Kendra and her staff were beyond amazing. Every single thing I wanted or needed, they took care of without any issue, and did it in a way that calmed me and made me sure that everything was wonderful. They were the reason the night went so smoothly and that we were able to actually enjoy the evening. Thank you all so very much.

Rayna is the absolute best. I don't know what we would have done without her. She knows everyone in the Bay Area wedding business and definitely knows how to throw a wedding. My wedding day was absolutely perfect ! I have Courtney Gallaher and staff to thank for that! When my wedding venue suddenly changed wedding coordinators I have to be honest that I was nervous since my wedding was only two months away. My first contact with Courtney eased all my worries. She new exactly what she was doing , so professional but also was able to personal with me. She took care of every small to big detail from rehearsal to the Morning of our wedding day. The morning of she walked in the bridal suite and made sure I was doing good which was so comforting. Courtney also made sure the whole day that no worries were brought to my attention, which every bride should have someone that cares that much. I remember walking throhgh the venue and was in awe of everything she had done for us , for example, She personally wrote on all my little chalk board signs and table numbers ( to me that's going above and beyond). The whole day she had a smile on her face even while running around to the dj, cake person, florist etc . She managed to help the day run smoothly . Thank you Courtney and staff for everything you did. Our wedding was PERFECT and I would recommend you to all our friends and family !!!

Thank you for making our special day so incredible! Everyone keeps talking about what a beautiful wedding and reception we had. It would not have been anywhere near as wonderful or as much fun without you. Not only were you on top of everything leading up to our wedding & reception, you went above and beyond for us in so many ways. Most of all, what a gift not to have to worry about anything on our big day except for making every moment count while getting ready, walking down the aisle and celebrating with friends and family. Rayna was amazing! I don't know what I would have done without her. She went above and beyond, never said no. She went dress shopping with me and when the bridal store was backed up and I was waiting for 45 min, Rayna took over and was in charge and I found my dress without the employee from the bridal store.
She organized everything for us, had us email or fax her over ever vendors contract and reviewed them. Even though we only paid for a "day of" planner, she met with us sever times, picked me up and took me to bridal events, called, texted, emailed ideas, had a large number of sources and discounts for all of our ideas and dreams. In the long run, she saved us so much money and we are forever grateful to her!
