Looking back, working with Jess and the EBJ team for our two-day South Asian wedding with 200+ guests each day was one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process.

I have helped plan events in Los Angeles as well as Florida, and Jess truly stood out in terms of organization, professionalism, and overall guidance. From the beginning she helped us identify the right vendors for what we wanted to create and was especially strong when it came to negotiating on our behalf and advocating for our best interests. That gave us a lot of confidence throughout planning.

Our two events were intentionally very different. The first was an outdoor celebration across multiple spaces inspired by our Bangladeshi heritage, which required thoughtful coordination and guest flow. The second was a timeless black-tie indoor reception that blended classic elegance with subtle cultural elements. Jess understood the vision immediately and made sure every moving part came together smoothly.

One moment that really stood out was when unexpected rain required our day-two cocktail hour to move indoors at the last minute. The adjustment happened quietly behind the scenes. We did not even realize it until later, and our guests experienced the evening exactly as intended.

As someone new to Florida, I also appreciated how approachable Jess was throughout the process. She was always patient with questions and made planning from a new place feel easy and supported.

Throughout the weekend we kept hearing from guests about how smoothly everything flowed. For couples planning a large or multi-day wedding, especially a cultural celebration, Jess and the EBJ team are incredibly capable and truly advocate for their clients.

Hire EBJ to be your planner— it will be the best decision you’ll ever make!! Working with Jess made the planning process go so smooth. She kept me on track and gave the best insights. It was obvious to me how Jess is well loved and connected in the wedding industry. Our wedding day was so perfect and exactly how we wanted it to be. It went off without a hitch! Even if there was an issue behind the scenes, I know Jess and her team handled it because I never knew about any of it! The ladies on her team, Sara, Marijose and Shurooq, were also amazing and made me feel at ease throughout the day. ALL of our guests had an amazing experience and acknowledged how great Jess and her team were! They truly work so great together not only as a team, but also with all of the vendors we hired. Looking back, I wish I would’ve hired EBJ as a full time planner as opposed to partial planning. We are so happy with how incredible our day was. We look back on our wedding day as being absolutely perfect and we give so much credit to the EBJ ladies!

EBJ is not a want it’s a NEED. My wedding would not have been what is was without Jessyca and Thai-Lee. Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Jessyca’s timelines were perfect and she handled all the logistics with the vendors a few weeks before my wedding. On the day of and day before, they set up EVERYTHING exactly how I wanted it for my rehearsal lunch and wedding. They had everyone where they needed to be, handled the entire ceremony, and helped me change into my other dresses, among many other things. They were somehow with me the entire day while simultaneously handing every single detail. I don’t know how they do it, but they do it WELL! 10/10 recommend, my husband and I didn’t want them to leave.

We had Marijose and her team, Yesenia and Logan help us with month of coordination for our wedding. Marijose was amazing, organized and coordinated with all the vendors and venue, had great recommendations when we didn't know what to do. Day of, she and her team were amazing. Super organized, professional. Directed us, the guests, vendors to where we needed to be each minute through the day. Yesenia, Marijose, and Logan all played a big role in giving us a seamless wedding. We couldn't have done it without them. Looking back, they were essential and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding. We want to thank them from the very bottom of our hearts!

I cannot say enough amazing things about EBJ Events and our incredible planner, Marijose!! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Marijose was so professional, organized, calm, and caring. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. Not only was Marijose outstanding, but her two assistants, Josie and Miranda, were also absolutely wonderful. Having someone so attentive by my side all day made me feel so supported and at ease. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful, organized, and smooth the entire day was!! So many people commented on how well-run everything felt and how attentive and kind the planning team was. It was clear to everyone that EBJ Events truly operates at the highest level. Marijose’s attention to detail, communication, and ability to remain calm and positive in every moment made such a difference. She made us feel supported, heard, and confident throughout the process.
