If you think you can plan a wedding all on your own, you can’t! Hire Carmen!! She is friendly, always available, professional. The attention to detail is an art. I was completely stress free the day of my wedding. I knew Carmen had everything under control. My wedding was absolutely perfect, and they say no such thing exist, but it was thanks to her very hard work. -

I wish I had another event to plan right now so my time with Carmen didn't have to end! Carmen was so patient, kind and confident. She always made me feel comfortable and at ease during the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she and her team seamlessly made everything happen. Everything was set up and executed while exceeding expectations. I have been receiving so many compliments from my guests about how professional and easy everything flowed. I recommend Events by Carmen for your wedding or other big event. I hope to have something special in the future to hire Carmen again! -

We are so happy that we went with Carmen to plan our wedding!! From the initial consultation call all the way through the wedding, Carmen was amazing and so helpful. She was always available to jump on a call and help communicate with other vendors. She helped us stay on top of all the checklist items that needed to get done leading up to the wedding. Wedding day itself was seamless. Carmen and her team made sure that our wedding day was so perfect and beautiful. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. Carmen and her team communicated with all the vendors and took care of every little detail through out the whole day. We are so grateful to Carmen and her team for everything they did. 10/10 recommend Carmen for all your wedding planning needs!! -

I cannot say enough about Carmen. Everyone knows that weddings though beautiful can cause a lot of stress, but thanks to Carmen, my wedding day and all the months leading up to it felt like a dream. Carmen was patient, kind, communicative, and really stuck up for me if I needed to negotiate with vendors or make difficult decisions! Carmen and her team have incredible attention to detail, and their passion and care for everything they do is evident. Everything was absolutely flawless, and I mean— FLAWLESS. Our guests were in awe of every detail and have not stopped talking about it! And WE can’t stop talking about it! She truly made our wedding day magical. Carmen, thank you for making our wedding day feel like a fairytale! We will treasure the memories forever. -

Carmen is truly a fairy godmother. She helped us making decisions and coordinating vendors prior to the wedding and, on the wedding day, she took care of absolutely everything. We had many challenges during our event, starting with the weather and followed by a stained wedding gown, vehicle and rentals issues, and more! At the end of the day, our event was absolutely perfect. Carmen's experience and attention to detail are invaluable. She has an amazing attitude and is there for you every step of the way. I don't think we could have done it without her! -

Events by Carmen. There is no place or event on Earth or anywhere else where Carmen can’t make it happen. She is the epitome of excellence and professionalism she has the experience and patience to turn your dreams into reality and my niece’s wedding went flawless thanks to her. Carmen’s 2 assistants, Cynthia and Cari were amazing and a crucial part of the wedding and extremely attentive to our needs and the needs of are guests. If you are looking for an event planer for any occasion “Events by Carmen” is your best bet 10/10 espectacular 💕 -

Carmen is the the Best Wedding Planner. Every time I would reach out to her for the smallest detail she would help me with everything I needed. The day of the wedding everything went sooo smooth with all her help. I was very impressed with her professionalism, and dedication to her profession. There was not one small detail that Carmen did not do. She was attentive to all my needs at all times and made sure nothing went wrong. After the Wedding ceremony when I got to my room she had everything for me including my champagne flutes, wedding cake, flower bouquet etc. I was amazed with Her Organizational skills. Without a Doubt she truly made my wedding day a memorable one. Thank you Carmen from the bottom of my heart. Words cant express the gratitude I have for you -

Omg! There isn't enough words to describe how amazing Carmen and her staff was for our wedding! We had a Hallowedding and she was so instrumental in making our vision come to life. Before her, we were having a hard time finding vendors and establishing our vision. Our friend, who hired her for her own wedding, recommended her to us. She came in and literally found us every vendor we needed and they all followed our creative ideas! From the walk through to the wedding, she understood our vision and helped us make sure we got everything we wanted! She and her staff went far and beyond on our wedding day to make sure we had the most special day of our lives! -

I am writing this review because Carmen exceeded our expectation. From the start, planning of my daughter's wedding to even after the big day Carmen was amazing. She was available when needed to give excellent advice on all the zillion decisions that needed to be made. Her ideas were wonderful and made the event special.She was always available to manage vendors and issues that arose with them. Carmen went way beyond what anyone would expect from a wedding planner to help make my daughter's day as special as it could be. Days before the wedding Carmen contacted all the vendors. She made sure they understood/knew their timeline so everything ran smoothly. I could not give higher praises to a Wedding Planner. She made my daughter's and now son-in- law Wedding Day very special and I could not have done it without her. -

My fairy godmother is the best way to describe Carmen and her team. We had the pleasure of working with Carmen and Alejandra for our destination wedding. Being a destination wedding, my husband and I did not have the chance to go back and forth as much as we wanted to so we had to rely heavily on Carmen and Alejandra. I have to say, we could not have been in better hands! They went above and beyond for us and exceeded any expectations. They helped us stay on budget while also creating our dream wedding. Not only that, they helped us blend my Hispanic culture and my husband's American culture seamlessly! The day-of was truly magical and they were quick on their feet to handle any hiccups. I promise you that choosing Carmen as your wedding planner, or any type of planner, is the best decision you will ever make!! -

Carmen and her team is who you need for your wedding planning needs. Its really that simple. She is incredible and has a natural innate sense of decor and how to make your wedding venue and reception room look magical. She is meticulous about details and how to put it all together. She will ensure that you have the best wedding based on what YOU WANT. She is fantastic. She is charismatic, funny, delightful to work with and will calm you down when your stress level hits epic proportions. We could not have done our destination wedding in Miami without her. She helped us with rentals selection, florist selection, ensuring our DJ had everything he needed, and so much more. She offers a wide range of services from full planning to the day of coordinating. We are eternally grateful to her. -

Oh Carmen!!! Where do I start??? Hiring a wedding planner was not high on my list, I thought... I got this!
My bridesmaids and I attended a wedding expo after I got engaged, and I stopped by Events by Carmen's stand and collected a business card like I did for every other vendor.
Months go by and I start hiring other vendors... but every single vendor I interviewed or hired asked us: "Do you have a wedding planner? If you don't, hire Carmen!". I thought, this woman must be good! and I called. Carmen was everything I thought I didn't need and more! I intended to book her as my day of coordinator only, and ended up getting an amazing deal for the 3 month planning service just for having my wedding on a weekday.
If I said that she worked my wedding for three months I would be lying.... she did so much more than that! I can't count the times she put me at ease and took things off my plate. Wedding planning is tough, but planning a wedding during a world pandemic is TOUGH!
During the wedding she was just a life saver, coordinated everything flawlessly and made sure I had no worries throughout my day. Not to mention her 20 years of experience, this is definitely not her first rodeo. I also want to give a special shout out to her assistant; Cynthia, this girl was amazing!!!
If you are getting married and are looking for a wedding planner... STOP SEARCHING!
