John at Mediatrix Photo Booth is absolutely great to work with! Quick to respond and answer all my questions. He also made a custom template for my Lord of the Rings wedding which really added a special touch! He had so many props for people to have fun with. Kids, teens, and adults at my wedding had such a great time. Definitely one of the highlights of the night for our guests! I also love how easy and quick it was to get photos! We were able to email them to ourselves immediately after taking them and John sends over all the files to you as well as a link to access them on the Mediatrix site.

We recently had John & Mediatrix Photo Booth at our wedding reception! John was sooooo incredibly easy to work with - learning about his photo booth, scheduling the day/time, & signing the contract were incredibly straightforward. He also had a lot of templates that we could choose from for our guests' photos. And at the event, John brought a wide variety of fun props that our guests loved! Our reception was on Saturday, and he had all photos uploaded on his website & sent to our guests by end of day Monday - amazing! On top of that, John created a beautiful video that captured all aspects of our wedding, including the overall ambience, the venue, & our table settings / food - it's our go-to video that we share with people who ask what our wedding was like - and it was a complete bonus!
