checked in on how I was feeling and always let me know that if I ever needed to vent or take a moment, she was there. She even made sure I ate throughout the day, which truly meant so much in the middle of everything.
Looking back, I genuinely cannot imagine having anyone else as my planner. I am so grateful for Kristen’s support, kindness, and dedication, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a planner who truly cares. :) -

Everything was perfect!!
Our wedding was an out of town wedding. Kristen helped us secure the venue and recommended the vendors. All her recommendations were great. We spoke frequently on the phone and through text. She was organized, created a foolproof timeline and managed a large out of town wedding with many moving parts flawlessly.
I was able to enjoy the wedding and our guests were very complimentary!! -

Kristen is the best of the best. I initially hired her to help with me my wedding reception. I didn't have much of a vision, rather it was a few fragmented ideas. She took that little bit of information and ran with it to create the most stunning event ever. All her vendor recommendations were spot on - from the florals, to the music, to the catering, to the place settings. There was no detail overlooked. In addition to my wedding reception, she helped coordinate and plan my elopement and bridal shower. I am so incredibly grateful to Kristen and the time and effort she spent making each of my events truly perfect. She took a load off my shoulders and was an incredible sounding board. She is just one of those people who become family after spending countless hours chatting about every which way an event can go. I can't wait to hire her again in the future for any event I may have. I hired Kristen to plan my wedding from start to finish, and it was the best decision I made! I was incredibly indecisive when it came to choosing a venue, but Kristen came to one of my tours and gave me a clear breakdown of the pros and cons. Her insight made it so much easier to choose the perfect place for our big day.
From there, she was by my side every step of the way—helping with countless details, keeping me on track, and communicating seamlessly with all my vendors. But the true magic happened during the wedding weekend—wow!! Kristen and her assistant were absolute lifesavers. They handled all the last-minute details, answered every question, and made the entire day run smoothly. What was also amazing, was how well she worked and coordinated everything with my photographer.
When my husband and I walked into the reception, we were blown away. Kristen had brought my vision to life and it was stunning! Beyond her incredible skills, she is the sweetest, most caring person you could hope to work with. I can’t recommend her enough! -

Thank God for Kristen!
Kristen Cuba helped planned my wedding from start to finish and even organized the most perfect bridal shower! I was very impressed by the way Kristen put my bridal shower together. She took my vision and brought it to life - from the flower arrangements to the mobile spritz bar! The best part was not having to worry about the little details on the day of bridal shower and wedding. We were able to enjoy both days because Kristen was on top of every little thing. I highly recommend her services! I am looking forward to hiring her for future parties. -

Kristen made it so easy for me to be present on my wedding day! She managed all of the logistical pieces on our wedding day, ensuring that everything that we asked for was set-up the way we wanted it to. I really appreciated that she left me out of the details on the day of the wedding and worked directly with my mom.
Kristen is flexible with your work and communication style, so being open and honest with her is super important! Being in the weeds would've been stressful for me, but every bride is different, and Kristen is keen to adapt.
She also has a lot of experience and vendor recommendations that you can work with, but if you're looking for something different or in a different price range, she will work with you to find the right fit.
My wedding day was perfect and I thank Kristen for making it so easy for us to savor every moment! -

Kristen and her team are the best!!! My fiancé and I hired Kristen for our engagement party, bridal shower, and wedding. Every event exceeded our expectations!!! She is very organized and detail-oriented, and she meets every expectation! She is also very well-connected with many vendors in Miami and has helped us connect with other amazing vendors. She kept all our vendors on a tight timeline and ensured everything went smoothly. Our wedding night would not have been the same without her! 10/10 would recommend Kristen and her team!!! -

Amazing wedding planner!
Kristen was wonderful in putting together my daughter’s wedding from beginning to end! Absolute best wedding planner!
When I was looking for a planner, I thought of Kristen! I’ve known her for years and thought it would be great to have someone I know as my planner. I knew she would be great, but she went above and beyond I could have ever imagined! Every step of the way Kristen guided me through the wedding planning process. She made me feel at ease and was always there for any questions or advice I needed! She was reliable and an expert when it came to recommendations in the wedding industry here in South Florida. Kristen was everything I could have ever wanted in a planner and more. She’s organized, timely, efficient, and an overall joy to be around. I did not have an ounce of stress while Kristen helped me plan my wedding while studying for the FL Bar. Hiring Kristen was the best decision I made. The day of she was on top to absolutely everything from our timeline, vendors, and making sure my hair and dress were perfect. Super attentive, helpful, and experienced!
Kristen was super helpful throughout the whole process! She made sure we stayed on track with our vendors and made really helpful recommendations on how to stay within budget. She even connected us with other great vendors in the area for flowers, wedding cars, etc.
On the day-of we didn’t have to think about anything! Kristen and her team had everything handled and it went super smooth. Highly reccomend! -

Kristen is a godsend
My husband and I were extremely lucky - we chose a venue that referred us to Kristen. We live in Iowa and were having our wedding in Miami. I knew I was going to need help planning, but WOW. Wedding's are insane, and I needed much more help than I realized! I give Kristen all the credit for our absolutely PERFECT wedding day. She referred us to all our vendors - including photo/video team, florist, officiant, hair and makeup artists, etc. - each was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. She kept in contact with me regularly throughout the planning process and made checklists to help me stay organized and on top of things. Whenever I had any questions (I had a million) she was always quick to respond with answers. The events leading up to the wedding/wedding day....Kristen was an actual savior. If I go into all the details, I will write a whole book, but just know that the show would NOT have gone on without her! Plus, she's super personable and so much fun to work with! If you're lucky enough to find her like we were, hire her!!! You won't regret it :) -

I was so thankful to have Kristen there on my wedding day! I hired Kristen for month-of planning services and she helped nail down those last details as we got closer to the day. She went through one of my vendor contacts with me in detail before the wedding to solidify all final details. She also created a day-of timeline and coordinated with all vendors to ensure they had all the details they needed. Kristen was very helpful. She has different packages to choose from which go anywhere from “month of planner” to “full planner”. Make sure you read all of the options and choose which ever one works best for your budget and expectations from a planner.
Throughout the one year contract I had with her, Kristen met with me and vendors multiple times. She had plenty of phone conversations with me to help make my vision happen. She is very helpful with the vision, even if you don’t know where to start or if you know exactly what you want (I was a combination of both.) She was helpful in suggesting vendors. She was there for our rehearsal the day before and took charge, and as our wedding date got closer, she kept in communication with me and all of our vendors. She took care of any insurance from vendors that our venue was asking for.
She was very helpful with the “day of timeline.” She is very knowledgeable with this and made sure to include all the things that were important to us along with giving us recommendations as well. We discussed line by line, hour by hour until we obtained the perfect timeline for our wedding.
The most impressive part was how she handled the wedding day itself. She was bright and early, she brought extra help so that there was someone helping vendors set up appropriately because I requested for her to come to the hotel I was getting ready at since our getting ready photos, first look photos, family and wedding party photos were going to be taken there.
Throughout the whole wedding day she handled any problem there could have potentially been, and she made sure neither the groom or myself stressed about anything. She is very good at making sure the bride and groom are stress free. She made sure we ate, she saved us both a plate of Hors d’oeuvres from cocktail hour, she made sure that our dinner plate came out fist, she even brought us dessert from the desert table to make sure we got to try absolutely everything that was being served. She also brought us both water and alcoholic beverages as needed through the day.
Throughout the wedding she kept directing us to whatever was next in the timeline in a very polite way. She would ask us if we wanted to move forward with the next step in the timeline or if we wanted to extend certain parts a bit more. She was very flexible yet very on point with the timeline. Every time I saw her I felt a sense of relief which is exactly what you need in such an important, event filled day.

Wedding of my dreams planned in 30 days!
Kristen was absolutely amazing in making sure our day was perfect. We came to her 30 days out from the date with only a venue and a date.
