I've worked with Events by Jess a few times as a vendor. Three things I absolutely love about working with her is her high standard in quality, very helpful and highly professional staff and her eye for design! Jessyca is on top of everything and makes sure the event goes as smooth as you expected it to be. Jessyca is also very personable and has excellent communication. If you are in need of an event coordinator, look no further! This is going to be a lengthy read but if you are like me and read reviews before choosing a company, it is well worth it! Choosing EBJ Events for our wedding was the best decision we ever made, and I will recommend them to everyone! My husband and I were the first of our group of friends and family to get married so we were new to this whole wedding thing. Jess, Lucy, and their team went above and beyond to help us not only plan our special day but make it everything we could have ever hoped it would be and more! We contacted Jess in 2019 after talking with other event planners and Jess stuck out to us. She was very personable and made us feel at ease. The second we got off the phone, I told my husband we did not need to contact anyone else; they were the ones! EBJ Events had our backs when we were looking for other vendor recommendations (photography, flowers, hair and makeup, DJ, etc,). Everyone they recommended to us that we went with were fantastic! Whenever we had a question, Jess or Lucy were always available. We were supposed to get married in June of 2020 but with COVID, we had to postpone to June of 2021. Lucy contacted and rescheduled ALL our vendors, got us new contracts with them all, and we did not have to worry about a thing. She kept us on track and at ease throughout our two-year wedding planning process. The checklist that EBJ uses is a life saver! It is so detailed and so easy to follow to make sure you do not forget a thing. Lucy scheduled calls for us with our vendors, joined our vendor calls and knew what questions to ask that we did not think of. They use a system called Aisle Planner which is very user friendly and contains all of your wedding information from guest names/addresses to creating your own custom floor plans for your ceremony/reception. Our wedding was at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. Lucy was there the night before to go over and take notes of how we wanted our décor set up and help us with the rehearsal. The day of, Lucy and the girls arrived and set everything up exactly how I envisioned it. I even forgot batteries for our LED candles and Lucy went out and got them for us. I did not have to worry about a thing the whole entire day. During the wedding, Lucy took care of everything and made sure we did not forget anything throughout the night as time flies so fast! They took care of all of our stuff and decor and brought it back up to our hotel room for us. We cannot say enough good things about EBJ Events. Thank you for making our wedding such an incredibly special day!

Jess was an amazing planner! We went with her middle option of partial planning. This enabled us to be able to still be the drivers seat of our process but have guidance and deadlines. Jess offers planning software through aisle planner which I loved; kept us on task and focused on our deadlines.

Jess also recommended some great vendors (videographer, and photographer most notably) who were amazing and gave us great pricing.

I totally believe this is worth the extra money from the “day of wedding planner” because she is a resource the whole process and by comparison shopping we got good deals on vendors! This savings pays for itself! Not to mention the quality of the recommendations!!!

For me Jessyca’s greatest quality was communicating with us day of the wedding she does everything to avoid bugging you with small stuff; and is very organized. She kept us on time and the operation moving didn’t miss a beat, just constant! Her assistants are very sweet as well, they take direction well and were a great help!!!!

She also managed our rehearsal which she was very thorough about, kept the wedding day as beautiful as we planned!!

I would highly recommend Jess!!!
