Words can’t begin to describe how much of a godsend Jackie was on our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it! From the moment that we met for a coffee date about 14 months prior to our day, I felt completely at ease knowing that we had Jackie locked in and ready to execute our vision once the time came. Not for one second did I doubt that she would ensure that everything went off without a hitch, and she definitely delivered. Every single aspect was executed perfectly; from timelines, to décor, coordinating and communicating with my vendors, and everything in between. All was handled with grace and professionalism, including our huge and sometimes annoying wedding party of 17 people. I literally did not worry for one second during the entire day because I knew that everything was in the best hands. I don’t want to think about what our wedding day would’ve been like without Jackie because I know it wouldn’t be even close to as perfect as it turned out with her coordinating!

Jackie is a goddess! Her attention to detail is unparalleled. This woman is a boss. Not at one moment during our communication and planning with Jackie did we doubt that anything would fall through the cracks. Jackie took on all responsibilities two weeks before our big day and handled absolutely everything we needed-- from coordinating delivery times to our venue to unpacking/organizing/placing all of our decor and little touches, amongst multiple other responsibilities.

She understood our vision and was able to seamlessly execute it for us with ease. We received numerous compliments throughout our day of people curious as to who she was and as to how professional and calm she was from start to finish. We can not recommend Jackie enough. Hiring Jackie was the best thing we did before our wedding. She is extremely organized and it showed through on our special day. The day itself was a dream and the pictures of our ceremony and reception were only a tiny reflection of the "perfection" she was able to provide for us. Hire her, she won't let you down! We are still swooning over our Wedding Day!

I just worked with Jackie as my "Day of Coordinator" for my wedding at the Carlsbad Flower Fields on July 12th. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her! Since I live in northern California (originally from Carlsbad) I wanted to find someone to help me out with day of logistics. I "met" Jackie over the phone since we were long distance and I instantly knew she would be perfect. After that we met once at the Flower Fields where she was preparing for another couples' wedding and then we did a walk through of the Flower Fields together with Joni (Flower Fields manager) about a week before. She responds to emails quickly, knows exactly how the Fields work and what needs to be done, who needs to be contacted and takes care of all of the tiny details a bride doesn't have time for the day before or day of.

The Flower Fields is pretty much a "do it yourself" type of venue, meaning you need to find all of your own vendors, which is nice because you don't have to pick from a list, but you also have to juggle all of the different vendors :) With Jackie I was able to send her all of my vendors' contact information about 2 weeks before the wedding and she reached out to them all and introduced herself and answered any questions they might have. It was so nice to have someone fine tune the details for me.

She helped set up the barn exactly how I liked it. The ceremony/reception looked just how I imagined. She set up the day before and was also there to help structure the rehearsal which was great.

Then the "day of"... I don't even know everything she handled because I was too busy with hair and make-up and photos, but I know it was a lot. By the time I arrived she was ready for everything. She is calm, cool, collected, easy to communicate with and friendly. It was as if I was working with a friend and I had only met Jackie twice before the big day.
