John at Mediatrix Photo Booth is absolutely great to work with! Quick to respond and answer all my questions. He also made a custom template for my Lord of the Rings wedding which really added a special touch! He had so many props for people to have fun with. Kids, teens, and adults at my wedding had such a great time. Definitely one of the highlights of the night for our guests! I also love how easy and quick it was to get photos! We were able to email them to ourselves immediately after taking them and John sends over all the files to you as well as a link to access them on the Mediatrix site. -

We booked Mediatrix for our wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The guests loved it. John was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. He was very reliable and responded quickly to any inquiries. The process is fairly simple and stress-free from booking to planning set-up to getting the photos. The price is very fair for what you get. The photo quality turns out fantastic. There are a lot of options for customization with lots of backgrounds to choose from. Mediatrix made our wedding so much more special and fun. I got my photos just 3 days after the wedding - very quick! I would highly recommend using Mediatrix for your wedding or any event. -

Look no further for your Bay Area photo booth needs. John is a dream vendor to work with - he is friendly, responsive, and flexible. Most importantly, he delivers with excellent quality. John mocked up a few different custom designs for me and made it convenient to adjust our order leading up to the wedding. Our guests said he had the best props and he was even kind enough to put together the cutest IG reel recap of our big day. You rock, John! -

Mediatrix Photo Booth was one of the best parts of our wedding and we couldn't be happier! Our guest absolutely LOVED John and continuously raved about how kind, patient, and fun he was. From start to finish, John was super responsive and made the whole process stress-free. The photo quality is great and he offers many customizable layout options. We came across Mediatrix at a family member’s wedding! We loved how beautiful and high quality the pictures were coming out that we didn’t give it a second thought to have our wedding planner reach out to John! The process was super simple — John asked what background and font we wanted, showed us a draft of what it would look like to make sure we loved it, and if we wanted any add-ons. They have so many options, packages, and add-ons (definitely check their website!) Initially didn’t add some props but changed our minds months later and thankfully John added that request right away. During our wedding day, John was super friendly and helpful at the Photo Booth and made sure people were looking at the camera vs the screen (thank you!). The turnaround time for all the photos was super nice and everyone looked really good. Without a doubt, you should definitely book Mediatrix for your future events! -

- Prior to the event: John was so great to work with, highly responsive & accommodating as we talked through the best spot to place the Photo Booth at our wedding.
- At the wedding: I didn’t expect our Photo Booth to be one of the top wedding highlights. Our guests LOVED it - the background was high quality and there were SO many props to choose from.
- After the wedding: John quickly shared all the digital copies, including GIFs. He even surprised us with an Instagram Reel that captured the wedding; such a sweet touch! -

Highly Recommend!
Absolutely Amazing Vendor to work with! We hired Mediatrix Photo Booth for our wedding reception after attending another event where John had a Photo Booth. John's communication throughout the whole process was great. Everyone absolutely loved the photobooth and props. John was so welcoming and made everyone feel so comfortable they had an absolute blast! The scrapbook service he provides as an add-on was a great bonus too. It was so much fun to see all the pictures from the night after our reception. I would HIGHLY recommend Mediatrix Photo Booth to anyone! -

When we experienced the photobooth service that John + Mediatrix provided @ our friend's wedding, we immediately asked for his info to book for our wedding as well. That's how incredible his work, his professionalism & his quality is.
Loves:
* Communication: very responsive & was able to tailor my ask to have both a color and B&W option
* Style: Mediatrix provides many different layouts including 1 6x4 photo, photo strip style, postcard style & more
* He even provides a link with a digital copy of ALL your guest's photos - GIFs too!!
* Provided many examples of modern fonts & was able to create the perfect template/slogan for our photos
* Price was very reasonable
Day Of:
* John arrived super early & set up everything in time
* Incredibly patient & professional with all our guests
* Even created a memorable Instagram reel for us to watch the next morning! -
