We hired Chairs for Affairs for our wedding this past Saturday and they did an absolutely beautiful job. Working with them while planning was a breeze despite having to reschedule due to Covid. We rented tablecloths, napkins, chargers, a ceremony arch, even a giant connect-4 game.

They delivered everything before-hand and set everything up, then came back after the reception to pick everything up. They had great recommendations and every color imaginable so everything matched beautifully. I highly recommend their services!

BEST place in the bay area for rentals, Hands down. They have SO many fun decor items to choose from (Chandeliers, fun signs, mason jars, Etc) As well as all of the necessary rentals like Chairs and tables that are in GREAT condition.I've had rentals for parties from other places where they show us scratched and dented...this is not the case with Bills Chairs for Affairs.

They are so much fun to work with, and are very helpful throughout the entire process. They arrived right on time, and set everything up seamlessly. They even called us to let us know the pick up was complete without any troubles!

I rented chairs for our outdoor ceremony. Booking was simple and quick. The staff dropped the chairs off, arranged them, and picked them up without any problems.

We used Bill's Chairs for Affairs for our wedding in August 2013 at Mare Island, Vallejo CA at the Admiral's Mansion. They took care of all of our tables, chairs, trashcans, and heaters (which we ordered the day before because we thought it would be chilly). The only thing that was weird was that the heaters didn't come with the tables and chairs. This probably happened because I ordered them so last minute but one quick call to the company and they said they would arrive before the start of the event and they were and everything worked out fine. Booking the rentals and making changes was super easy. Everyone at the company is on top of it and can access all reservations which made everything very efficient.

We are so glad that we used a local vendor. We went to the shop many times to look at the items we were renting in person rather than online. They set up the table for us with all our selections, including adding and removing chairs and place settings to determine how many people per table we were comfortable with (as opposed to how many are technically able to fit at a table). The delivery folks arrived early just to be sure that they were there when we needed them. They set everything up for us, including the tables that we didn't rent from them. The day after the reception, they arrived on time, and were totally relaxed when we weren't ready for them AT ALL. They helped us with taking everything down and clearing the space. They moved all the heavy stuff for us (kegs, piano . . .) They made DIY on a budget work.

Chairs for Affairs gave me a wonderful surprise for my wedding! They were on my venue's list of recommended rental companies. I, of course, researched every company on the list and felt that Chairs of Affairs were the most affordable, in addition to having a lot of good reviews.

Lesa Smith was my point of contact, and she was very quick and responsive via phone and email.

I originally ordered 100 natural wood chairs (I come from a superstitious Taiwanese family, so I tried to avoid white and black as much as possible), an arch, and a couple tents. As the big day grew closer, I realized I needed more chairs, so I ordered 50 more, which was initially approved without a hitch.

Lesa called me about a day or two later and said that they actually weren't going to have 50 more natural wood chairs. She then offered me 150 CHIAVARI chairs at NO ADDITIONAL COST! I picked the gold ones, and they added a wonderful touch of grace and class at our wedding!

Awesome. I really lucked out, and thanks to Chairs of Affairs and Lesa for being so cool and easygoing!

Lance and Michelle were great, even with my calling or email to change my order on multiple occasions. They showed up on time even with the rain and were very professional. Only complaint would be they don't always answer the phone, I think it's only the two of them and they are busy, but they always get back to you.

We rented tables, umbrellas, and table linen from Chairs for Affairs all less than a month from our wedding. Michelle in the office was wonderful to work with. We must have changed things at least 5 times and she was always happy to help. Drop off and pickup went smoothly and we were happy with all of the rental items. Would recommend!

Everything you need for a party, you can find here. They're very nice and professional. My baby shower did turn out great, I just wished they gave us an option of delivering all the things to us and picking everything up.
