Working with Jess and her team was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Jess listened carefully to our preferences, guided us through every step of the process, and made us feel completely supported and cared for.
One thing that really stood out to us was the difference between our welcome event — which we planned on our own — and our wedding day with Jess and her team. The experiences were truly night and day. During the wedding weekend, we felt so at ease, so confident, and completely unbothered because we knew Jess and her team had everything handled. We were actually able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
No question was ever too small or silly. Whenever we had a question, Jess had an answer, and she always made us feel reassured and taken care of throughout the entire process. By the wedding weekend, we genuinely felt like the most important and treasured people in the room.
We also heard from so many guests about how seamless and well-executed the event was, and all of that credit goes to Jess and her incredible team.
A huge thank you as well to Sara, Sofia, Yesenia, and Claudia for all of their help on the wedding day. Everyone was so kind, attentive, organized, and genuinely wonderful to work with.
We’re incredibly grateful for all of the big things — coordinating vendors and keeping everything on track — as well as the thoughtful small touches that made the weekend feel so personal and special. Jess even helped pull off a sweet surprise for us that we’ll never forget.

EBJ is not a want it’s a NEED. My wedding would not have been what is was without Jessyca and Thai-Lee. Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Jessyca’s timelines were perfect and she handled all the logistics with the vendors a few weeks before my wedding. On the day of and day before, they set up EVERYTHING exactly how I wanted it for my rehearsal lunch and wedding. They had everyone where they needed to be, handled the entire ceremony, and helped me change into my other dresses, among many other things. They were somehow with me the entire day while simultaneously handing every single detail. I don’t know how they do it, but they do it WELL! 10/10 recommend, my husband and I didn’t want them to leave. -

We had Marijose and her team, Yesenia and Logan help us with month of coordination for our wedding. Marijose was amazing, organized and coordinated with all the vendors and venue, had great recommendations when we didn't know what to do. Day of, she and her team were amazing. Super organized, professional. Directed us, the guests, vendors to where we needed to be each minute through the day. Yesenia, Marijose, and Logan all played a big role in giving us a seamless wedding. We couldn't have done it without them. Looking back, they were essential and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding. We want to thank them from the very bottom of our hearts! -

I cannot say enough amazing things about EBJ Events and our incredible planner, Marijose!! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Marijose was so professional, organized, calm, and caring. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. Not only was Marijose outstanding, but her two assistants, Josie and Miranda, were also absolutely wonderful. The three of them worked together so effortlessly as a team, anticipating every need before it even came up. They were always one step ahead, making sure every detail was perfect and that we felt completely taken care of. One of the assistants stayed by my side the entire wedding day, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. If I needed anything from upstairs, she immediately went to grab it. When my feet were hurting and I needed Band-Aids, she was right there putting them on for me without hesitation. She handled every little thing (big or small) with such kindness, care, and attention. Having someone so attentive by my side all day made me feel so supported and at ease. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful, organized, and smooth the entire day was!! So many people commented on how well-run everything felt and how attentive and kind the planning team was. It was clear to everyone that EBJ Events truly operates at the highest level. Marijose’s attention to detail, communication, and ability to remain calm and positive in every moment made such a difference. She made us feel supported, heard, and confident throughout the process. experienced and professional team standing next to us, guiding us through the entire preparation process and tricky decision making, match- making us with the perfect vendors.
We had a destination wedding in Ft Lauderdale and having Jessica and Marijose, lifted a good weight away from us.
Marijose, as the lead for our wedding insured that all went smoothly and perfectly without any glitch or issues. Her absolute dedication, communication and professionalism were top of the top. What we loved about Marijose was also her calming and quiet way of doing things, which is important in times of stress. She and her team ensured that on the Wedding day, all was delivered with high quality while fully matching our expectations. Also to be highlighted is Marijose’s creativity and extended network with vendors which was super helpful.

Working with EBJ Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Richard and I want to express our deepest gratitude for everything the team did during the month leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day itself. We truly could not have done it without them. I am so grateful I went with EBJ. They were so organized with helping plan the wedding. Jessyca provided vendors for everything. I never had an issue with communication from Jessyca and her team during the planning process. They definitely kept me on task. Jessyca and her team, Leslie, Tarra, Shurroq and Marijose, were beyond amazing on the wedding day. The ladies helped in ways I didn't anticipate. I absolutely had the QUEEN treatment. I wanted for nothing. The ladies had already anticipated my wants before I could. The ladies helped me and my mother in law get dressed. They put lotion on my legs. They repeatedly helped me change shoes throughout the night. During pictures they followed me with water so I could drink in between takes. They made sure my husband and I ate when we could. They scheduled time for my husband and I to spend alone during the craziness. My family still talks about how fantastic they were. Jessyca and her team are truly fantastic and so dedicated. They made my wedding stress free. Any fires that were going on, I was not made aware of, they were just handled. I am so grateful to these ladies. They made my day perfect. -

Where do I even begin? Brides honestly look no further for a wedding planner. Jess was my wedding planner for my Multi Day Indian Wedding. She was recommended to us by a mutual friend and she has consistently delivered time and time again. There is so much that went into wedding planning that I had no idea about. Both my husband and I work full time jobs and Jess helped tremendously in the process of wedding planning and during the different wedding events. She was reliable, negotiated, read contracts and went above and beyond. Due to our heavy work schedules, she coordinated timings for phone calls and took care of a lot in the background. Brides, if you are not sure who to go with, trust that EBJ and her team will have you covered. Don't even take my word for it, whenever we spoke with vendors they would say Jess and her team are fantastic and are looking forward to working with her again. My wedding was outside and in Miami. With unpredictable weather, Jess thought ahead for the game plan. She even called the weather man to make sure we had the most up to date information about rain!! During the events, Jess also had one of her team members become my personal assistant. Ladies, you have no idea how helpful that was. Her assistant Leslie, literally was fanning me and helping with last minute tasks. Her team is very organized and timely. We had all our wedding set up items labeled in boxes and they set everything up as I envisioned; even better! Indian weddings take a lot of planning, time, and effort and Jess and her team will deliver without a doubt. -

I know how the wedding process can be very hard and I used reviews to make my decision on who to hire a lot so I promised that after my wedding was done I would do a review for all the vendors I used and be as honest as possible. EBJ Events is the first vendor I’m running to write a review for. I worked with Leslie and OMG was she amazing!!!!! I worked with a coordinator before I hired her and she scheduled a meeting with me twice and never showed up twice. Because of my previous experience I was extremely worried about working with an event coordinator but Leslie was incredible. She just got things done and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re not sure you should hire a coordinator, this is the best money you will spend for your wedding. She arrived at the hotel where I was getting ready and made sure we were on time. She dealt with my family in the best way possible and never once came to me for any issues, but just solved everything and made sure I was being taken care of the whole time. The day of T’arra and Olivia helped the event as well and they were just as awesome! My event wouldn’t have been the same without EBJ Events. There was so much behind the scenes that Leslie did for me that I wasn’t even aware needed to be done like contacting all my vendors prior to the event and coordinating EVERYTHING. What an amazing team. My venue was very strict about a lot of things and Leslie was incredible dealing with everything. -

Planning a wedding when you have a full-time job from 7am-5pm each day is nearly impossible! I knew right away that I wanted wedding planning or wedding coordination. After finding the venue and getting some vendor recommendations, I immediately contacted several companies and felt very good about EBJ Events. After speaking with Leslie, one of their Lead Planners on the phone during a consultation, we were able to determine the best plan for me based on where we were in our wedding planning, budget and timing. I went with the Coordination Package which was perfect! As the venue was the most difficult part, which we found prior, Leslie hopped in at the right time to help with the details and there are SO MANY of them. Her tracker and ability to keep my fiancé and I on task was so needed. Starting at the 6-week mark, we were having calls once a week where she filled out the details spreadsheet with me making it a lot less overwhelming. A few weeks before, she started connecting with all my vendors and passing on everything we discussed. During our venue walkthrough with the venue coordinator, Leslie added crucial points to think about and ensured our wants and needs were being addressed. The day of the wedding should have been a lot more stressful but thanks to Leslie and her assistant Ashley, I was as easy breezy as could be with no care in the world. EVERYTHING we discussed was taken care of from the DJ (which I had a lot of requests of where I wanted a song to stop and start) to the flowers, to the officiant, to the reception room, to the whole bridal party, the day could not have been more perfect! Leslie kept everyone on time and the party moving and my fiancé and I were able to focus on each other, our family and friends. The best day of my life and EBJ was spectacular! I would highly recommend them for any event and would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much Leslie and team for managing our dream wedding!! -

Omg this company is just WOW. Leslie was so amazing. Soooo professional and on top of everything. I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. And Eliza was so awesome. My favorite hype girl of all time!!! She was with me throughout the day just checking in and helping calm my nerves. She was constantly making sure I had enough water and was just so fun to have around. These girls really went above and beyond to make my day amazing and I couldnt have asked for a better team. When I started planning my wedding with my husband, one of my priorities was finding people who could help us have a stress-free day. We recently attended several weddings where we experienced not-so-great coordinators, vendors, and stressed-out brides. After many referrals, we decided to use EBJ as our wedding coordinator, and let me tell you, the team is amazing! Jessyca is organized, efficient, and understanding of the entire experience. She kept us on track throughout the day, making sure we had enough time for all the little things we wanted. She patiently listened to ALL of my questions, and many of our vendors complimented her on how organized and on top of everything she was. Not only did she keep the day moving, but she did it all with a smile on her face! We're so thankful for her.
Alongside Jessyca, she brought her team, which consisted of T’arra, Sara, and Ilana. These ladies were awesome and really on top of every situation. They worked really well together while keeping me in the loop. I also have to give a special shout-out to T’arra, who was my bridal assistant for the day. What a wonderful person to have around during all the emotions of the day! She had all the right answers and helped prepare me and the photographers for what was coming next. She knew what to say when emotions were running high, and I genuinely just enjoyed chatting with her. I could go on and on about Jessyca and her team. One of my best choices was hiring Jess and her girls for my big day! -

Budget for the planner! Next to buying our house, our wedding was the most expensive day of my life. Thanks to Jessyca and her team we were able to enjoy the day. We knew every vendor we hired was reliable and worked well with the rest of the team. Situations happened, because no day is perfect, but they were promptly resolved with no effort on my part. There was a delay in the kitchen. She re-ordered the timeline. She spoke with the DJ and the festivities continued. No one knew that there was an issue.
Closer to the wedding date, it was determined that I needed additional day of assistance. An extra fee that was well worth the money. MariJose was assigned to stay with me throughout the day. She was amazing. I felt truly pampered. If I needed water, she took care of it. If I needed to go to the bathroom in my giant gown, she was in the stall with me! All my questions or requests, she was on top of it. She laughed with me at all the silly situations, calmed me down when my bridesmaid went MIA, googled how to change my name on my social media because I was so excited to be married! She was the most reliable bridesmaid ever!! She will forever be a beautiful memory of the happiest day of my life.
I know it’s an extra expense on an already expensive day but it is the best decision I made. The only thing worse than having no planner is having a bad planner. I was lucky enough to know previous clients of EBJ. I knew the day would run smoothly and I could just sit back and enjoy being a bride. I wish the same for every bride and I hope this review helps you make the right decision for you.

They help me plan and coordinated my daughter’s wedding. Marite is absolutely the BEST. I only contracted them for day of coordination but she was available for the 9 months prior to answer any questions and give suggestions. My daughter lives in NC and her husband in MA and the wedding and me were in Miami, FL, so her coordination was invaluable. On the day of she kept everything running smoothly and on time. Marite had told me that her goal was for me to have a glass of champagne in my hand and enjoy the day. That is exactly what happened. I thank her from the bottom of my hear!

Hiring EBJ Events was by far the best decision we made for our wedding! Marite and her team, MariJose and Rudy, were absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend Marite and the EBJ Team enough. Marite and her team (Leslie, Rudy, T'arra, & Brenisha) turned all of my dreams into a reality. I hired Marite as a month of planner and she DELIVERED. After getting her caught up on all of the planning I had done throughout the past year, Marite took the reigns in bringing my vision to life. She organized all of the vendors, created the most detailed timeline, and made sure the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding day ran smoothly. Olivia and Logan were also phenomenal! They were super organized and efficient, helping with all the setups and transitions to make sure everything looked flawless. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly and were such a pleasure to work with. Their behind-the-scenes effort was critical in making everything come together without a hitch.
Thanks to Jessyca and her team, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate their hard work, care, and dedication. I am so glad I decided to get a wedding planner and even happier that I got Marite. From the moment we got on our first phone call til the end of my wedding night and even the days following.. she went above and beyond. My wedding party was pretty large and Marite, MariaJose, T’arra and Sofia handled it with grace and let’s be real assertiveness ( especially with the boys). We definitely needed all of them to make our day go as planned and even more so to handle the lil hiccups. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They get the job done! Hiring EBJ Events for our wedding was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. Marite and her incredible team—Mia, Erin, and Rudy—are true professionals who went above and beyond to make our day seamless and bring our dream wedding to life.
From the very beginning, Marite was instrumental in helping us secure outstanding vendors and offered invaluable advice on where to scale back to stay within budget without compromising our vision. She was also a calming and reassuring presence during the planning process, especially when I felt overwhelmed or behind schedule.
Marite is a master of timelines. Leading up to the big day, I was concerned about fitting everything in—multiple first-look reveals, reading our vows, photos, and getting to the church on time (the church was very strict about starting the ceremony on time). But Marite confidently assured me that tight timelines are her specialty, and she truly delivered. Everything ran flawlessly from start to finish. She even managed to stretch our hour of cinematography in creative ways to capture additional content throughout the morning, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Marite’s team was equally exceptional and professional. Mia, who worked closely with me all day, was amazing at keeping everything on track and remembering even the smallest details—like swapping out the pearl straps on my shoes just before our first dance. When a button on my reception dress popped off during my dress change, Mia spent 30 minutes helping me sew it back on, an act of kindness that I will never forget. The team also went above and beyond by capturing additional Instagram content throughout the day, an unexpected bonus that allowed us to relive the magic of our wedding day.

Hiring Marite and her incredible team (Kylee, Alanis, and Rudy) was by far one of the best decisions we made for our destination wedding in Miami! From the moment we brought Marite on board for partial planning, she completely transformed our wedding planning experience.
A few months into working together we were faced with navigating a pretty tricky situation with the sale of our venue, which came with it a change in venue coordinators—not once, but four times—each with less experience and knowledge than the last. It was overwhelming, to say the least. But Marite truly shined during this challenging time. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was our biggest advocate and champion every step of the way, ensuring that our vision remained intact and that we were never left in the dark.

We worked with Marite as a coordinator for our Wedding and she and her team seriously made our day-of SO effortless for my fiance (now husband) and I. First, if you are debating hiring a coordinator for your day-of, I would HIGHLY recommend doing so. I am extremely organized and timely and even still I would've never been able to execute that day without their expertise. Hiring a coordinator will fully let you experience the day while it's happening and not get caught up in the little things. Marite and her team truly made it such an easy and enjoyable day for myself and the groom. We both were so impressed with how the coordinators were able to wrangle all of our wiley bridal party and get everyone where they needed to be and on time. Small details like having little bites from our cocktail hour and a glass of champagne before we joined our party seriously made it perfect. We actually had the space to ENJOY our wedding and I seriously cannot recommend them enough. She knows what she's doing and you can see all of their professionalism shine through. Mari (one of the coordinating assistants) was with me all day and she made it so easy to communicate and was honestly such a relief to have around the whole day. As someone who is not native to Florida, our wedding was technically a destination wedding, which means we were unfortunately not able to be there in person to keep a close eye on everything to ensure a seamless wedding experience ---this thought really stressed us out. Thank goodness we found Jess with EBJ and all of our worries soon quickly dissipated. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands. Jess spent over a year with me over the phone ironing out all of the details of the big day-from vendor recommendations to budget saving tips and more. (I will miss our phone calls! lol) When the wedding day came, I could actually take in the moment and enjoy myself. We had an amazing team- Jess, Leslie, Marijose and Bella the day of the wedding that truly took care of us. Every detail, every moment was remarkable!
From the moment we looped EBJ into the planning process a feeling of relief washed over us. Jessyca was kind, incredibly organized and connected us to the most amazing vendors! The first thing we did when planning our wedding was hire EBJ. Living in PNW and getting married in Key Largo felt like a huge task, but Jess made planning our destination wedding simple, easy and fun. Jess's wedding planning software was a huge help - when I got impatient with the 18-month process, I could pop into the app and see what tasks were coming up, or simply shoot Jess a text or email and she'd respond almost immediately. Jess handled all of the vendor negotiations (the venue was a particular beast) and offered up great vendors for us to choose from and helped keep everything on track, even when my parents redlined the daylights out of their contracts. While the planning support was great, it was the day-of support that really blew us away. Jess and her team (T'arra, Shurooq and Claudia) were incredible! T'arra was with us all day and felt like family by the end of the night, going so far as to facilitate my sweaty husband's wardrobe change - she knew he needed a new shirt before he did! The ladies went above and beyond and did an incredible job. We can't recommend EBJ enough! -

My sister was recently married, and when I got engaged and started planning she told me. “Get yourself a wedding day coordinator! DO YOU HEAR ME!” I usually do not take my little sisters advice but she was so adamant about it, that I figured it was for a reason. Let me tell you! Indispensable! An absolute need for your big day! I wish I could give more stars, I cannot say enough good things about Jess and her EBJ team! You have to hire them for your wedding or event to make it is smashing success with as little stress as possible. The day of girls, Janete, T’arra, Marijose, and Mia put myself, my now husband, mom, and the entire wedding party at ease by anticipating needs, addressing little issues like me spilling a little on my dress, missing the grooms shoes, bow tying, a surprise short rainfall with calm professionalism and optimistic attitudes that ensured we had a great time no matter what popped up. I know that I would not have enjoyed my own wedding if they were not there supporting and I did not have Jess helping me this year.
From the very beginning, Jess organized me so that I prioritized the right tasks at then right time. I work full time and was in the middle of moving across the country so Jess adjusted the plans/timelines and is also so great at clearly communicating when decisions need to be made and why. EBJ provides you with vetted, experienced and amazing vendors to chose for your event. Every single vendor provided great quality services with great attitudes that made everyone more happy and celebrated. EBJ is key to putting together a great vendor team which saves time, stress and ensures quality.
My husband was blown away by the event and said it surpassed all of his expectations. He was crying from happiness at all of the special moments that the team created. All of my wedding guests were so complementary of the event and details that EBJ helped plan and executed. My expectations were exceeded as well and I was a part of the planning. You have to hire this team if you want an amazing event that you can enjoy yourself! -

I hired EBJ as my 6-week coordinator. I specifically worked with Marite leading up to the day of the wedding. She really guided me during that time with her best recommendations and made sure to keep me organized and up to date on everything. She took care of everything else for me and emailed all my vendors and scheduled everything with them for the day of the wedding. It was amazing to not have to worry about dealing with those details as I was getting closer to the wedding. The day of the wedding she kept checking up on me while making sure everything at the venue was going seamlessly. Her and her team kept me on track and on time while making sure I wasn’t stressing about every detail. It rained for a little while at my wedding and I was truly so scared and nervous that it would ruin the night. I am thrilled to write this review because Jessyca, Leslie, Tarra, Shurooq, Briana, Julissa and Kat are absolutely the team to have on the day of a wedding. As the MOB, I can be pretty demanding and my daughters wedding was no exception. It was a destination wedding, at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and NOT an easy venue to plan when you live out of state. I would say if you have Jessyca in your corner….TRUST her process!! On the day of the wedding it seems that I would start to voice a concern, and the team was “already on it”. They read my mind constantly. They picked up pieces that others did not deliver on, even redesigning the seating card table on the spot when the original design failed us miserably. I am still not sure how they found cutters, lighters and ashtrays that evening, but the cigar table was in full swing and no one ever knew that the MOB forgot to bring them! Bending and flexing throughout the night to ensure my baby girl had the perfect evening. Jessyca and her team we creative and nimble all night long. Our guests are telling us this was the best wedding the have ever attended….and people from NY have pretty high standards. I would highly recommend Jessyca (and you need to request Leslie, Tarra, Shurooq, Briana, Julissa and Kat) for your next big event. -

I just got married Feb 18th, 2023 after it feels like the longest engagement of all time from (2019). We planned and replanned our wedding due to covid, after having such a hard time I gave in and called Jess! Best decision I ever made was hiring EBJ, from that day forward my life got significantly easier. I loved Jess's team, truly one of my favorite parts about planning the wedding was getting to talk to my planner. From the first call I knew I had made the right decision. They were honest with me at every turn making the right recommendations and connections is what really sets these ladies apart from any other planners I had met. With going to events and venues you meet a lot of vendors and planners. Let me tell you the professionalism and services they provide is unparalleled. Time flew when it came down to getting to the wedding day, but everything was totally under control thanks to my EBJ ladies who kept everything on a timeline and gave me tasks in chunks so as to not overwhelm me. I had a lot going on personally finishing my degree and working full time while planning the wedding. The month of the wedding was really the moment my Fiancé (now Husband) knew just what an amazing decision it was to have hired EBJ. Managing all the vendor relationships, due-dates, time frames and payments were just some of the things Marite was handling for me at the time, my fiance looked at me and said " WOW I had no idea there would be so much to do (typical) i'm so glad you have them keeping you on track". Marite was my angel!!! I swear this woman can do it all. She made sure everything went smoothly and that my dream was executed flawlessly. I could cry just thinking about how much stress and anxiety she took away from me. She was there to answer every question, call and text I sent her way. I truly had 1000000 % faith in her and her team taking care of all the details. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you my wedding day was so relaxed and easy. I enjoyed every detail of our special day that we had been planning for so long and that was all thanks to her team. I truly don't know how people get married without planners and I can say without a doubt I would never recommend anyone doing it without EBJ. Special shoutout to Marite, and Leslie for making my wedding day extra special from the beginning of the day down to the last second they exceeded every expectation I had. If I could do it all over again and didn't have the budget to hire them I would rather walk down the aisle naked and spend my dress money on my planners. My husband and I came to EBJ Events after hiring another wedding planner, who never took care of us. Lesson learned the hard way: always check references for planners, no matter how good their social media platforms look like, or how nice they seem to be on the phone. They are trying to get your business, they will play nice.
Long story short, after a lot of anxiety and even getting lawyers involved to sue our former wedding planner who didn’t want to give us our money back for the services she never provided, we reached out to our photographer, who gave us a few names. From there we narrowed down to another planner who was already booked on our date but mentioned she had worked with Jess before and told us to get in touch with her. That’s how we found EBJ Events, and we are glad to report our wedding was a success!!!
Jess was actually also booked on our date, but she had her associate Marite Copado be our planner. I can’t describe how thoughtful and caring Marite was from the moment we jumped on our first call with her!
Marite had great ideas, was extremely responsive, had a keen eye to detail, and would come to our calls ready to tackle things down and move on to the next phase of the planning. Not to mention all the vendors she recommended and details she brought up we had not even considered but were of essence.
EBJ (and Jess) provide a great system to track down everything wedding related. We had access to her platform where we could put down every single possible detail you could think of: from your dream gallery to your guests, from a venue floor plan to the seating, every single vendor, a to do list for both bride and groom. Literally, no detail goes missed and everything is all in one place, which makes life so much easier.
Towards the end of the planning process and as we got closer and closer to our date I started getting extremely anxious whether or not the wedding was going to run smoothly, mainly because my venue didn’t have the greatest team on board and communication definitely wasn’t their forte, but Marite kept reassuring me she was on it and it would be perfect. Which, ta-da, IT WAS!
EBJ is 100% recommended and worth every penny. We had such a great wedding. Day off I wasn’t stressed about a thing. Everything was on schedule, all vendors on the same page. And if there were any hiccups, I didn’t see them happening.

Hands down the best!
What can I say about EBJ except WOW!! A little over a year ago I reached out to Jess because I was ready to set a date and get married. From that moment on, Jess helped me find a venue, find all my vendors, calm my nerves, and create the most spectacular wedding I could imagine. The amount of care, energy, and comfort she put into the planning process was incredible. But the absolute, most mind blowing part of the entire experience was the actual day of my wedding (just 2 days ago!). Jess arrived at my Airbnb with her AMAZING assistant T’arra and helped keep us on track, organized, but most of all happy. They made sure everything ran smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! T’arra was incredibly kind and helpful every single moment of the day. She made sure dresses were squeezed into, tapes were applied where needed, and everyone got their act together haha! I can’t express how grateful I am to have found EBJ and Jess for my wedding planning. Jess and her team were incredible on the day and helped everything go so smoothly. My husband and I started working with her in 2020 to plan for a wedding two years away. I am in in grad school so I did not have a flexible schedule to plan a wedding and Jess really worked with me so I could plan everything in the time that I did have. She was so efficient that we hired all our vendors more than 10 months out from the wedding date. We had our monthly calls over the course of 2 years that really reassured me that everything was doing well.
When you are a EBJ bride you get so much access to Jess’s amazing wedding events and raffles. I can’t even remember how many discounts I won, and I know we saved money because of her connections. Working with Jess really makes you feel special during the whole wedding process.
On the day of the wedding Jess and her team took care of everything. I did not have to worry about a single thing on the timeline. I was able to just enjoy the wedding. The team of Taylor, Olivia, T’arra and Liz were incredible and attentive. They made such we had food and water throughout the whole event. Taylor and Olivia came to the hotel where the bridal party was getting ready and made sure all the details made it to the venue and organized everything while Jess was at the venue. We had a last-minute change of plans because of rain and the team worked so hard so everything was switched quickly and was executed beautifully.
If you are still looking for an event planner, look no further! I highly recommend EBJ and wouldn’t have our day go any other way.

The day of Jess and Olivia were on top of EVERYTHING! They made sure I had everything I needed and was happy and comfortable throughout my entire wedding! I cannot praise them enough! We were thrilled to have found Jess & EBJ Events for our destination wedding in Fort Lauderdale! We loved how direct she was with our questions and always had a quick turn around for any questions or concerns we had. Thanks to her, we met some amazing vendors who made our day extra special and went above our expectations!! The day of the wedding, Jess & her team killed it!!!! Shalimar, Olivia, Lesley and Liz were the best and made sure my husband and I were taken care of through out the day. Thank you, Ladies!! They even joined in on the fun at times :) We didn’t have to worry about anything that day! If you are looking to relax and enjoy your special day, hire Jess and her team! I cant actually put in to words how grateful I am to Lucy at EBJ. She thought of everything, she was so kind and calm and all my guests loved her. The best money I spent in our wedding budget was hiring a Lucy as my planner. The day was better than I could have dreamed I knew everything was in great hands and it allowed me to spend more time with my guests and really embrace the day! LOVE YOU LUCY!!! -

Jessica and her girls did an incredible job with our wedding weekend. They made our vision into reality, and it was better than we ever imagined. It was super easy to work with them, and they stayed on top of everything that needed to be done.
My wedding day was at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens & the venue is a logistical nightmare but Jess managed all vendors without any issues. Highly recommend them for all your event planning needs! Worth every penny. -

The answer to your wedding planning prayers
This woman, this woman is the reason I did not self implode while planning my wedding. If you are looking for the anwser to your wedding planning prayers, then take this review as a sign from god. I waited way too long to decide on getting a wedding planner. I was the bride who thought I could plan a wedding without a planner. That I didn’t need someone to make calls for me or book things for me. Turns out I had no idea what a wedding planner really does. About 6 months out I realized I needed help if I wanted this wedding to happen. I came across jessyca and it was love at first zoom meeting. She just swooped in and knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I had a lot of peoples (family members, friends, coworkers) input on what they thought I should do for my wedding but not Jessyca. She literally asks what you want, and helps secure it in a realistic way. She makes your dreams come true and handles the logistics. On my wedding day it rained all day. It was an all outdoor wedding and the only coverage was an airport hanger. Keep in mind that I booked this place prior to meeting jessyca. Jessyca was on top of the weather way before me or the venue were. She made sure everything was handled properly and that all the vendors knew what to do since it was going to be raining. My wedding turned out beautiful, fun, and as stress free as possible for a rainy day. Having my wedding in her hands was the best decision I ever made! She’s worth every penny and I cannot imagine planning a wedding without her. -
