Carmen saved our wedding twice. I hired Carmen after my husband reserved our venue the day before the Superbowl in Miami. He obviously did not realize that a wedding that weekend would be chaos. At that point, we didn’t have a planner. I had met Carmen a month earlier at the Rusty Pelican bridal show. She was so calm and friendly that in my panic, I instantly thought to call her (even after winning a planning package with another reputable wedding planner). Carmen immediately went into planner mode and helped us reschedule with our venue. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule again after COVID. Carmen came to the rescue again. As two healthcare workers planning a wedding in different states, we were so stressed. She quickly helped us reschedule with our venue and our vendors. A year later, our wedding finally happened. Carmen and her team were absolutely amazing! She made everything an ease even when I was planning a wedding from another state during a pandemic. Working with her was like working with a close friend. She was so organized, calming, and really considered our vision when creating the wedding of our dreams. During the wedding, Carmen and her team made all the stress of the day disappear. They were constantly checking up on us and our guests. Everyone commented on how wonderful the venue looked and how friendly they were. Carmen personally checked in with us several times during the night to make sure we didn’t need anything. I cannot imagine working with another planner!! Carmen and her team are a part of our family now! We highly recommend her!!

Carmen is attentive, organized, an excellent communicator—She is truly invested in creating your dream wedding. I didn’t have to lift a finger on my wedding day. It was the most relaxing, most perfect day! I highly recommend her services, you won’t regret it!
